A good place. If asked, they pour the coffee into a real porcelain cup. It is not bad for the environment and it is pleasant to drink this kind of coffee. Desserts are good, but I would like more variety. It is all almost the same. There are no price tags on some products, but I think they will fix that. The music in the cafe is pleasant, quiet and calm:)

Wonderful selection of delicious scones and a few gluten-free alternatives with great coffee in a friendly environment. In a beautiful old-town Murrieta not far off the freeway. This is worth the trip from Riverside.

I run by this place a lot, but stopped in today for the first time. Im not really a scone person, but the other half is. The coffee and the scones were delicious. The staff was very friendly. The place was clean and bright. What a great little place in Old Town.

I absolutely adore this place. The owner is so kind, so personable! Her recipes are to die for - I dont know how she comes up with such an interesting array of baked delicacies! Ive tried her keto scones and they are so moist and tender - the perfect blend of almond flour and whatever fat shes using, be it coconut oil or butter. The peanut butter cup scone I had today was delectable, and next time I think Ill try the omelet scone! The coffee is always perfect, freshly ground and brewed. If you havent tried the peppermint mocha yet, I highly suggest it!

To start, Im not usually one to leave overly negative reviews(especially of restaurants as I work in the industry.) That being said, I wont be returning to this bakery. I didnt see even one covid related health or safety precaution being taken. On top of that regular health code violations were taking place. I value my familys, my communitys, and my own health too much to return to your business. Wash your hands and wear your masks before serving your neighbors food yall.

Decor was nice and it was clean but was expecting to have more people have worn mask.

The last time I went to The Crafted Scone, I got a SMALL Mocha and was charged more than $6. The time I went before that I had a LARGE White Mocha, and it was over $5. Why did the small drink cost more than the large one? The only reason Im giving this company 2 stars is because the White Mocha is delicious and is one of my favorite drinks, but I think the people who work there are over charging for drinks that are in small cups. The large cup isnt even that big to begin with. Ive had coffee drinks from other places where the large coffee is in a 10 to 12 inch cup and they charge the right amount for a cup that size. The large cups at The Crafted Scone arent even that big, so I think theyre definitely over charging, which is too bad because this company lost me as a customer for that reason. Ill just stick to buying refrigerated coffees from the liquor store. At least those ones dont cost too much.

This is a very popular coffee shop in Old Town Murrieta. Give yourself plenty of time as the lines are long and the place is crowded.

Fantastic little shop in Old Town. Its a dangerous place actually, since its on my way back from the gym 😂 but I love that they constantly rotate their selection of flavors and create new ones that are in keeping with the season. Their coffee is delicious as well. Always a great experience and the ladies there are very friendly. Id definitely recommend stopping by if you havent already!

Employees do not wash hands in between handling their personal cell phones and preparing customer’s beverages. Additionally, none of the staff had masks on. Although I love scones, I walked out of this establishment before I was able to order due to their disregard for the health of their patrons. I am glad I did so because I ended up at the Press across the street which had delicious pastries and amazing coffee!

I was so excited to try this place! I drove almost an hour round trip to come to this place, and I was so disappointed to walk in and see that no one working there was wearing a mask! Most of the patrons were not wearing masks either. It’s crushing, to drive out of your way, to want to support small business, to want to enjoy something nice for a change and then to see that they don’t have BASIC respect for their customers by wearing a mask while working in food service?? What is up with that?? So so sad. I really wanted to love this place. And I can’t risk being a customer. I would like to say, post-COVID I could try them again, but I won’t. I’ll never be back. Clearly they have no respect for the health and safety of their customers.

I really wanted to love this place. It is in a very cute location and the employees were sweet, but as a local ER nurse I have seen the devastation COVID has brought upon the community. I wanted to support a small local store and upon entry NO ONE had mask, not even the workers. I am vaccination and not worried about myself. I believe everyone has a right to make their own choice, but we are still in the depths of a public health crisis. The workers should at least attempted to slow the spread. I am so disappointed in how this shop has handled reopening. Unfortunately, I will not be returned.

Absolutely delicious scones, great atmosphere, easy to access area of old town murrieta.

First time visit and the last. Not sure if it was because my work uniform or the color of my skin that made them treat me this way (I’m only saying this because everyone in there was white except an Asian lady sitting. They were all greeted and were helped if they had questions about the scones ) but I’ll never go back .Waiting 15 min until everyone that placed an order after me was served was embarrassing. After I asked where my drink was (she informed me that she didn’t know it was iced . She was polite and apologized but it was placed last to be made it was very upsetting) . I was pretty excited to try these but it ruined my appetite.

My favorite place! I tell everyone about this spot! The vibe is good, the scones are 🤤, the coffee is 💯! I will happily drive 30 minutes to grab a scone & if my waistline was more forgiving I’d always go back for seconds! This place has brought downtown Murrieta to life! 🇺🇸

Our family loves this place. Contrary to what some others on here have said, their scones are delicious and never dry. I love the creativity of the flavors and their new coffee drinks. I came to this place very hopeful to find a cute new coffee shop, but was sadly disappointed. None of the staff or customers were wearing masks, no social distancing or hand sanitizers. The staff were not friendly, not wearing masks or using gloves when handling our food. It was quite saddening to find that they do not follow protocols to keep their customers safe. WILL NOT be coming back!

Super delicious scones- tender and moist, flavorful, and large sized. Coffee is excellent, employee and owner are nice as could be, and the store is super clean and well maintained. They have some seating out front and convenient parking, I can see enjoying the morning there. All the thumbs up!!

I tasted their scones and I thought they were laced. They weren’t. I thought to myself should I buy a scone? What is a scone? And then I had the egg cheddar and chive scone and I was hooked. It’s the only thing I get. I thought they were serving crack when I bought my dirty chai. It wasn’t cocaine just a good iced chai. Not to mention the owner is sweet and such a beautiful person inside. Wear your masks though. There’s covid outside.

I live downtown and this is my favorite place for coffee and breakfast! Something about their coffee is just SO good... never bitter, always fresh and on point. Theyre scones selection is amazing and we cant wait to try more. So far, the everything with egg scone is my favorite. 🙌 Highly recommend this place.Support local!

Amazing scones and lattes! The 1885 latte is the perfect balance of strength and sweetness! I went with a cinnamon chip scone with the butter flight! Totally worth trying the butters (comes with 3). You can use one flight worth of butter on 3-4 scones. The honey butter was my favorite. We will definitely be coming back!

A neighbor recommended this venue to me. So glad he did. I ordered the cinnamon scone. It was eye rolling delicious. Best scone I’ve had, with a great cup of coffee. Beautiful shop, warm and welcoming service. Small businesses like this in Old Town Murrieta deserve our patronage, especially during challenging times like this. I’ll be back!

I have found this great spot that just opened in Murrieta. The decor is so warm and inviting. The customer service is phenomenal. The best part about my visit was the Scones. They are very tasty and the quality is on a high level. I highly recommend a stop off for a morning cup of coffee and a Blueberry Scone.

My friends and I were really excited to try this place during our time in Temecula. We had spent some time exploring the wineries, and they had all taken social distancing and wearing masks very seriously, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, upon arrival at The Crafted Scone, none of the staff members were wearing masks or gloves. We felt bad walking in and not ordering anything, so we decided just to grab a scone and a coffee. One of the staff members put on a glove on one hand to grab the scone, but no one else had gloves on while handling the coffee cup and making our coffee. While we waited for our coffee, we noticed a couple flies feasting in the open case of scones. We decided to take a bite of the scone just to try, and don’t get me wrong - it was really tasty! However, we were nervous about the lack of safety during a global pandemic, as well as the flies, so we weren’t able to eat more than a bite. Would really recommend taking the pandemic seriously, not only for the staff’s sake, but for the customers’ sake. Also maybe consider a closed case for the scones.

Employees had no masks & no practiced in place against Covid. My wifes scone was good my scone was as dry as the desert. Coffee was good.

I have had the privilege to enjoy Ambers scones before she opened her shop. My wife came across her Instagram, we were hooked from the very first bite. Went twice, Scone are great but the hired help is so slow and not very nice.Common sense when you just order scones, you shouldnt have to wait after 5 coffees are made when the cashier could get them for you and not make the Barista do it.15 minutes to get the scones from the display case right in front of you.
