I had purchased and upgraded my phone. I had questions and brought the phone in and I worked with Cassandra she was over and above helping with everything I needed. I enjoyed talking with her and she showed me what to do and had a very pleasant attitude and was very nice to me and help me with all my issues. I was at the Appleton location and I worked with Cassandra.

Incompetent people are always hired. If they do tend to get any better they get sent to another store. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get anything done at this store. Cricket service is great for the price, but they need to staff the Neenah store with educated people and keep them. Poor and slow service.

I would like to say that I have done business with Cricket for years, but I have never been happier with the customer service. I go to the Neenah location which is under new management and the new manager Carrie is simply amazing!!! She is very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable!!! I couldnt ask for a more efficient person to go and see with any of my problems. If your looking for GREAT service stop in at this location and talk with Carrie. Keep up the Great work and welcome to the area!!
I saw the previous review and came to say that I also had issues with this associate, but then I saw the company reply... I just want to say that I think that it is extremely unprofessional to tell a customer with a complaint to reach out on social media apps. Your company should be ran better than that and whoever made the reply cant even spell twitter. Why should we have to go through another screen instead of giving them a number to call to speak to a person its just completely bizarre to me just like the fact that instead of a store number they have an 800 number listed.
Switched over from NET10 to Cricket in november. I needed a new phone because it was so old and outdated I couldnt play games. Cricket offered to give a free phone if you switched they have a local store I took the shot. When I got in the store it took an hour and a half to get it set up, but when i got home it wasnt working correctly. So I sat with assistance on the PC. For a half hour and had to reprogram the phone myself. I wasnt given any credit for the incompitence of the Neenah store. Whatever i did it everything worked fine. Take you to last week I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Ok I go into the store going to buy a new phone. Get shown by the guy about this phone that has a tougher screen. Alright sweet Im in. Pay 50 bucks or so for the activation and the upgrade. To find out the phone I just bought doesnt play games it disconnects from WIFI. So I sit in pc assistance again for about an hour going through all the wifi trouble shooting uninstalling reinstalling stuff. Nothing worked. So i have to go into the store again and get an exchange. Well the phone I bought cant be exchanged cause its going to have the same issue. It just doesnt work with games. So I was told Id have to spend more money on a different phone, well i asked for a refund then. Then only gave me half the refund said the activation fee for the phone that doesnt work I wont get back. Now im sitting with a cracked screen phone, and nobody will offer any assistance or credit towards a phone. I wasted at least 7-8 hours handling problems with this business. If you go to cricket you should know what to expect nothing but headaches.
A lot better than boost. Store manager at boost was a jerk and Rebecca explained a lot of their hidden fees while she set me up with cricket. Couldnt bring over my phone but thats boosts fault, not hers 10/10
I changed providers today and called asking how i could cancel my plan with them. Katie answered and when i asked she quickly said stop paying and hung up. Not great customer service.
Kelly was there from another store but he took the time to find out why my phone wasnt working and what he had to do to get it to work and I really appreciated the time and patience he had to get it all done for me.
Rebecca M is extremely unprofessional and sometimes downright rude in her delivery. My fiance has been a cricket customer for some time now and on the off chance that she is there I dont feel comfortable bringing the kids in because Ive heard her speak of inappropriate subject matter and even swearing on one occasion. Definitely not a kid-friendly environment

I just left this cricket with amazing service from Rebecca. i read the other reviews and i have to say its a bit unbelievable that those other reviews are talking about the same young lady. my wife and i are over 45 years old and this technology stuff doesnt come to us very easy... Rebecca took all the time in the world with us. she helped me setup a new email and she wasnt trying to swindle us out of any money unlike Sprint did for over 10 years. Rebecca showed us that we can save more money so we will be coming back with our kids and grandkids to add them to our plan.Thanks...- Tom and Sue Gallager
