Came in yesterday (10/15) and placed a cake order at 330 pm with a girl named Myah. She said it would be ready in 24 hours. I came back today to pick it up and dealt with Mischa. And surprise, my cake is nowhere to be found. This girl checked the freezer 4 times like my cake would suddenly appear. Didn’t even offer me a refund. Just said “well it’s not here”. I had to ask for a refund and was treated like I was inconveniencing her, when I’m the one throwing a birthday tonight with no cake now.

Amazing customer service! Totally impressed. We were greeted by everyone, and everyone working stepped up to ask what else they could get for us while their coworker was preparing an order. Efficient, fast, and so so friendly!

New store is amazing. Drive through nice addition. Staff super busy, friendly & patient w ppl cant make up there minds. New summer slim ice cream is the best. Very refreshing. Could be additive. Yum.

The drive thru is cool, but the menu looked so good we decided to go inside and order. We sampled a few things and sat and ate inside. Great service! Great experience! Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Ok that’s it. I always give the benefit of the doubt and never leave bad reviews…This must be said.Baskin Robbins always delivers on product. They have great ice cream, no trouble there.BUT, since this store has changed it’s location on the Blvd, the service here is absolutely terrible. We come once a week or so and I can’t remember the last time an employee acknowledged us or any other customer walking in the door. Even while standing at the counter waiting to order, the level of attentiveness and enthusiasm is rock bottom. The restaurant is usually busy, yet I’ve never seen ANY of the employees here show one modicum of HUSTLE. There is zero sense of urgency to provide even the base level of customer service. This is a terrible reflection on the brand and I hope management is working to correct this.

Thought going through drive through would be faster since there was only 3 cars in line but I sat there for almost 30 minutes McDonalds is faster. They need to work on moving faster. 30 min is a little ridiculous for a drive through ice cream shop

Really busy and drive thru took a while they apologized and our order was perfect. Staff was very nice and even tho the the were extremely busy they did not seem over whelmed and continued to have great customer service.

Never greeted. Staff acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. She asked what toppings I would like and I told her I’d like the toppings that are pictured with it, which is clearly caramel and she put a huge pile of hot fudge on it. I absolutely hate hot fudge so after all this I didn’t even eat what I payed it very $6 for. I understand it was a busy night but come on.

I havent been to a Baskin Robbins in years. We were in the mood for ice cream and dropped on in. Wow! A lot has changed. They sure do offer more than an ice cream cone or sundae. They have special ice cream beverages, pizza, cookies, premade cakes and even a chance to design your own specialty ice cream cake. If you stop by on the 31st of any month you can get a single scoop for $1.50. This store has handicap access. There is no public bathroom, but you are not there long enough to worry about that. They do have cute tables inside and outside. So, bring your special date on over for some specialty ice cream. This time I chose eggnog and it was soooo good.

First of all they left us in the drive thru for about 10 minutes just to order. Than after that take about 15 minutes to get the order to us. Horrible service next time Ill will definitely go to Dairy Queen.

Baskin Robbins is my favorite ice cream however this new location in Nampa needs to get a little more organized. There were probably 6 people working there but only one person assisting customers in the store while everyone else was apparently working the drive-thru.

They were rude helped others before even done with my order and when my 5 ye old try to say bye they just turned their backs and talked about whatever. Will go back to our old store.

I purchased a nice ice cream cake here and it was good. The store is pretty small though.

Went in on a Saturday night with 9 🎂 kids after roller skating all afternoon and BR31 dining room was open with 6 or 7 on staff and ready to politely cheerfully take orders of each kid with other customers before and after us in their last business hour. Got everything for well under $40 and spent about 40 minutes eating in.They have a drive-thru window too.Staff smiles are detectable even though they are required to wear covid masks and that was the only awkward thing about our visit. Just a reminder what a mad mind controlled world we live in! Masks are only smile filters and shame muzzles, it doesnt protect from ANY disease smh!

It a wonderful place to work or get your favorite ice cream! Oh and the beverages are amazing. Definitely a must stop in place!

I went to get my wife a vegan shake for valentines day and watched them make it with whole milk. I didnt realize that whole milk is vegetarian not vegan. My wife was upset and made me drink it!...worst Valentines day ever!

Great ice cream with friendly people! You can never go wrong with all the different assorted flavors they have. And the employees are always more than willing to offer their favorite samples. Only thing I wish they had is a display of toppings they offer like cold stone but I definitely prefer their ice cream over them for sure! Will be returning soon

The service was great, even though they were very busy. Our order was done properly. The place was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly. The ice cream was fresh and tasted great. The only draw back was we miss the water fountain.

The shop no longer has the cache that it once had in the 80s, but they still serve very good ice cream. My only complaint is price, but I suppose it wouldnt be much of a business if they were giving it away free. Its a good clean place to get an occasional treat of your diet allows for it.

You couldnt use the outside tables because they were very dirty. It was a long wait but the ice cream made up for it. I really enjoyed it. Cost a little more but worth it.

Surprisingly busy so long wait. Didnt like the off-shift employee coming in and making an ice cream cone for her boyfriend while we waited. And she didnt wash hands or put on gloves while she was handling cones.The on-shift workers were pleasent & cheerful. Ice cream is good.

Maggi is the nicest most polite young lady I would always come get icecream from her! And the girls were so polite when my toddler wanted to try so many different flavors.

Ice Cream was great, but did not want to give me a receipt since I was paying with cash. We only give receipts for customers that use credit or debit cards. Makes me wonder if that is a corporate policy or if the employee was going to steal the cash and say there were no sales.

Not alot of room on the inside of store and the size of their scoops were very small, owner must be cheap; no joke. The store in meridian, Idaho was over double the size a scoop ... I actually drive 20 min. Further to get an amount that makes me happy. Its the point of this place being cheap with spoon size scoops, not for me.

The ice cream Is Bomb!AlSo!!!They have great honest employees sat April 27 2019 2 girls were working they were super nice& Me and my GF left couple hours later we noticed she lost her phone we were about to give up so we call baskin robins and turns out she left it and the employees saved it for us!!Great Customer service the place is on the smaller side but who cares with bomb ice cream and good staff!

Usually met with smiles and great service giving my little girls a great birthday experience.Awful service by Courtney today. She was not focused and didnt really care to be. Before I could finish what my order was she would runoff starting to fill an order that was not what I was asking for. Would be much more appreciated if she would stop and listen to the full order and clarify details. Ended up with double what I wanted. Of course they didnt charge me the multiple mistakes but that was besides the point.Not only this but before my interaction was over, she was asking the other worker if the lady before my only tipped a dollar or if she tipped more. I should have gotten a receipt. I will definitely be checking my statement.Service was rude, confusing and not the pleasant Baskin Robbins I remember.

Staff was not the best. One young girl was talking to a boy, for the whole time, who wasnt ordering anything. She ignored all the customers as they walked in. The other girl helped us and you could tell she was not happy about it. There was 6 customers and I know I have a larger order since I was picking up ice cream for the fam. People had to wait a long time just to be helped and then receive hostile service. The ice cream was good, the place was clean, just not pleasant associates.

Thus had always been a great place of tradition!
