Nick is great and it is so nice to know that if I have any problems is all I have to do is call him and he will be over to solve whatever is going on with my system. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a security system installed and the service after the instillation is wonderful.

Safe Security is who monitors and controls payments etc...I purchased a new home, and I wanted to move my alarm to the new home. the ONLY OPTONS they gave me was- SIGN A NEW 36 MONTH contract OR pay the ridiculous $684 cancellation fee. So Basically you are trapped for the rest of your life anytime you move. Or youre not allowed to sell a home until your contract is up with them. DONT RECOMMEND.I even asked if I can just pay for new installation, and keep my current contract. NOPE.I will say -Install guy Nick I signed up with was great when it was installed.

I have been so impressed with the customer service of Instantly Safe! They took the time to answer all my questions upon install and assured me I could contact them anytime. My rep even followed up on his own to make sure everything was working out and that I didnt have any further questions after using it for awhile. Then when I needed their assistance several months later, I was able to call my Instantly Safe rep and he gladly came by and helped me out. It feels good to be working with someone local, not a sales guy who is in the area for a couple weeks and then gone. I am so glad I made the switch!

This company came by my house to replace my Vivint system. They claimed to be BBB accredited but didnt turn up in the BBB directory. This didnt sit well in my mind.However, the owner came by (6/21/14) and we talked about what happened and what was misunderstood. (It seems there parent company is, but not their specific franchise) It seems like a good company at a competitive price, and I was impressed that the owner was willing to stop by and work out my concerns.

This company was great to work with. Nick the sales guy was great to work with making sure we got all the right equipment. They came and installed the very next day and we have loved it ever since. The monthly price is great and the system is easy enough to understand our 7 year old was able to learn how to disarm and arm if she wants. We went with the electronic dead bolt which is awesome. We can lock our doors, arm or disarm our home from our phones. The install crew came by with my wife and kids at home and my wife felt comfortable with them around her and the kids. Highly recommend this company!

Instantly Safe installed 4 IP cams + NVR professionally and without a hitch. Nick (owner) is very responsive, tech-savvy and has very high integrity. He beat out two other pro installers who balked at the job or offered sub-par solutions. He worked very hard to complete the project, and didnt charge me for some extra time he needed to configure/program the cams. All the cams work great, and he walked me through how to personally configure them and install them. Every issue/problem/question I had Nick either anticipated and pre-answered, or answered. I recommend Instantly Safe for any job, including security installs, and esp. camera installs.
