We ordered two churros - one with chocolate/ almond and one with crème brûlée each paired with chocolate Ice cream. The crème brûlée churros was very tasty and crunchy. We will definitely be coming back!

Fun dessert place! The churros are tasty and remind me of Disneyland. On a hot day the soft serve melts fast. We got a strawberry shortcake churro loop with soft serve and a coconut ube churro loop with vanilla soft serve. They also serve fried chicken! But we didnt order that. Overall its a tasty, fun treat, especially on a summer day! I would order it again!

I tried the strawberry shortcake churro and it was perfection! 😍Warm, not too sweet, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and everything I never knew I needed! The owner was so nice, welcoming, and gave great suggestions. I cant wait to go back so I can try more churros and the chicken!

My daughter loves churros, and now in the lockdown, COSTCO stopped selling them, so I was happy to gind this place. I ordered two and didnt know you can add ice cream with it. In the shop they also sell food like fries and wings. It was a bit weird if you walked inside and saw the set up. My daughter ate both of the churros faster than light speed. Well go back again soon.

Variety of churros served here. You can add additional toppings and they make it fresh. It’s a bit pricey though.

One of the worst business run I have ever seen. Dont fall for the Instagram posts. The churros didnt taste good at all. Employees took forever to make couple churros. Lousiest employees I have seen in my life. Ordered Garlic fries and got just the fries, and when asked for the garlic fries, the employee literally added garlic paste on the top. I have a whole new confidence to open up a new business after I saw how a business like this can also make a profit.

Update as of July 2020- ONLY GET CHURROS! Well I decided to get wings bad choice and a ice cream vanilla and it was gross even the fries were over salted! But the food tasted like fish or fried in fish oil! I called to ask they gave me all kinds of answers! The type of oil and vegan! But they are Korean style wings I think but I couldn’t handle it! My family and I ended up eating cereal and tossing out $40 worth of food it was just that gross! Due to pandemic I wasn’t going to keep persisting to fix the problem obviously by giving me all these reasons they were hurting for money! Not sure if ownership changed but even the churros were under cooked this time! What a huge disappointment!Oh my God you’re crazy if you don’t stop here and try one of these churros. Wow you are missing out if you have not tried it I absolutely enjoyed my churro and so did my family. I have to come back soon I wish I could get one now.

Took my kids here over the weekend to try the newest cool treat . Fresh made warm churros with sprinkles of sugar and a light sweet cream topping. I had to share the churros because it’s so big. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it, you will love how fresh it is.The drinks were refreshing. The atmosphere of the store was clean, has lots of tables and chairs for you to sit and relax . Great customer device . And they have a rewards program if you enter your phone number or email, which I did . Hella Good!!! I went to Tesla supercharger and noticed this place on the way there. Wow am I glad I noticed it because this place has some of the best dessert ever. The regular churros are good but I decided to add a little bit more sugar and got the s’mores churro let me tell you it was amazing. It’s a very cool display and when they make it it’s fun to watch.

Great place and lovely people! I have allergies so its almost impossible to have a great treat let alone a churro. They help make my food as safe as possible. I really appreciate it will be back soon!Edit: Two original churrios!

I really love the churros at this place. The soft serve was good too. The only thing is that I didnt notice a clear sign that said drizzle and toppings were extra. Otherwise, everyone here is friendly, I got a very warm welcome and was checked up on. Definitely coming back to try the wings!

Let me start by saying that the churros and ice cream and even the toppings were great. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the poor communication by employees and EXTREMELY long wait. With 5 people on staff at the time, we waited about 30 minutes (I kid you not... I was watching the clock and my phone and the time on the receipt, and it was a solid 28 minutes) for our order (2 churros with ice cream and a drink). Employees were standing around not doing anything, some employees were cleaning walls and surfaces not in use... and they probably called out an order about every 7 minutes or so. When my order was finally called, they also let me know that they were out of Boba and asked me if I wanted ice cream toppings... not a great experience...

Terrible service my Tracy I was a costumer she is very rude to her workers she’s suppose to be a leader when manager is out I saw her friends come in and give them free churros and more free food I asked for her to take my order she said wait with a tone and continued talking to her friends 15 minutes passed and no order tooken I strongly suggest you report her she is Asian with black hair

The price was really high for some fried dough and some glaze and sprinkles. It was only flavored on like half of it too. Maybe its better with the ice cream. I dont think we will go back thought to be honest. We bought for my husband an I and two kids. It cost the same as a yougurtland trip or cold stone and was not as satisfying. Sorry a little bit disappointed.

Terrible experience a young black boy served me I was uncomfortable the whole time while he was making the ice cream his hands looked dirty I declined the order when I saw it he looked stressed and mugged me I feared for my life I left Immediately when I went home I shared the traumatic event with my family I do not recommend coming here unless you wanna fear for your life.

Get your sweet tooth satisfied here! They have soft serve, churros and not only coated in cinnamon sugar, but in a bunch of different flavors to coat this light crunchy donut stick! some flavors are Oreo, chocolate and UBE! Faves! Oooh maybe theyll have pandan one day!

Horrible service 😑 when I went looks like a great place but waited for 4 churros for almost 1 hour, 45 minutes to be exact and they werent even busy. Saw staff walk out to go to the store with no cares given saw that my churros were done and for whatever reason they hadnt given them to us sadly couldve been great but due to staff this is the rating im giving 1 star for staff and an extra star for the churros served. The churros werent bad the staff was.

Good service, delicious churros, and outside seating available. The only downside is I found the glazes and topping for the churros too sweet. But it is big and one of those in ice cream is good for 2 or 3 people.

First time visiting Pop Churros and we were a bit confused as to what to order as they have quite a few selections of flavors and toppings. Dinh helped us order exactly what we wanted, so thank you! It was delicious and definitely helped satisfy my cravings for sweets and churros. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

Wow, where to begin. Churros are Mexican street food -- fried dough on a stick. Sure, this franchise is a different spin but $8.15 plus tax means you r paying almost $10 for what is essentially a cheap treat. No amount of glaze or add-ons can compensate -- if youve never had Churros then I suggest there are far better and ore authentic places to eat these at far more reasonable prices.

The churro tasted really good. I ordered the chocolate with almonds. I ended up upgrading to the sundae as Ive seen pictures that make them look really good. Sadly I was not a fan of their soft serve. It came out really runny. I also ordered caramel drizzle. Overall it was super sweet. Too much for my liking. I will stick to just the churro next time. But definitely something new and you should all try it.

Churros are great but price wise its a bit high. 4$ per churro is alot plus you pay extra for dipping and toppings (which should be free). Taste wise its perfect just gotta work on the atmosphere and pricing.

Where should I begin?... well I came in on a Sunday night and the place was not busy at all, I was able to walk up to place my order immediately, cashier was helpful in showing me how the menu worked considering this was my first time. Not gonna lie, I was a little in shock when I saw a simple churro (sugar) was almost $5 (if you factor in tax) I mean where am I Disneyland? Moving forward, I ordered 2 churros with 1 dip + 1 topping each and one with some of their soft serve, I mean why not Im already here right and my kids are super excited to try this sweet treat (total $16). Well! 20 minutes later, im still sitting there watching as staff figures out their life ( and wiping counters in between) but still no churros =/ mind you my kids and husband are waiting in the car wondering if Id been abducted.Final result, 2 pretty trendy churros with a thin layer of a chocolate like substance and soft serve that tasted water based. Needless to say we are not fans of this place. Next time Im craving hard churros Ill just wait to go to costco, atleast there were only paying $1.50.

Overpriced and really underwhelming. I was expecting a fun Mexican fusion dessert, but this is an insult to churros. The chocolate is thin, theres no real cinnamon flavoring, none of your typical churro toppings, and the boba tea is just poured from a pitcher (the fact that they even have boba should be a red flag for a churro place). This place is just for the gram. Ive had far superior churros from a frozen box.
