Hutchcraft Van Service did a fantastic move for us with perfect service from my initial call to schedule our move through the completion of their work. Orin Hutchcraft and his team were so very careful and conscientious of protecting our furniture and our home, accommodating our every need, extremely efficient with the best equipment, came in under the estimated cost, which itself was very reasonable, and just as important, everyone in the team was incredibly personable. In the future I will use no one other than Hutchcraft for any type of moves and I highly recommend them to everyone in need. They are the best!

Hutchcraft is wonderful. Julie in the office never was upset with all of my questions. Justin, the driver was amazing. He labeled every item and was so careful with our things. Travis and Ryan, the crew were so helpful. I couldnt be happier with Hutchcraft Van Service!

I have had two moves so far in the Army. This second move has prompted me to never again put my valuables in the hands of strangers. I dont know what kind of person thinks that packing boxes upside down inside other boxes makes sense, nor what kind of person thinks that OPENED LIQUIDS should be wrapped in the same box and wrapping paper as ELECTRONICS. Those kinds of people work here though. I called Hutchcraft during business hours for accountability or some sort of explanation on this. The first two times I reached a voicemail. The third time I reached Cathy Hutchcraft, who told me she wasnt responsible for the move, and to leave a voicemail with someone who she promised would get back to me when she returned to her desk... which was a week ago now.

Had a job for moving an oversized item. Oren and his great crew . Came to my residence and got the job done quickly without any problems at all. Hard to find that kind of service during these times. MANY THANKS

Professional, experienced, efficient and cost effective!! I had a great experience on my recent move across 4 states in January. My driver kept me updated on details and the men assisting him with packing were courteous and careful with my belongings. I used this company on my prior move and will continue using them in the future!!

Did not have availability after told them could not get semi to door.

By far one of the worst experiences. The moving coordinator moved the loading day on the morning the packers were scheduled to come. Packers were supposed to be available for 2 days but only wanted to stay for 1 day. Upshot was that I had to fire the company and delay our move until I could find a more reputable company. The agent that did the in home estimate was completely out of the picture and was not even aware of the changes. As a result you are forced to deal with a moving coordinator who you have never meet and couldnt care less about your needs.

Pleased with coordination of move, cost adjustment after we did some packing, good group of packers, and driver outstanding.

Filled out there online form and heard back from Julie very quickly. Spoke to her on the phone and sent the inventory list she requested. Waited a could of days but never heard back. Called and left her a message, but I never heard from her again.

Thank you for the ease in hiring help to unload my UHaul. The movers showed up on time and did a great job communicating and working with me. Again, Thank You for help!

I called out of the phone book and was quite surprosed at the quality of service I received from Hutchcraft. I had to cancel my first appointment and they were gracious enough to understand my circumstances and rescheduled. During my move from Chgo to Normal I experienced a delay and they were still able to accomodate me. The two gentlemen, Orin and Alan were curtious, effecient, and treated my belongings with care and respect. I will certanily use this company again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

They were a bit slow to unload me and its very small but other than that, they were okay.
