Always amazing people. They are so friendly, and let you take your time to look at the menu, and they also explain what goes in everything if you ask about an item. Amazing.

It was good!I was able to get a pumpkin spice cold brew, and they were able to add sugar free creamer, instead of the usual.Very flavorful.Good job!

I wish I could have gotten her name, but she had brown short hair, and she was super nice and listened to us really well. Her nice and sweet attitude made my day! I’m always so slow and tired when I order coffee, and her grace on me stood out. This Starbucks is quick and readily corrects any error without any issues. Great experience and my coffee and Gouda breakfast sandwich were superb! I claim this my home Starbucks 😉 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were out of drink carriers so they helped me out and got a box from the back, and even helped me get to the car with it when I picked up our large order for my work. So kind and helpful! I really appreciated the treatment I received going here even with such a large order.

The employees at this Starbucks are the most friendly people whenever I go!! They are quick, and will replace a drink if any mistakes are made. The pickup option on the app is a life saver.

Iam Mad as H*ll, This is The WORST STARBUCKS. at 8pm i walked in to this McGalliard Location with my PC, I ordered a Tall Latte i sat down watched 5 Drive thur cars getting their Drinks then i walked back to the counter asked her wheres my order at 8:20, They stuck it over on the Driver Thur counter, She said oh here it is and handed it to me, i said I want a NEW one thats Hot and hasnt been sitting, Well she did and i got this half full drink. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.......

My kids love the quencher, you pick what fruits! Also a favorite of my daughters is the cake pops. I prefer the vanilla frappuccino with extra cream myself. Always super busy here but you get thru the line quickly.

Had to put on a mask. Mandatory from company. State mandate lifted. Was not happy. Will not buy from them for a long time...

This may or may not have been my second night making a Starbucks run.. but both nights I was greeted by Eddie and let me just say he’s an absolute sweetheart! He was super helpful and so funny. Totally worth the coffee run!!

Both the parking lot and store itself were packed the other day, yet the service was still superb and there wasn’t much of a wait at all. Try the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher! It’s amazing!

I ordered a latte with a quad shot of espresso. As you can see from the picture I got vanilla and caramel syrup with some water over ice. Waited in line for 20 mins. So yah Im not driving back to wait another 20 mins. How do you forget the coffee at a coffee place.

The pastries seemed a little stale to me, however just there mere coffee selection is worth me visiting daily. They have flavors here that I absolutely love in my coffee. If their pastries were a little more on the fresh side id definitely give them a five star.

Oh my word...this Kelsey Special is amazing.Kelsey is my new favorite employee. She is super friendly and recommended so awesome sounding stuff but this is a drink creation she has come up with and it is delicious. Highly recommend that if you are not allergic to any of the ingredients to go try it. Starbucks on McGalliard restored my fondness. Also my daughter looked up secret menu drinks and found a Cosmo and Wanda substituted the dragon fruit with strawberry. So delicious. Hard to satisfy a teenager but they did it!

If it were possible to give this place negative stars then I would. Starbucks does NOT like those of us who are physically challenged, first responders, military veterans, nor practice our Second Amendment Right to keep and bear arms. I do not understand why the Muncie city police buy their coffee here or why anyone who is a first responder, military, or Second Amendment practitioner goes here. They are totally unAmerican.

I ordered a venti pike with extra extra cream with two sweet and low and whipped cream. The coffee I received had no whipped cream or sweet and low. It also barely had any cream. I’m upsetti spaghetti.

Always love going to this particular Starbucks, the Baristas are very friendly. The only downside is the drive-through can be a little wonky to get into a times. Very fast service though.

Ordered 2 drinks they were made to perfection

Whenever I feel down I literally just go get me one of their amazing refreshers(dragon drink is my favorite) and I instantly feel better

They accidentally made the coffee iced instead of hot, made the hot coffee & gave me the iced coffe for free . That was wonderful of them to do that.

Order was simple just a hot chi tea and 2 cold ice coffees they has no cold drinks available out of cold cups. Really why not put in cups u have? Got tea it was cold and they put it in a cup. I swear really.

They were super fast in the drive thru. The cashier answered all my questions i had. Food was fresh, hot, and correct. I did not have much of a wait considering it was 5pm. Order taking and cash out/receive food was speedy, better than the other local Starbucks. Not to mention their parking lot was not crowded with cars coming from all directions

Managers, you can tell that you guys take pride in hiring kind and patient workers. I love the workers in this Starbucks. I talk to them like old friends because they are so welcoming and friendly.Last night, I took a little girl I babysit in to get drinks. She wanted an iced gingerbread latte, but as her babysitter I wouldn’t let that slide. The blonde girl working the register was so patient with her and we discussed what might be tasty. Then, a guy came and helped us figure it out as well. She got milk with gingerbread syrup and actually loved it!! She loved the whole experience that night. She felt like an adult, and the way the workers talked to her helped make that happen. :)

I only get the frappuccinos but they are delicious.

Ordered inside with no line and thought it would be quick and easy..I was wrong! I waited over 20 minutes and countless orders got called from customers who ordered after me. I finally went up to ask and they had no clue about my order. All they said to me after telling them I had been waiting was “okay we will get it made”. Great staff in there...

I love Starbucks. They always provide good service as well friendly service. Their frappuccino is delicious. I have tried many flavors. My sister loves their latte. I also tried their flavored teas and they are very good.

First day of Christmas specials, so it was crowded. Line to order was not long, and food arrived quickly. Special drink took longer than usual, but not unreasonable given the crowd and the number of orders some people made. Food and drink were delicious and temperature was just right.I got the last one of the free reusable cups at 11 am, so the limited edition was very limited. Glad I made a special trip to town to get it.

This is a place where you can get Coffee but its really a flavored hot or cold drink not so much coffee place is always packed for the fufu coffee and if you want a regular coffee get ready to pay a good penny for it but most people like this simply because I think its a stigma for uppity class and collage students

As an avid Starbucks patron I am extremely disappointed in the mediocre customer service that was given not just to me but other customers this morning. There was an extremely large drink order prior to my order of 2 simple drinks and opposed to making other customers drinks the employees were focused on the large order of 18 drinks and the drive thru. I waited close to 20 minutes until requesting a refund and leaving. My advice is to avoid this Starbucks in the early morning as this is not the first time this has happened at this location. However, it has never been this bad.

One on McGalliard has a nice atmosphere thats very sleek. You might feel like youre in a Slitheryn common room or in the Chamber of Secrets but the employees are usually far from cold. They are always great at customizing classic drinks or concocting secret menu items

Very pleased with my moble order. I placed an order after finishing some shopping and was told it would be ready in about 6 minutes. Both my cups of peppermint hot chocolate were ready and warm when I walked in. Tasted great as well.

Their drinks are good but they are not as fast as the Starbucks on Tillotson. I’ve ordered drinks on the app 10 mins before and they won’t be ready vs ordering 3 mins ahead of time at Tillotson. They are ready almost every time. I also don’t like the parking lot. It’s hard to get into and out of because it’s so small and traffic.

The atmosphere is decent, and almost hipsterish which is lame. But it always smells good in here. The coffee isnt half bad if youre willing to sell your car, and trade your smart TV for a couple goats to cut your lawn so you can save money on fuel to afford the coffee. I had to do it and find a better paying job in order to have my double chocolate chip frappuccino so I guess its worth that if you can get past the hair pulling time it takes to stand in line to tell the dude with a man bun, wearing his sisters pants and moms blouse borrowed by his great grandfathers beard that you would like a black coffee that somehow takes 9 minutes and 36 seconds to pour. Sure its nice.
