Great service got my account from us cellular switched over with no problems everything went as smoothly as I wanted. The new staff is very knowledgeable.
If you’re thinking of switching over to T-Mobile, run in the other direction. Very frustrating experience with the manager & Jess at this location. Long story short, was told by an employee to come in-store to pay off my phone as it wasn’t working online because there was a glitch in the system and my lease didn’t switch over to the monthly payments options I selected toward the end of my lease. Now I’ve been paying monthly month-to-month payments going towards nothing. They won’t let me pay off my phone to own, even though I’ve paid nearly all of it this far. My only option is giving them this nearly paid off phone and leasing a new phone. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
They sold me two phones and signed me up for an area where they know they dont have coverage? Their answer? Maybe you can go outside to call? Turned in the phones and cancelled service with 24 hours. Theyre still hounding me for money. STAY AWAY. Cant give zero stars.
Got there at 6:30pm. They closed at 7. When we got there it was just us, the employee, and another customer at the service desk being helped by the employee. We walked around for 5 minutes and then the tmobile guy asked us what we needed. We explained the problem. He said he would be right with us. One hour later after wondering around the tmobile employee came up us, told us it took longer than expected as he was STILL with the same customer and he told us we needed to go because they closed at 7. He offered to schedule an appointment in the morning but it didnt fit our schedule. Walked out very disappointed and irritated.
Came here after chatting with sprint on a secure line and they were absolutely useless. Came here to get a case, small selection but whatever. I asked the guy believe his name was Shane, about this issue I had about this government charge being $25. Long story short he was very informative just by looking at my account and knew the problem, broke it down for me so I could understand whats happening. Best experience Ive had a sprint store and I even told him. believe me Shane is your guy if you want someone competent and Ive Been with sprint long enough not to remember how Ive been with them
Customer service is a joke. Have fun talking to a machine and being on hold for 30 mins. Just to be told by the person who barely speaks English and could give a F less that they cant cancel my account I have to drive an hour to the place I signed up. I called the neenah store, they cant help unless its in person! Why am I canceling? Because their map said I am in the middle of great 4g service, but I the service is horrible and internet barely works when it does. Nobody at TMobile could care less.
Let me start off by saying that I love sprint. Fair prices, good phone support, and up to date technology is great. I would recommend sprint to friends and family. THIS store is what received the 1 star rating. I was shocked to learn that they charge you for paying your bill with cash. I have never heard of a processing fee for paying with cash. It turns out that it is independently owned. This allows them to charge whatever they want to simply pay your bill. This place just screams greed. I wouldnt be a bit surprised if they got sued for charging people for paying with cash. My business is going to a different sprint store. I would strongly recommend that you do the same.
With this store coming under new management I was delighted at the service I received. All of my questions were answered without that blank stare one often receives from people without the knowledge to back their jobs. 10/10 would recommend again
Avoid this place like the plague. The employees here have no idea whats going on and care about one thing selling you something to pad their wallets. The management is a joke! You ask the staff to talk to their manager because they refuse to fix a plan they changed without permission and this manager named Jeremy never calls back and is always out of the office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Went here with iPhone issues after downloading IOS 10. Actually had a nice guy who helped unlock the phone and helped us. First I have received help from any sprint store in the last 4 Years. Hopefully Sprint has changed there policy to actually help customers instead of making them jump ship and go to a different carrier.

Sprint as an entire company is a scam! Been with this carrier for almost 3 maybe 4 years and every turn something on my account doesn’t seem right. One minute I had Apple Care the next I don’t. When I called to complain and find out what was the issue my calls would be put on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time with no wait music nothing. Was never sold the correct insurance, my phones were stolen and I’m paying a bill for 2 phones instead of one. This company is a joke, once bill is paid will defiantly be going elsewhere

Went into the store at 5:26pm there were 2 employees behind the counter each helping a customer with no one else waiting I stood waiting for a few minutes waiting to be greeted...neither employee looked up acknowleged me in any way not even a smile so I sat in a chair right up next to counter where employees were until 5:40pm (14 mins) I then stood up slowly walked out of the store. I sat in my car directly in front of store door tried to call customer service to make a formal complaint only to get a recording telling me to call back during normal business hours. Pretty pathetic Sprint.
I am forever grateful to the store manager Steve Zanto. Today I came in with my son, Steve and Luke were very gracious. They helped add a line with a new phone and get a new tablet. They were very helpful and showed me how to use the new phone and tablet. They were very nice to my son and told me they would help with any questions I have. Ive become a sprint customer recently and I will never leave. I will definitely be going back to the Neenah store soon to get a Samsung Wireless Charger. Thank you so much Steve! Always and forever!
Sprint customer service told me to go to a Sprint store. I arrived at this store and there was one associate helping One customer and the associate told me to go to another store because it would take him at least 45 minutes to an hour to help this customer. Additionally when I explained what my problem was he said well you should probably go to the corporate store because I could help you with that but I cant guarantee that I can.

Whoever is working today 6/27/17 at 2:15pm just lost a customer for years. I called to ask simple questions, he was rude from the beginning and in the end told me to sign up with verizon because he is a 3rd party dealer and could care less. The guy claims he is a supervisor, but wont give his name or let me talk to anyone else. Also claims he doesnt have a boss. Verizon here I come.
