Their drivers don’t know how to drive, then when I call them to let them know one of their drivers was going over 90 mph on the freeway AND texting….she decided to tell me well why are you calling me why don’t you call the cops.Lisa on the phone is so very rude, I would never want to deal with her ever again in my life and the driver of one of their vans likes to text while he drives.. so unprofessional…

We called a couple of companies to have security cameras installed and one of the companies stated they were too busy to come give us a quote and told us to buy the cameras at Costco and install ourselves, so a little frustrated because that company was also a friends business, so I contacted Crane and Jarone replied quickly with a quote. We promptly schedule the install and Conor and Luke came out and got it done in a day. They provided exceptional customer service, they were friendly and knowledgeable as well as taking time to explain the system to me. They also cleaned up after drilling inside, Dish didn’t even do that for us! They were even patient with our dogs and horrendous amount of flies outside. The guys came back today and adjusted the cameras and had a great attitude about doing it. We defiantly will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Crane for having a great team to work with.

I had Crane Alarm come to our business to setup our existing alarm system. I would have given them a five-star review, but it wasnt until after a month of using the service that I discovered they only setup a couple of zones and left off the man-door / warehouse inventory completely unsecured and unprotected. I also found it annoying they screwed a fairly large Crane Alarm sign on the front of the metal building (which I do not own), and proudly placed Crane Alarm stickers on all doors - even the ones that didnt have protection at all.I emailed the owner my concerns with the alarm not covering all zones and he said hed be glad to send a technician out for $85 / hour plus parts in order to troubleshoot and make it work. I feel this issue should have been discovered at time of installation and not by the business owner.I recommend if you have an existing building to ask a lot of questions and make sure you know what youre getting before you sign the contract.
