I want to say I went in on a Saturday 5 min before the place closed. The lady named Kami went above and beyond for me! She stayed showed me the unit, then her computer was down and I had to go online on my phone to rent the space, she stayed and helped me through the whole process cause Im horrible at doing things online! If the world had more Kami’s in it it would be a better place! P.S I have never done a review for anyone before and she never asked me to! I figured this out and did it on my own cause she deserves the recognition ❤️

Best Storage facility I have used so far. The lock was reasonably priced, everything was practically done for me over the internet. I am busy a lot and dont have a lot of time to meet up. They worked with and for me to get things set up and going and I am very pleased. Thank you!!

Wouldn’t tell us our units had been broken into until we guessed.. who does that? Very rude staff. They lie, name call, and are extremely petty and degrading. There’s plenty of other less trashy places around this area. We terminated our lease and have had much better luck else where.

The staff at Twin City Self Storage was very kind and professional. The units were clean and moving items in and out of the facility was convenient. Overall the facility was secure and available whenever I needed to get in there.

I will admit it is a clean storage facility and they do have good rates, as far as being an employee at this job that is much more different, I worked chief of maintenance for almost 3 months when the owner fired me abruptly two weeks before Christmas when I contacted the owner and asked him why he let me go he said he did not need to give me a reason that he was within his 90 days after dealing with all the repairs and the rude lady who lived in the apartment that was adjoined, this is how they repay a good employee. It was a Wonderful Christmas me and my 4 children Thank You 👍

I love the personnel.. in inside units are very good.. the ones outside are not all waterproof leakage from the ceiling and through the door

Just started to use this facility. I looked at the units that were available.The staff made the entire process of getting the rental set-up very easy.The unit I chose needed to have the door repaired to open more smoothly. They called the door repair folks to come in and get the door fixed.Friendly and efficient staff.

My girlfriend rented a storage unit out there today for the very first time got trapped in the elevator for an hour the fire department had to come get her out and then looking at the certificates elevator hasnt been inspected since 2019 and the certificate expired in 2020

This is the worst place to put your belongings. It is not climate controlled The staff is rude. Very condescending. I wouldnt have my enemy put anything in this place.

Typical storage unit set up several rows of units with roll up doors. Parking lot could be a little more well-maintained. Lighting could be better in the units themselves. Fairly secure location in a busy business district.

Called twice already to ask about options for storage unit that I am renting and the fact that the nearby university is not allowing students to pick up belongings. I was told twice that a manager would look into my concerns. I asked if a discount can be provided since I want to keep the unit for my son in the near future as he would eventually have to move his things but we never moved in. No one has contacted our family yet! This is poor customer service as I called once last week and once earlier this week.

Friendly and helpful staff. No prob switching to a larger unit than I reserved. Very clean, reasonable rates.

I helped someone move some items from here recently. It is a huge warehouse with storage units inside. There are 3 floors. They have moving carts inside that you can use to help transport your items back and forth and someone monitoring it. The storage rooms are all dark, but there are hanging lantern lights in the hallways that have cords that will stretch to be able to hook inside the rooms for light if you need it.

Very helpful front office and very clean facilities. I have used this facility before and this is my first choice when I need a storage unit.

I scheduled an appointment on the phone to come in and the office wasn’t open. The office did not tell the customer service about the adjusted hours. Very disappointing, terrible customer service. I will NEVER come back.

The people that work there are helpful, and the storage facility is clean.
