Sam is by the the best! Not only does he know that parts for 90% of the appliance by heart he will walk you through most any repair, been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Its all in the name; this is an excellent place to get the replacement parts for your appliances. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He wont try to sell you anything you dont need, and if the part costs too much to be worth replacing hell tell you that upfront. Highly recommended.

Id give 10 stars if I could. Sam know his stuff and is willing to go out of his way to help you. I needed a part for my fridge to keep it running and he had the part and even stayed open an extra 10 minutes so I could come get the part. Highly recommended!!

Sam was fantastic. He was very helpful and knew exactly what i needed. He went above and beyond even printing out a diagram for me.

So was looking for a Samsung dryer pulley. Called every place i could think of and only place i could find it was online. The wife and i have a 4 month old so laundry is always time we have away from our baby. long story short called in to see if they could order it. . Never even gave him the part number for the piece said yep we have it and a more than fair price. I honestly called back with the new upgraded part # just to make sure he really had it.( about 40 min from my place So i checked) sure enough knew it was me and told me not to waste my $ on the more expensive one. i tilt him great can you pull it ill be up soon. when i got there it was the best experience in customer love i have ever seen i spent more tint just talking about the life him and i live and was just in awe the part was on the counter as i walk in. I hope the best for the owner as he was talking about expanding to Middlesex township in butler pa. Dryer bs back up and running with out flaw and its all thanks to them. thanks for the great service and talk made my day. ( if you read this it was the kid with the BMW ha ha) thanks again
