THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I had to take a 6 HOUR LONG trip to find a Dunking Donuts coffee shop with pumpkin spice latte in it. THERE IS ONLY PUMPKIN SWIRL LATTE IN THIS STORE!! You BETTER start adding pumpkin spice latte to your menu. I cant last without my precious pumpkin spice latte and if the world ever runs out of it, I will sue the Earth. Im serious. So you BETTER start adding it to your menu. I WILL be calling corporate because this CAN NOT go on any longer. The prices of these lattes are appalling. I cant take it any more. Stores are running out of pumpkin spice latte. I can not tolerate this. This WRETCHED world is appalling and unacceptable.ALL companies should sell pumpkin spice lattes. My grandson just taught me how to put these cute little face here. Lord please make sure that every company sells pumpkin spice lattes, Amen.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Goodbye.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a nitro cold brew and was given a half filled cup. I went back around and ordered another nitro, but was told that the nitro machine wasnt working. They said they could get me a regular cold brew and I said sure. The problem is they charged me for the nitro still and gave me a medium regular cold brew which costs less than the nitro. There was no attempt to make up for the missing half coffee and I was overcharged.

Ordered 4 donuts and a bagel and hash browns. 2 glazed donuts 1 chocolate iced and 1 vanilla iced with sprinkles the chocolate one barely has any chocolate on it and the vanilla one is only half iced with no sprinkles. Glad i wasted my money on donuts we will not eat. This was my first time coming here and I will not be back. Look at these ridiculous things they called iced donuts 🙄

We ended up waiting an hour in the drive thru line, just to be given the wrong drinks and luke warm food. Would have given less stars but the food and drinks were still good, even though they were wrong. I also dont want to hold it against them because they were super busy.

The signature Iced Latte Carmel Craze is my favorite! Oh my! Its so good with the shot of expresso and sugars!!! The spiced Chai tea latte iced is also delicious!!!I love the fact that I can place my order through the app on my way to Dunkin. So when I get there, I just pull into the drive through, tell them I placed my order, and pull up to the window. I pay online. So I just grab and go!I earn points for ever dollar spent. On Wednesdays, I get a free donut with my drink, for using the app! So basically, I buy 2 drinks and get my 3rd free! And theyre the huge cups! 32 Oz of pure yummiest!!!Im so happy this dunkin is here!!! How did I get by without it!?!

It you get drinks, youre fine.It seems that every time we get any food items, theyre either wrong or just not there. After the last issue (where they left an Impossible sandwich out of the order) I have opted not to return. This is largely because I was refused a refund for that item. I know its tough to find good employees, but if Im driving, I shouldnt have to sit in the line and check my bag before pulling away. It was only 2 sandwiches. 🤦

The donuts are ok, I guess. The coffee sucks but is better than no coffee?

I normally am nuts over dounkin, but I must say there not even close to the quality, & kind employees that Ive had the brief pleasure of encountering everywhere else that Ive been over the years. Not at all, really they should give me a job to train the cashier and customer service girls over on tilitson .

This place is always hit or miss...sometimes the drinks are good, other times not so much. No consistency at all.

I think Ive only ever had maybe two (2) drinkable drinks from this location. Which stinks because Dunkin is my favorite! Theyre super inconsistent and most of the time I can tell my drinks have been sitting out. Staff is super nice though.

They have a sign up that says drive-thru only on the door yet their app allows for walk in orders. I placed my order when I left me house so I was not aware of this closure. I feel like if you are going to close the inside of the store the app needs to be updated as well. I did not have time to wait in the drive thru (hence why I placed a walk in order) and tried to call the store several times with no answer to cancel my order. At least competitors will hand the order out the door when they make changes like this.

Never have the donuts 🍩 always say you need to come earlier then when I do they have 1 or 2 left. Then they say we so more in afternoon but no to that also. And way way way to much money

Yummy coffee! My friend was worried the other day because she said they used the same stirring rod for each drink but hopefully they switch for anyone who has an allergy!! Workers are nice and drinks are consistent. Ice isn’t as consistent but that’s just ice. I get the ice coffee with almond milk and hazelnut swirl!

So happy to have a DD nearby. Would love to see a Dunkin Donuts in the Daleville/Chesterfield, IN locality though. ( Rather than an overpriced Starbucks).

Everyone was very friendly and kind. I ordered a medium latte and 2 bacon egg & cheese croissants. I was given a small instead of a large and the bacon was very dry on the croissants. Other than those two things I was pretty satisfied with everything. The croissant rolls were very soft great tasting. The latte tasted fine. Just wish I got the size I paid for.

Employees were nice, even with the literal hundreds of people at 5:30 in the morning opening day (we were 102 and still had tons of cars behind us). Card machine wasnt working but you can pay with the app, which was super easy to set up and took like 2 minutes to do. Smooth opening day so far

I’ve ordered the same thing every day the past three days and been fine until today... the coffee tasted off and I’ve been throwing up all morning. I felt fine before I drank it and the food tasted the same. Idk maybe the milk they used wasn’t good or something. Now my stomach just hurts.

Ordered via Doordash: 10 munchkins, 1/2 dozen donuts and 2 md chai lattes one made with almond milk and the other skim.I received only the munchkins and the 2 chai lattes were both made with skim. I couldnt even drink mine as Im lactose intolerant. The munchkins tasted stale.The store receipt did not include the 1/2 dozen donuts, but it shows on Doordash that I paid for them. The store receipt shows both chai lattes were made with skim. The store never bothered to call and let me know the order was changed.Ive been trying to call the store for an hour and the number just says theres no voicemail box set up. Terrible customer service.My first and last experience with Dunkin. Overpriced and low quality product, and terrible customer service.Do yourself a favor and go to Concannons.

Glad we have a dunkin now! Great vegetarian options like the beyond breakfast sandwich that is bigger and I believe cheaper than the Starbucks impossible sandwich. Coffee was great too. If you want a quick and healthish breakfast(without the donuts of course!) They have a couple great options here!

With traffic backed up for 2 blocks and a lobby filled with staff to serve customers we anticipated a wonderful opening day. Unfortunately, the donuts were not fresh baked. They tasted stale, as if they were made over the weekend and shipped in to the store. While the aroma of fresh brewed coffee filled the air, the donuts are less than fresh.

Can I give a negative star? I have been there 3 times. 3 TIMES and all 3 times my order was wrong. I have spoken with customer service who basically pawned it off on the franchise and said someone with the franchise would be in touch. Going on a week with no word. There is no options for a customer survey or feedback on their website so the only way to complain is to email them. Which never gets a response. Terrible business and terrible service. They will not last for long treating their customers this way. Really wanted to like this place.

I wasnt thrilled. The service was friendly enough. It was fast enough, considering the Grand Opening Line. But they didnt have the fluff filled powdered donuts I used to get when I was young. The donuts they did have were just so-so. I mean Krispy Kreme is better even from the supermarket. I had high hopes and walked in with an open mind. I gave it 3 stars for the service. They deserve at least that much.

I am a door dasher and I went to get order they gave me wrong order so I had to wait twenty mins for them to get right order and that killed my stats for door dash

I have a medical issue that causes me not to be able to wear a mask. The line is out in the road so I went to go in. I was asked if I had a mask. I told her no I have a couple medical issues that prevent me from wearing one. I was told its required inside and that I needed to go through the drive thru. I dont have time to wait in that line. You lost my business!

The donuts are hard. When asking for a bagel with extra cream cheese you barely get a swipe. Wish Id have taken a photo. Coffee tastes really old and strong af.

Its there opening day and they are trying. Friendly enough but flustered and its starting to show. Showed up about 6am, so they had been open an hour. Card readers arent working so its cash or app. Was with the kids and one was willing to set up app. Went to order started telling them the donuts all of us wanted. Was cut off half way through and asked how many total we wanted. Was not informed at that time that some items cost more. So we finished ordering and payed. Went to get the donuts and wanted an apple fritter. That was when we were asked if we had posted extra for it. Didnt have time to fiddle around and wait for the single casher to finish with the customers he was taking care of to pay for it. The entire reason I got up early and went to dunkin donuts was to have one of there apple fritters and I didnt even get one.

A lot of the bad reviews are just from impatient people. Covid messed up the grand opening date. It is officially up and running, and I AM SO HAPPY THAT MUNCIE HAS A DUNKIN. You can tell the staff is still learning, so I think they will continue to get better about working in a timely manner and crafting drinks better. I am excited to make some memories visiting this Dunkin. Let’s all support the things we are happy about. ❤️

The 30 dollar meal I bought today consisting of 6 sandwiches they looked like crazy were not packed properly.then the coffee order was completely wrong. The line wasnt even that long and I payed 30 dollars for this.

Dunkin’ provides reasonably-priced breakfast fare, which is of a surprisingly high quality for a fast-food chain. Although its selection of donuts does not rival local bakeries (namely Concannon’s), it’s still a great addition to Muncie’s food scene!
