There work in general is good, however, regarding a billing took way too long. Called 7/11 about a bill that didnt look right. They said we needed to sign a contract which we did ASAP. They were supposed to send new invoice showing the changes. 8/14 I call them again because we received a statement with the wrong amount and they never did anything to fix it. The day I called in August they did email a revised invoice.
