Had my gun for over a year and a half and he cannot find the part to repair the gun. I wanted to pick it up and he is going to charge 25.00 to get my gun back... I have NEVER had to pay for what someone can’t fix . I drove 3 hours to get the gun there and 3 hours back home. Now I have to drive 6 more hours to pay him 25.00 for making a few phone calls. He ripped me off. BEWARE of going there for repairs

The guys at T&C were great!! As a new gun owner they instructed me on how to operate my firearm safely and also provided some much needed insight into NYS gun laws. I found them to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable all around. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the near future.

I purchased a 1911 45 acp from them and am very pleased with the service and knowledge offered to me. I have had no trouble with the weapon and am very satisfied. When I am ready for another pistol I will go there first

Buyer beware! First, they will have you sign a policy statement when you leave a gun for repair; read it carefully. What you are signing gives them the right to keep your property as long as they see fit, if you want it back before work is done they will charge you $27.00, my experience was after 8 weeks I asked to have my handgun returned, it was left for a simple cleaning, owner and counterman were both very argumentative and insisted I pay handling fee of $27.00 before they would return gun.

Have been there several times ans ALWAYS get top shelf service. Have had several vintage .22s rescoped by them. Always done RIGHT,using the best rings and base I asked for. Its getting hard to find a real deal knowledgeable gunsmith any more . I have no worries when I leave my fire arms here for work . Prices are fair and service and work exceptional.

Dont let the current 4 star rating fool you. These guys are not here to help. They were insulting and I found myself constantly de-escalating the conversation. They charged me 30 bucks to grind down 4 screws. I would avoid these guys at all costs. Drive a little further and give your money to a business that values the customer.

I bought a mossberg 500 from them and the thing was broken from the beginning. The forearm ring keeps popping off after every shot leaving me stranded for my next shot. I brought it in explaining what was wrong and that it was like that from the beginning. He didnt say anything, took the gun and fixed it for me then charged me the bench fee without me consenting to the fix. And its actually worse now than before. Every time I walk in theyre talking about lunch which makes me feel very awkward as a customer. I will never EVER buy anything from them again. Also they will tell me onething and everyone else tells me the opposite of what they say.

Sold me a gun that appeared to not work right and wasn’t safe to shoot. They raised their voice at me while having their pistols shown on their hip and got defensive when I brought it in. Will not be going back to this place, other gun shops I go to despise this place as well.
