Great store to shop in. Very large isles and lots of signage. They were installing more self serve machines the last time I was there and they do a great business so they really need more. Also, good news, they have bathrooms there and a pharmacy and you can buy cans or bottles of beer (several brands and types) and the prices are comparable to the beer stores as well and some even better then the beer store. The also have a wine store with very reasonable prices and a lotto desk. So enjoy.

One of the best grocery stores in Niagara. Very reasonable prices, great and wide selection of produce and meats. Bakery is a must try and cakes are worth dying for. Apparels and footwear are now added newly. Great place for shopping

The PC express pickup team does great work. Especially Antonella who goes out of her way to get to know her clients at pickup time. Great team you have.

The ladies at the customer service were very helpful today. Floor staff were very helpful as well. Staff in the back need to support their team more when busy with customer requests.

10 minutes of shopping and 20 minutes of waiting in the Q for normal checkout. Be prepared and beware! There are some lazy buns out there slowly scanning your items.I prefer Zehrs since I was from Peel and shopped extensively in Fortinos.

Ive been a premium member and had someone shop for me since well before COVID and I loved it. Now it seems everything perishable is almost ready to expire or use immediately ripe. Premium prices, should be better.

No more separate entrance and exit was weird to see but its not a bad thing. Looking forward to Starbucks opening

Not super busy on Tuesday. Some shelves were close to being empty. Probably because of the long weekend.

I like Zehrs; especially for the apple fritter donuts made onsite and the Baxter loaf cakes - Pumpkin Pepita Loaf is to die for. I have one in the fridge for dessert tonight. All of the house-brand Farmers Market pastries are great. FM oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are mmmmmmmm. Presidents Choice Buffalo style medium wings are the only store-bought wings I will eat. Very tasty and better than big brand-name frozen wings. Bock bock yummy! I just tried No Name Bacon Cheddar flavour potato chips. Yum, yum, yummy!

The female deli manager continues to refuse to wear a mask properly over her nose. The managers have been told this and they say they will take care of the situation and nothing has been done. Horrible COVID protocols!

Zehrs is always clean, has good quality food and products, and I always end up finding what I need. It is a good store to go when grocery shopping.

Only place I can get fresh Delhi meat was very upset when at 330 in the afternoon was told the counter was closed however I did ask for manager and he found someone who was trained and could cut some meat for me

Excellent produce. Huge selection of brands and items not found in other grocers. Bakery has delicious baked goods. Lines have been long due to covid. They offer self checkout for faster service. They have many prepared take home meals to just heat up. They have hot tray food ready to go as well. This location has a butcher, bakery, joe fresh clothing section, household items (microwaves etc), and a cell phone store. Their customer service is excellent. Lots of parking spaces. Bathrooms are clean. You can earn or redeem optimum points here.

Favorite grocery store in Niagara,, pricier than others, but they have better quality and selection, and there is less impulse shopping.

This location is by far the best zehrs around (regarding any Loblaws in Niagara region). Always so organized, shelves always restocked, staff always friendly and over all well layed out store. Only thing I wish it still has was a butcher.

Just stopped in to grab a few things before the rush. The personal shopper wearing a black beanie has no problem traveling the isles in the opposite direction of the arrows. Meanwhile the woman restocking the shelves by the juice bar with either fruit trays or shrimp rings wears her face shield on the top of her head. Hope she wasnt the one in the back putting them together. Just want to point out that this is not the first time we have seen this happening in this store.

Good store good quality food, really good cooked chicken. Higher prices than most other places but quality makes up for that.

Great place to grab your groceries! The store and the aisles are nice and spacious and its always very clean. Ive found it to be well stocked and the hot food, deli, meat/fish and bakery departments are great if youre into eating fresh products. Not to be forgotten, you can buy beer here up to closing time. YAY

A little more pricey but they pay a better wage to there workers. 4 stars 🌟 because they make there donuts 🍩so much smaller now

Zehrs Pharmacy horrific service. Zero tolerance for any who may be in pain dealing with their incompetence. Ending up wasting my time because she made a mistake and all I got was attitude when I went back to fix the mistake. How this girl got a job dealing with people I dont know. She has no idea what empathy is. She needs to be put in the back stock room.

Got turned away at the door because my two-year old son didnt have a mask. Im not sure how they landed in this arbitrary age, but clearly there wasnt a parent in the room when that decision was made. The public school boards have collectively agreed that students should wear masks beginning in grade 1, which puts the kids at around six years old.Im not opposed to children wearing masks, but it is impossible to expect any child under the age of four to keep a mask on.Until they smarten up, my family of five will be buying our groceries elsewhere.

Had three deliveries via Instacart, because were stuck quarantining, and all three have contained rotting and wilting vegetables. The quality has been entirely unreliable. The bananas were fresh and green, half of the avocados were barely ripened and the other half were bad, the mandarins were all browned and rotting, the kale was yellowing, and the arugula was wilted (though edible).Most of the other food was fine. Bread was good, bagels were good. Just the produce that was spotty. Receiving such low-quality produce makes the experience of being in quarantine even more disheartening. I would not recommend for anyone forced to travel like us to use Zehrs via Instacart or maybe just avoid the area.Edit: added photo of the best mandarin we received yesterday. Threw out 7 of 10.

Please have produce check more frequent the fresh fruit. Several strawberry packs had moldy strawberries. All were very visable at the front.Line ups went quickly. Overall kudos to the staff

There is a great variety in the store but I dont know if the higher prices are worth it. I am a vegan and they have a good variety but the same stuff is 10 to 20 per cent cheaper.

New to the area. Liked the overall selection at the store and seemed pretty clean BUT disappointed to see one cashier wearing NO MASK, talking & yawning away. (thank goodness for the plexi.....?) Do employees not have to obey the rules and bi-laws? Also bought some chicken which when I opened the next day to cook it smelled really bad and rotten. I see I am not the only one to mention bad meat.

I wish Loblaws would give the workers at this location diversity training. The ladies in the self checkout area who clean the kiosks always leave the area when its my turn so they dont have to clean the kiosk for me. This happened to me twice so I know its not a coincidence. Very sad.

I’m not impressed with the pickup or delivery service. Therefore you’ve lost a customer. We received a bag of all rotten potatoes. Happy Thanksgiving dinner! This isn’t the first time. They seem to always pick things close to expiry date, rotten fruit and of course potatoes. I don’t want to be a second rate customer at these prices!!! I’m not giving them a fifth chance.

I went to this store to buy a birthday cake. There was one baker only and she didn’t seem happy to see me. But she managed to come and give the cake without saying hi or hello to me that is very poor customer service. I asked her to write happy birthday and my friend’s name on cake and she refused and packed cake right away. I asked her the reason and she said cake is too small. But it wasn’t too smalL. So I kindly requested her to write only my friend’s name, she rolled her eyes and told me that she cannot. I again requested her that name is very small and it can easily fit on the cake but she refused and said “I can’t “. So I asked her to call the manager and she said there is no manager in bakery right now so I asked her to call any other store manager. She called her manager and talked to him on phone and came back to me and asked how big the name is. I told her the name that she messed up on the cake so I asked her to correct it. Finally she corrected it with so much hate in her eyes☹️ I understand if she was having a bad day or something, I was very polite to her and requested but I didn’t like this attitude and customer service. I talked to the manger when I was leaving, he apologized for that and I appreciate that. I wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday who is my colleague and she works in health care team and I wanted to surprise her with cake during this stressful time but this baker ruined my mood. Please guys if you don’t want to work then take off for a day, Atleast don’t ruin someone’s day. If that baker is reading my comment, god bless you but do your job with love and passion.This store is good overall but this was the only bad experience I had. I always buy cakes from here and cakes are always delicious.

The PC Express is a great service. Everyone is very helpful and polite.

In-person shopping is a good experience, just dont order pick up with PC Express...ordered food for pickup between 7-8pm and nobody called me to tell me it was going to be an hour late

We havent been here in years since moving to BC. I forgot how much I loved Zehrs. My GF is gluten free and their selection of products was incredible.When we went in the afternoon we were surprised to see such a large line up. Understand the covid precautions in place but it was slow entry.

The worst customer service ever at the pharmacy. 4 or 5 people are there, all looking busy while the customers line up. Finally after 10 min or so, one staff person asked me if I needed any help... no I just stand here because that’s what I do. That was my third attempt to purchase meds at this pharmacy.

Pharmacys a joke. Phoned, one of the twits said pharmacy hello. And before I could even respond hung up. My god incompetence at its highest level.

The only place I will go for birthday cakes and hard to find items for your daily cuisine or barbecue. Just one birthday cake and find all you will need for a great birthday party. Just try it and find out for yourself.
