Decent place to make deliveries. Dock staff work hard, even when its 90-plus outside. Unloading done with a hand truck, so it is a little bit slower than normal. The southernmost of the two spaces is tight to get into, guide on your left side to avoid the post.

Mark Dunlap started this amazing experience from the day he came and gave us an estimate. He took his time, went over everything and showed me he wanted my business from the very beginning. I got one other quote from another company that was actually lower in price but went with Federal Allied simply because of how professional Mark was. The. On loading day and unloading day Frank and Austin were great! Very experienced and they had excellent attitudes and made us feel at ease through the entire process. They were flexible with the move and made it feel very easy. I will definitely use Federal Allied again for future moves!

Had a Washing Machine matching Dryer & pedestals delivered & was pleased with their service. The delivery men were courteous unboxed our appliances, removed the packaging & old appliances and set the new ones in the room they belonged in without a scratch on any of the items. I deducted 1 star only because the washer had some road oil from the hot road on one of the feet of the washing machine. Nothing some goo gone didnt take care of but in the future could have set the appliance on the box avoiding any road tar/oil.

Awful awful awful!I ordered a foundation from a company and this is who they have deliver. Worst delivery experience ever.First time they are supposed to deliver between 2 and 6. They show up at 8, 2 hours late. I am busy and miss them. They act like it isnt a big deal they were 2 hours late.Second they call at 8 in the morning telling me they will be there that day between 9 and 1. They call 15 minutes later they are on their way. Again, missed them.Third time finally got the delivery. Foundation has a hole and the guy uses his foot to push it up on the frame, with his dirty shoe. Disgusting.I would never use these people for anything. Every person I spoke with was rude and they didnt care about anything.

I would give this company 0 stars if it were possible. I was missing a package from my recent delivery. I called multiple times, spoke with three different people and left multiple messages. No one returned my call. After contacting Ikea to replace the missing piece, the person to whom my package had been incorrectly delivered was kind enough to track me down and bring it to my door. (He had been contacting Federal to tell them he had the package! They wouldnt return his calls either.) Horrible.

This was my first experience with a moving company and it was outstanding service. Everyone was very kind and professional.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. They cancelled the first delivery date and then called to schedule another one, and then called to schedule a different date without even speaking to me first, so I took a day off work for nothing and had to take yet another day off work to accommodate their schedule. Theyre supposed to be open till 5 pm, but I called several times at 4:45 pm and they are UNREACHABLE!! I left several voice messages and they NEVER even made an attempt to call me back. These people should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I am disgusted with these idiots. I called 3 times to secure an 8-12 appt. They changed it to 10:30-2:30. I worked my job that effects other people by the way around this installation. These people are liars and dont have the guts to even call you to let you know they changed your whole day! It may only be 2.5 hours, but that is 2.5 hours Im not getting paid!

I am very dissatisfied with the service. My invoice showed the product ordered arrived to this company on December first. We scheduled a delivery date 9 days after arrival. They missed the first delivery date because of a sick driver. This was frustrating because we took off work to be at home for our item. However, I understand people get sick and tried not to show our displeasure. We rescheduled for 5 days later. The driver had a two hour window and missed that. Yet again, my husband will be late for work because I am unable to move the shipment in by myself.

God awful. I have moved many times and this was the worst. I had 18,000 + pounds to move 4 full bedrooms plus home office plus 3 full living rooms plus full gym plus 3 car garage full of tools they sent 3 guys and a girl to load. They were 1hr late to load and 2 1/2 hrs late to unload. When they were falling behind on loading they sent more people which just stood around and sat in the trucks! I bought Ins not one person ever called me to see how the move was or check if there was any damage. They made my guest room bed and my daughters bed look like it was put together however they lost the hardware so when my parents came to use the guest room the bed fell apart!!!! Although some of the guys worked hard the female manager did nothing but badmouth the salesman. Not good and I would not recommend to a friend.

Two guys told me they couldnt place my new mattress and box spring in my room but sadly I alone was able to do it. says a lot about who should be working here.
