I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, March 27th at 10:30am. I got to my appointment on time. The young man did the check for damages and gave me the inspection check list. I went inside to customer service and was told immediately I can’t be seen because they close at 1pm. Even though I had an appointment and it states online that they close at 6pm. Why give me an appointment just to deny me service once I get there? Not only did I have an appointment, but it was at 10:30am so I’m confused why them closing at 1pm would stop them from servicing me. The young man at customer service had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t have time to look at my car and to try to figure out the issue. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!! They don’t deserve a star at all. I’m upset!!!

So let’s start off with this. They sold me a certified used car where the AC was not working, buttons falling off, airbag not working, and above it all a worn out car battery. 3 months of driving the car, my car would not start because the battery was dead. They conceived me to get the extended warranty... and it’s been USELESS. My car needed to get towed, Honda roadside assistance never came! Can you believe that? I went to Metro Honda and they insisted I went back to Honda New Rochelle and ask them why they sold me a bad car with a bad battery! They sided with me and even mentioned I should’ve came there! Have so much regrets! Do not SHOP here. All they want to do is sell the car!

I have been very disappointed with the service center. I have an issue that is back for the 3rd time. I made sure to have the person checking me in notice the issue so that someone in the dealership would see the problem. However, after having the car for 13 hours and having to call them myself instead of getting a call from the service advisor (and need to mention the 7 calls I had to make before someone called me back), all they told me is they dont see the issue. Then I was told a manager would call the next day between 8-9. Its 10am and no call yet.

The worst service I’ve experienced at any Honda. I usually go to planet Honda in NJ. I came to this location because I happened to be in New York. Each person I came in contact with was rude and I’m only here for an oil change. No one bothered to help me navigate the building since I expressed it was my first time here. They just continued to watch me walk in circles and when I would ask which way to turn they would just point in the air. The lack of customer service is comical. It’s that bad. The good reviews must be in regards to sales, of course because they want your money. But the service department, try another location.
