10/10 recommend this place! Just got 4 new tires put on and thought I needed an alignment so went ahead and told them to do it for me, turns out I didn’t need it and instead of “doing an alignment” and charging me for it, they were honest about it:) I also, didn’t have a ride so I told them I was staying to wait and they had all the work done in about a hour! I really appreciate these boys for taking care of me today!

I stopped in to get air in my front tire, and the mechanic discovered a screw in the tire at the edge of the tread and tire wall, so it couldnt be repaired. I purchased 2 new tires, and even though the staff was busy and short handed, they were very efficient and personable, and completed everything in less time than I expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Went for a tire sensor light on my dash to see if they can pinpoint which sensor was bad. They checked and stated it was left front tire, all others are “okay” and it would cost $130 to replace the sensor. I took the estimate from them and went to shop around. Another shop showed me the exact opposite of what they said. So The left front was the only one that was still working with a low battery. The other three were completely dead.Just bad diagnostics here. Dont trust them or their equipment.

Not so much...took my truck in to have all the bulbs replaced in the headlights...so they didnt align the lights like I had specifically asked...did it myself when I got home lights were nearly 7ft in the air...also didnt even plug in passenger side light and they cracked the housing now I have moisture in the light. ..I can see clearly now...stay away.

They only wanted to sell me the tires they had in stock, while other tires came with rebates.

Jason and his crew are exceptional people!!! They are always so helpful with any car repair, oil change, wiper blades, tires, whatever you may need. They are really good at getting you in and out ASAP and you can drive away knowing your car is repaired.

Picked up a bolt in my passenger rear tire on my truck, resulting in a serious leak. The guys did a great job getting me in and repairing the tire. Friendly service as well. Excellent job guys, I truly appreciate it.

The staff is great. Took car in for alignment expecting to find something wrong, they were honest and told me what it was. I expected it after installing my own struts, then come to find out after alignment the parts I installed were cheap brand parts causing car to shake, they realigned it after I changed to a name brand strut car is driving great.Thanks guys for your honesty.Oh yeah get the 3year alignment worth every penny of it.

Manager was fantastic! Very kind and helpful! We needed a tire repaired just as we were trying to leave and get going on a long trip home. They fixed it in less than half an hour. Clean and well cared for shop. Can see they take pride in their work. Thank you!

Wonderful Guys! We were visiting from out of town and we caught a screw in our tire and it was slowly leaking out. We needed to leave the same evening on an 8 hour drive home. They were able to fit us in and it didn’t cost us a thing! Thanks Goodyear in Niceville FL!

Outstanding customer service. Always busy and for good reason.

I have been to this location on three occasions. The first two the service was good, price fair, facility clean, and the work was done in a timely manner. My third visit things didnt go as well - I knew at least one of my brake calibers had failed, so I called and made an appointment. During the call I told them I knew at least one caliber had failed on the front and if they confirmed my suspicions, I wanted both front calibers replaced but with new calibers, not rebuilt ones. Showed up the next day, repeated the information and again said I wanted new calibers. My vehicle sat in the lot for over five hours before being taken back. Short time later I was called and learned three calibers were bad, so I said replace them all but with new calibers, not rebuilt ones. They had to keep the jeep overnight, but the next day around noon I was called and told it was ready. Surprised, on the invoice the calibers were identified as rebuilt. I asked why, after repeated instructions for new calibers, were rebuilt ones installed? Nothing except to say - we give two year warranties on rebuilt calibers. Driving off the lot when I went to brake, the pedal went almost to the floor board! I turned around and brought the keys back and said the brakes were not working, possible air in the lines. The service manager said the jeep had been test driven without issue. I disagreed and asked them to bleed the brakes as I was sure there was air in the lines. Three hours later I was called - yes we found a little bit of air in the left rear brake line! I picked it up and while the braking was better, it was still sloppy, so that weekend I bled the brakes several times with the help of my wife. First two times, air in all the lines, final time no air and now the jeep brakes properly. I have a two-year warranty on the calibers as well as front end alignments for a year, but other than these maintenance visits which were paid for in advance, Im probably not going to use this facility for further servicing.UPDATE - At the request of the Corporate Office I contacted them and we spoke several times about my experience. They were professional and apologized and offered to reimburse a portion of the labor cost. The willingness to discuss the issue and look for ways to improve were impressive. Great staff at the Customer Support level.

After going off-roading one of my tires came off the rim. I brought my wheel and tire in for repair. They put it back on and filled it up with air immediately. Then he said, “No charge.” Awesome. Next time I need service on my Jeep I will bring it here. They seem like honest and professional.

Had a trailer blow a tire right in front of there shop. I pulled in and asked them to fix it since I was from out of town they said wouldn’t happen till the next day. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They are the best in the area. I came out to my car in the morning to a flat tire on the driver side. I was able to drop the tire and they took care of it with a phone call. I could tell it was a busy day for them by the amount of cars out front.They put the tire on my car and sent me on my way in 20 minutes.Everytime I have gone to this location in the past for brakes. They have always been straight forward and helpful to me and my family.

This store is Tops! Ive used them for 11 years when I became a widow. They treat me well and take really good care of my car, a 2003 Ford Focus. I had it in today for an oil change, and a complimentary rotate and balance. Jeanelle was especially nice and the gentleman there working behind the counter when I got there was very pleasant and pet my Emotional Support Dog, Drummond. I ended up purchasing 4 brand new tires. 3 months later I had a blow out I called and asked if I had any warranty. They said no, so I ended up calling back to ask if I can take it by and have it fixed. It was a Saturday afternoon 3pm. Mind you that I said it looks like I ran over a nail. The guy told me that I can drop it off and pick it up Monday evening and said, If it couldn’t be fixed I would have to buy a new tire.The experience at this place of business is NOT customer friendly 100%.Just a heads up.

Whats the first thing that comes to mind when you consider getting your tire fixed at a place that sells tires? If youre like me, its I think Im going to be buying a tire today - maybe 2. Well rest assured that honesty and courtesy are still alive and well - they are, at least, at the Goodyear store in Niceville. Imagine my surprise when, first, I was told my tire was fixed and good to go, and second, that it was no charge. As I was busy picking my jaw up off the floor, the gentleman behind the counter went on to say Its a courtesy service. Im almost looking forward to my next tire purchase so I can return here knowing and trusting that Im in good hands. Service doesnt get better than this.

This is Goodyear in general. Great service when I bought 4 tires for both of my vehicles. Now that I have a slow leak and need a rotation an appointment is needed. Don’t book an appointment online and get a confirmation. Chances are it will not be honored. Left the house and was in route just to be called and told it was booked over another appointment. Guess I’ll go to Walmart and pay to have my tire fixed even though I have road hazard.

My uncle came in with his RV which was too big to be serviced inside so the guys serviced it in the pouring rain outside

Awesome crew, very understandable and actually went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure that the issues from Pepboys were fixed. Woman-approved, you wont get charged for things you dont need. Theyre great people here and honest - apparently hard to find these days at car shops. Front desk guy (Jim I hope his name is!!!) Was so wonderful and helpful and very straightforward. Hats off to you guys, I really appreciate your help and will be a lifetime customer.

I had a long day after breaking down on the side of the road twice. From the phone call to Goodyear and once I got there the staff was phenomenal! They were polite, funny to talk with, and they took great care of my truck in a very timely manner.I would say they are the reason the town is called Niceville ;)

The Goodyear Auto Service Center in Niceville, FL has provided me with quality service for all my vehicles from tire repair and installation to air condition service to name a few jobs they did for me.The staff is courteous, professional, and take their time to do the job right the first time. The facility is clean, comfortable and easy to access. One of the best auto facilities that I have used.

This crew here were Soo friendly. They took my car in and got it done. I called ahead to see if they had my size tires in before I took my car down. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!!

Beware, you need to be an expert in what you need accomplished here. Took a golf cart tire in for a patch. The tire had something in it that penetrated to cause a slow leak. I was called and told that there were too many holes in the tire to patch, but they could get a new one for only $90. They supposedly dunked it in a water tank to find this out as they never broke the tire down. Brought it home, dunked it in a pool of water and only found the one leak we asked them to fix. We had just bought tires for another vehicle earlier in the week and had an alignment on another one last week. Seemed fine, until today. Very unhappy with the service and the customer support after the fact. This was not a hard transaction, but they were willing to lie to me to get me to purchase a new tire instead of just fixing the one I was willing to pay for to get fixed. I will be purchasing and having service done elsewhere now. I hope you pick somewhere else too. This is such a small thing, but what will they do when it is something more involved....can you trust them?

Probably the best in the area. Honest and proper repairs - no dangerous shortcuts. If my cars are not under warranty their service is better than BMWs in Ft.Walton and less than half the price.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires and i called and was told bring it in we do free tire plugs so i did as soon as i stepped foot in there i felt welcomed and ushered that it will be fixed right also they did a bumper to bumper check all the way around i was satisfied with the work they do there highly recommend

Excellent customer service.... if your buying new tires! Worked me in for new tires. Told me road hazard was included. Couple months laterHad a tire going low on a Saturday so I headed over and was told to come back Monday they were to busy. Went out to the parking lot to see it was flat. They offered to put air in it so I could get home and return on Monday. I said no I have road hazard I’ll wait even though they said it could be 4 hours. Then after I waited I was shown the tire wasn’t repairable AND that the paper work said I denied road hazard! I asked if it was included before purchasing the tires and told yes. So $100 for a new tire and they sold me road hazard for all 4. One month later visiting in another state pick up a nail AND no Goodyear for over 69 miles. Went to the local Walmart and $15 for repair and fast excellent service. Lesson learned stick to Walmart or Sam’s

They tried to take advantage of my gf when she went to take my car in there and told her she needs new tires when the tires on the car don’t even have 20k miles on them. They were bought in August of 2019 and they are rated for 60k miles. This is why I never take my vehicles to shops ever. They try and take advantage of people. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Would give no stars if available. Drove 45 minutes to this goodyear for them to tell me they didnt have the tires and they had some other one. Said the website is messed up and someone should have called. Noone called and I wasted 2 hours of my day. Thanks for nothing Goodyear. The other counter guy was also really rude to the lady in front of me. Never again!! This is whats wrong with society today.

These people were wonderful!! I got upset when things were worse than I thought. They handled it, took care of everything and got me out the door with a safe car!!

This is not your 15 minute oil change spot. These guys take time to do it right, and stay busy for that reason. Ive had multiple experiences where their honesty has shown through.

BUYER BEWARE!! Walked in for a tire repair. Was told I needed 4 new tires and my tire was in excess of 1/4 inch patch tolerance. Knowing better and seeing the damage was less then 1/4 inch in size. Based on trying to sell me 4 tires when all I needed was a patch. I decided to leave. Wal-Mart Super Center showed me the size of damage with a micrometer. The tire was fixed for $10.60 in less then one hour. Much more friendly, honest and transparent at Wal-Mart.

I went there with a goodyear tire that I purchased about a year and a half ago. The tire started to come apart despite only having about 11k miles on them. These people would not replace my tire or discount a new one claiming that the tire has been driven on a flat and that is the reason that it has degraded. I tried to explain to them that the tire was never driven on a flat and that the tire is just bad but I was treated as if I was some criminal trying to scam them out of a tire. You never know how good a company is until you have a problem, then they show their true colors. I will not buy a goodyear tire again and will advise my friends and family not to either.

Took a tire there for repair. Lied to me and said it couldnt be patched after it sat in their shop all day. Told me they could sell me a new tire instead. Tire was patched at another shop no problem. Buyer beware!!! They use the free tire repair to mislead you into buying a new tire

My wife and I were traveling in VA during hurricane Sandy. I pulled off the interstate to set my GPS and damaged tires. One went down fast and I replaced it with the spare. Lucky for us we found a tire retailer a few miles away, open Sunday morning (Goodyear). I didn’t want a mixed tire set so I purchased 4 Goodyear Eagle tires, installed balanced, and wheel alignment. They preformed the work in about 1 ½ hours and we were back on the road for Niceville. After I got on the Interstate and traveled a few miles I noticed the car pulled hard to the right. I thought it might be the road, but after 50 miles I knew I had a problem with either the new tires, or the alignment. I called Goodyear and of course they were sorry, but I didn’t want to travel back, so they suggested I take the car to a Goodyear Service Center in my home. We did.Here in Niceville our Goodyear Service Center told me, not to worry, they would fix it under warrantee. They accomplished the alignment and said it was a little off, but that I should drive the car to see if the pull persisted. It did and they went to work on it and determined that one of my front tires had a manufacture default, causing the pull. They re-checked the alignment and replaced both front tires under their warranty.I must say they put quite a few hours in on this one, and replaced two tires. I realize the tires were only two days old, but the bottom line is, they ensured me they would take care of everything and they did.Total charge = $0.00My story is one satisfied customer and a company that stood behind their name. Even though the tires were purchased at another Goodyear, it didnt matter to them, my happiness and satisfaction did!

I dropped my car off at 7 AM for the check engine light being on. 10 hours later they were just getting ready to look at it. Needless to say I still do not know what is wrong. Worst service I ever had, if they werent going to have time to look at it then tell me so I can go somewhere else, which I still need to do.
