I highly recommend going elsewhere for your vision needs. My usually vision center was booked out for the year, so I took a chance going here since it was conveniently located, and I was able to book an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The COVID-19 frame try-on process was not explained, and the associate seemed annoyed the whole time. I luckily brought in a pair of back-up frames & just ordered the lenses.The first set of lenses were blurry on the top half, so I brought them back to find out they didnt take the proper measurements. The associate on the second visit apologized but literally had me move my eyes around while wearing them as she marked the lenses with a marker (this didnt seem like a very accurate method of taking measurements).I received the second set of lenses, and my eyes were not adjusting to them after a week. Either the prescription was not accurate (even though the doctor stated that it hardly changed from what I had before), or the lenses were not properly made AGAIN. I went in and explained the situation to the manager. She processed the refund minus the exam (which wasnt clarified until I asked why it wasnt the full amount) and didnt apologize for my loss of time, money, and energy. She stated that exam wasnt refundable because its a service (even if another eye doctor elsewhere finds that my prescription to be different than the one this place gave me).Ive been wearing glasses for over 15 years and never had this many problems with vision services. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this location.

Got me in right away and didnt have any issues while I was there. This location is much better than the one I used to go to because not only the area looks nice, the staff are wonderful. Keep it up!

I ordered my glasses and they were post to put a rush on them. Because with out my glasses I could end up in the hospital. I paid over 400 dollars and it’s been over 2 weeks now. Every time I called the date got later and later . Now I have to wait till April 5 th when they were post to be here the 22. I am not happy about this at all!

Prices right, just like regular doctors offices but can go pick up groceries when done
