We went for a treat after my 4 year old nieces dance recital, it was a yummy and cold treat. I love all the choices in toppings.

I love the music they always have on, and the flavor of their yogurt is unique. Its much better than that of other places I have visited.

Small shop with a moderate selection of yogurts, and all the toppings you would expect. Not a ton of indoor seating but plenty outside. Was pretty busy when we went and its great to see a small business thriving in the current climate. Fresh, delicious, and moderately priced.

Fryo was okay. The place itself needs fixing up and it was dirty. Overflowing trash cans, outside tables were not clean, had to wait for a long time for staff to come to the register, etc

Its nice and clean. A lot of variety to choose from. Prices goes by weight.

Employees are rude, my daughter somehow managed to get ice cream on her brand new glasses and the employees literally started laughing at her. They couldnt even wait til we left. She is so embarrassed and doesnt want to wear them anymore. 😥

Good yogurt!

The frozen yogurt was good, the prices were a little much and the fresh fruit toppings were frozen. Its pick up/ to go only which is fine and you had to use a glove which is fine too.

I usually like this place, but my last experience was not so good. I had taken my yogurt off the scale and placed it on the counter. My daughter put hers on the scale and accidentally knocked mine off. She cleaned most of the mess, and I was still charged for it. When he gave me the total, I said so this is how it goes, I cant replace it? He said, pretty much. I realize that they lost product, but it wouldnt cut into their margin much to let me get a similar amount in the name of good customer service.

Not a lot of flavors to choose from... but the flavors they have are pretty good. Really wish they had a better variety.

Big Chill is delicious and has all of the toppings you could ever want! I was impressed by the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere.

Always a great place to bring the family after or before catching a movie.

Love the place, but the prices are really high. Twin Falls yogurt shop charged a flat rate. I can go to the Caldwell shop for half the price.

As I was checking out my small ice cream cone weighed 12.3 n the free ice cream number was 12.4 they usually give it to you if your that close but I was like whatever ok so then the rest of my family weighed there ice cream cups that were completely full and mine still weighed more, I was confused as the customer went to the back I weighed my cone and it weighed 7.4! The kids that work there are inexperienced and always on there phones! Didn’t ever hear a word out of its mouth! Won’t be going back!

They charged us 18 dollars for 2 small frozen yogurts. Both weighed less than 2 ounces and price per ounce was 55 cents.

Good. Nice flavor selection. Lots of seating. I did think it was a little wonky that they use a cellphone to process debit and credit cards.

Good enough for what it is but I’m pretty sure some of the flavors aren’t what they say they are.

It is currently 9:42pm, Big Chill closes at 10:00pm. The lady working came to the front and started closing everything at 9:30pm. This was unfair to the customers that are coming and wanted to get frozen yogurt. She told the customers coming after that time that they were closed when in fact it says on, not only online, but on the door as well that they close at 10:00pm. Terrible thing to do on top of making current customers sitting down uncomfortable that we feel the need to leave.Plus, the flavors are not even worth the price.

Good stuff.. Not a huge selection but enough for everyone.
