I would bring a negative 10 if I could. . It has completely gone downhill. The kids that work there dont care about anything. When I was looking around for help they were all together in the flooring section talking. I asked one of them if they knew where I can find handles for screen doors and one of them said you got to go search for it. I dont like asking for help unless I absolutely need it but in this place when you need help you wont get it. Not anymore at least.

Great place to use the bathroom after searching for one since 6am. Bathroom was very clean and I purchased a pack of gum to justify my bathroom usage. 10/10 would go again.

Just another Home Depot. Stock does not match what is shown on their website, a little frustrating to go then discover they are out of what you came for.

Afternoon/ Evening employees are extremely lazy. Needed help with checking if there were any rails in stock. Online showed 16 in stock but there were only 2. One of them being damaged . Asked for help, help was on the way they never showed up. Asked the cashier, she tried calling someone and they never showed up. Finally i was told if it isnt on the shelf it isnt in stock since there website stock isnt accurate. I purchased the only rail that was in good condition. Once i got home i checked there stock and it went from 16 in stock to 15 in stock after my purchase. Its clear there website works. Lazy much?

Picked up/Dropped off Brush Hog aka Billy Goat to take care of an over grown yard and definitely did the job. Easy and Fast pick up and drop off. A+

I went into the Home Depot to purchase outdoor furniture one of the workers there game over introduced herself and extended her service to me shes very professional initially we couldnt find the outdoor furniture in one part of the store she then directed me and led me to another area where we did find the outdoor furniture. I thought that was very nice of her she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and making sure that the product that I was looking for was available. I didnt get her name but I would like to commend her for a job thank you. Again my experience and going to Home Depot as always been a very positive one it appears that most cells people or floor people or very product knowledgeable and are always willing to assist you.

Very helpful in the weed wacker section on this day(Wed 7/28 around 745pm)..Should have got his name( he was the reason I made my purchase the echo G-22)..he had one eye..but he brought the energy and knowledge to his job..Customer service on this day brought their A game and it was a team effort..they got 4 stars the old fashion way THEY EARNED IT!

My mother was in there on September 8th, and was looking for a refrigerator and asked 3 different employees to assist her and she was told some one will be right with you each time and was left standing there for over a half and hour. Terrible customer service on this trip

Very friendly staff usually has a great selection of items. This year I dont feel there was a big selection, but I guess that is to be expected anymore.

Awful, nasty people and customers. One employee was complaining about her job to another one as I entered the store. She was loud and abrasive. Others ignored you when you approached them for help. The customers were just as rude. Much has to do with the area. Most of the other stores have to the problem in that area. Ill stick with Lowes.

I had an order for deck supply which took almost two weeks to deliver because I was told the railings was a particular order. When it was finally delivered, I notice that I dont have the risking. I called in and was told that they were looking into it and I will get a call back the same day from the manager. I never got a call back when I called the manager on Friday, 6/18/2021; she said they are still looking into it. And I will receive a call on Monday. I asked if I can speak to someone. She said no, it is just her, and there is nothing she can do right now, Now Monday 6/21, still no phone call tried calling I was transferred to the manager where I was on hold for 10 minutes, still no pick up from the manager or anyone horrible customer service

Always great service! We go here a couple times a week depending on what we are looking for.. bought flowers mid week and today had to get tree clippers.. in and out no long lines.. will go back

This is one of the stores where their inventory is always wrong. It says they have a product but either they dont have it or cant find it. Its really frustrating when you drive there to get something and they really dont have it.

We are re-doing our kitchen cabinets. When we first got their we could not fine anyone to help. But when we did fined help. Mr. Jeremy, he was such a big help. He knew measurements and gave suggestions. THANK YOU Mr. Jeremy. We give Mr. Jeremy 5 starts for his customer service and professionalism.

The store was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a tool rental, which is nice. Its one of the smaller HDs so they dont always have what I need. However, I like the store enough to check there first!

Needed a set of 3 oddball 40 watt fixture bulbs. Easy find under $10. Help a stranger load pressure treated fence sections stop his suv. In all a wholesome experience.

I usually am able to get only some of what I need before heading to Lowes.

Best home improvement and building supply store. Fair prices on products, helpful employees. This is my go to place for supplies. Need new doors? Great choices here but paid for my own installer as their labor prices are high bc they sub out.Great prices on mulch. And best place to rent a truck at an affordable rate.

Went to this place to get a key made. It was early in the morning so it wasnt busy. Took awhile to find an employee. Found someone and they told me to go to the end of aisle 11.went there and there were 2 self serve key machines. Problem was, you needed an employee to enter their employee number. After finding another employee, they had to call someone. The guy came pretty quick but he had a quiet attitude like he didnt want to be bothered. I thanked him because I felt like I was bothering him and got my key made.

Usually good today not so much there gas grill tank distribution was giving out empty tanks it took at least 10 minutes for an employee to get right distribution door to open that was not empty

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. Their rental department is not knowledgeable of the system and how it works. Spoke to someone in store concerning a rental and they informed me that if I came in at opening, they could rent me the truck. I got ther a 1/2 hour before opening and the told me it was reserved. How the he’ll someone reserved and I was rhe 1st on there and was the last one late last night? FYI there is no online reservation.

Good availability and pricing but associates have no knowledge relating to their department. Nobody in plumbing actually knows how to do any plumbing same with lumber yard, painting, bathroom, and so on.

They had everything we needed. Fast checkout. Friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful employees

The store seemed understaffed as I had to go to the front of the store to find an employee to find someone to help in the appliance section. This was after walking about trying to find someone to help for 5 minutes. I was there to pick up a fridge. It was on the second shelf, so it took awhile to find someone that could get it off the shelf.Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, it was just finding someone to help. I did not feel the store was that busy that it would take the amount of time that it did. I will emphasize again, all interaction with employees was pleasant and helpful.

Home Depot has done a lot to make your in-store experience special. New self checkout section, a lot of stuff for sale outside, and great customer service.💪🏾👊🏿👌🏽🙂

Store worker in the fence department ( Cynthia) completely gave the wrong information and refused to help with finding the right product. I was told her supervisor told her to tell customers that the veranda fences was discontinued, I told her no their not i am looking at them now, I showed her my phone and she still said “ oh I don’t know” she did not help me, I had to order myself and figure out the poles needed etc on my own. Very unprofessional and LAZY.

Nice store friendly employees. Helpful in assisting and pointing in right direction but did feel as though I walked entire store trying to find a stuff member. But fast friendly check out with a smile.

Rented a commercial carpet extractor w/heat (think Stanley Steamer) from Home Depot Tool/Truck Rental. Easy p/u and return. Only issue is they only reserve tools 2 hours in advance, so you have to reserve same day.

I was desperately hunting for a specific kitchen tile for my renovation project and I called and visited a dozen different Home Depot stores with no luck. Peter from the New Castle store not only found it for me, but went above and beyond to make sure the tile was correct and made it into my hands. Stellar customer service!! Had everything I needed and customer service was great but they have grown to not have any trust in there customers because they lock everything up and put them in cages and need a worker to come over and open up everything just to look at something like power tools and if you want to buy it you have to have them carry it to register to buy it will be buying my tools from some place else trust is everything

Had a bad experience the other day while trying to rent a tool. The employee named mike told me he had the tool over the phone and would hold it for up to 2 hours for me. I asked him did I need anything other than my ID he said no. I was there about 20 mins later was told no cash only major credit cards or debit cards. So I tried to use my debit card and it wasnt swipping on their machine for some reason. Then mike tried as well and said oh this must not be an actual debit card. I showed him the word debit right on my card he became very rude and nasty. So I stated I was rushed for time and he yelled at me saying if you want the tool you better make time for this. I asked him not to speak to me like that and in front of my child. He also pointed to a sign that says debit and credit then yelled cant you read. I asked him to call a mgr for me to talk to. He became irate again said why shes gonna tell you the same thing. Then when the woman mgr gets there as Im explaining what was said to me Mike starts screaming at me in front of her and she ended up asking him to walk away. She was polite and explained the policy said not sure why my card wouldnt read. I will never shop at that depot again as I feel nothing will change or be done and this man is getting away with disrespecting people/women as he chooses.

John helped me get the proper drill and drill bits for a TV wall mount project. Im a novice at being a handyman and new home owner so his advice really helped.

This is a great store. I have never shopped here my husband usually shops here. So it had everything I needed and more. And all I needed was light bulbs, but I ended up decorating my kitchen. Haahaa. 🤣🤣🤣

Newer to this area and live very close to a lowes but it rarely has what I need in stock. The home depot however always seems to have whatever I need whenever I need it. So I take the extra 2 or 3 minutes and go there instead. Always a easy and fast shopping experience.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! They are scammers with carpet installation prices and the customer service was horrible! They over charged me and refuse to fix it! I paid $3000 for carpet installation and they left my OLD carpet sitting on my front lawn! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! The manager (Jenn) was no help at all! I spoke with a sales associate name niyah who was more helpful then the manager! Very disappointed! I will never get any other service done from here again! This store should be ashamed ripping people off and taking their hard earned money! I hope corporate has more to offer, because I will not recommend Home Depot to anyone else ever again!

The employees are nice, the store layout is good. Unfortunately, their online stock has rarely ever matched what they actually have in stock. The garden center is usually well organized and I cant say I have trouble finding things I wasnt looking for!

Seems like this place never has the thing I need when I need it, but I end up leaving with something anyway. The sales on house plants are good and the staff is nice.

Pretty standard home depot, nothing exceptional, pretty good stock of Plumbing and fittings that I went for. Honest employees when presented with questions that werent clearly answered on signs. Was greatly appreciated.

Good shopping centre

New Castle Home Depot almost always has what im looking for. If not, they are more than willing to find a store that has it in stock. The staff are courteous, kind, and will treat you respectfully. When I need to go to the Home Depot, New Castle is my only stop.

Miller Road is a much better store. Store on 13 the employees are not helpful. They will walk right past you. They are just there for the paycheck.

Customer service at Home Depot is very poor with the exception of the New Castle store return policy its no good if you dont have your receipt they steal money from you by giving you the last price even though you paid more I need to trust a customer when they tell you how much they pay for it

I love going to this Home Depot everyones very helpful they also have a hot dog stand outside which is excellent theyre very good and the lines are never that long.

Do not visit this store after 4pm! It seems as though the evening crew is generally there to man the checkout area and handle the customer service desk. If you need assistance with blinds, carpet, doors, lumber etc, you should get to the store earlier in the day. Respectful employees, but werent able to provide me with skilled assistance.
