Joe will do what is best for you not what is best for his bottom line. He will find you the cheapest and best solution to your problem. He has built me three computers over the years and I would never go anywhere else because it is rare in this world to find a man with as much integrity as Joe.
This establishment is incredible. The staff are so helpful. I especially enjoy their mask policy. It makes me feel safe and that they care about the health and safety of their customers. While some small-brained people may think this infringes on their made up “rights”, I think this shows how much this company really cares about the community it exists in. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

Zero stars actually but I had to leave 1 to write a review. Drove by as my daughter phone broke so I was like hey a phone store. We pulled in got to the door its closed appt only, so we call meanwhile Im talking to my daughter about businesses loosing money cause ofcovid this fella answer the phone not by saying hello it was how am I loosing money. So ya creeper wanna listen to my conversation and then act like an jerk. Then proceeds to ask if i can read. Im also going to be calling the Better Business Bureau

Dropped off my phone to get it repaired 2 months later I called and Sean the owner said that he was holding the phone in his hand after he told me it was on his desk for two months and hadnt had a chance to look at it! Drove by picked it up... And told him what kind of business are you trying to run here. their faces dropped! Google should have an option of 0 Stars! My last words to them was Jesus loves you both🙏🏻

Stopped in to have an old laptop looked at. No hello no nothing, just “Sir, you have to wear a mask” to which I replied “I am exempt.” If he knew the law, he would know you are not allowed to ask how a person is exempt, it is part of the civil rights act. Instead, he says “how so?” I told him I am medically exempt, and he refused my business. Last time me or my business take any of our products to this dump. Cheers

I went to Niagara Electronics because I had heard good things about Joe, however; I came away sorely disappointed, frustrated feeling I was trying to be scammed. From the moment I stepped into his tiny office, he seemed extremely impatient. I had a screen problem with my HP laptop that I was hoping he could fix. When I told him that I had disassembled the screen myself and checked the LCD cable he said abruptly, You really shouldnt do that, you know, adding that I could have fried something. I calmly told him that I knew a little bit about computers and that I had unplugged both the power and the battery before inspecting the screen. After inspecting my computer for a couple of minutes, Joe announced that I would need a new LCD screen. I wasnt altogether surprised since I knew I might, but I asked him whether the issue might be a loose or faulty LCD cable. This is when, to my great surprise, Joe became totally impatient. All I wanted was extra information so that I could make an informed choice but he seemed to resent my questions (including whether I could get the same model screen as the one currently on my laptop). At one point he said, You dont seem to know very much about this stuff (even if that were true, do you tell a customer that?) and that I was trying to railroad him. How was I trying to railroad him? By asking questions. Has it become a crime to explore all ones options? Like most students, I have to be careful about my spending and so I wanted to make sure that JOE was sure that the issue was with my screen and not the LCD cable. I never expected to be treated so rudely and unprofessionally. I told him as much and took my computer and left. I found a place nearby where the owner was much more professional and patient. I will never come back here; that was Millennium computers in Welland, Nick.
Matt is so patient and accommodating to understand my concerns and needs. Glad he continues to work w Joe. Ordered extras I wanted, speedy delivery. Glad to be able to deal locally!
This computer team was great to deal with. Its nice to be treated with honesty and respect by small business in Niagara Falls. I will be recommending Niagara Electronics to everyone with computer issues. The team always followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I hope they keep up this excellent service.

I took my 3 laptops to Matt and got the most honest reliable advise on what was worth repairing and what was not. He also gave me good tips on what to look for in a new machine . I would anyday go to Niagara Elecrronics to get my machines serviced or to get a new computer. Its hard to find honest solid reliable service like they offer these days. I highly recommend them.
Ive always been pleased with Niagara Electronics. Theyve been in business in excess of 30 years and frankly Im glad they are still in business.Im going to mention they sell Aftershokz headphones but Ill elaborate on that more after.My recent experience brought me in to find some screws for mounting my M.2 NVME drives in my laptops.First off Matt was super helpful and they had these screws that not many others do. They were actually referred by another store located in St Catharines. Thats saying a lot.I was fortunate to speak to Matt a bit, great attitude of everyone in the shop.I want to touch on something in store. Aftershokz bone conduction headphones.Ooooh my goodness. Literally one of the best headphones Ive used. Buying another pair for my wife. Literally the most comfortable for watching YouTube, movies, listening to music and taking phone calls while being aware of traffic and others.I havent taken them off except to charge which is insanely fast. Insanely insanely good! Battery life beyond the advertised.As an experience Im extremely impressed with Niagara Electronics and I believe you will be extremely happy with your computer design, purchase and aftercare.
These guys restored my desktop within a few days and were very helpful and professional.
Terrible customer service. Ask a simple question and it feels like its a burden to them to answer. They will not compete price wise with any major companies and over charge for their products.

Called 3times in 2 days to inquire about a laptop repair. First time I was told Id get a call back second time I was told call next week. They didnt even ask what the issue was. Didnt seem interested in the work at all.
I found them to be rude and impatient. I will never deal with them again. Seriously, when did it become wrong for the customers to ask questions when its my money Im spending. The owner of this place should take a hard look at his staff. They may know computers but they do not know customer service.
Service was good. Needed them to find lost files on the hardware of my Mac. They succeeded and did so on time within my time constraints. They worked efficiently.
