Very disappointed! I came to the store last 10/11 to upgrade my phone. I specifically went there to understand the trade in promo on the iPhones to make sure what I’m committing to before I change my current billing plan. At that time I was on a 30GB share plan and getting 25% corporate discount; I was told that in order to qualify for the trade in I have to be on the Unlimited Starter plan and still keep my corporate discount on top of it. So I had the person helping me calculate the difference of what my monthly bill will look like and was told that with my corporate discount that I’m getting it will be cheaper to go to the new unlimited plan. Well of course I signed up for it since it will save me on my moms payments and better I don’t have to pay for the new phone upfront.Then my first bill came and my corporate discount was not there. I decided to go to the store 10/31 and spoke to a different person in the store. I was then told that with my new plan corporate discount cannot apply. Again what?!!!! So basically I lost 25% discount I used to get which was NOT I was told to begin with. I had to call 611 to explain what happened to see what they can do to fix the situation, the problem is I already traded in my old phone which we processed in the store when I got my new phone activated. AT&T wants to put me back on my old plan but do not want to pay or return my old phone - I was on the phone for over an hour and no positive resolution was provided to either basically stuck with a new plan and now I have to pay more for the service and lost my corporate discount. I could have just paid for the phone upfront and kept my old plan. Such a disappointment!
Xavier is a tremendous employee, helped me every step of the way. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. This man will do big things one day. Was extremely pleased by his service.
I came into this particular location out of frustration from a whole different store and Chasity McBratney was extremely funny and helpful. She helped me and did an amazing job. I’m thankful for her knowledge and how quickly she not only helped me but changed my whole mood!!

Fully recommend going elsewhere. We have a large account with over 100 phones and I bought the new iPhone 12 that keeps freezing up and went into the store and it was towards the end of the day and they were trying to close and were sub par to help and wouldn’t exchange a few day old phone just said to come back tomorrow. This is my companies phone and I need to be able to talk promptly to my customers.

Horrible! I came to upgrade my Galaxy phone. Sales guy Tyler sold my S21 128gb which, according to him, has a slot for extra storage card. I spent an hour± only to find out this phone doesnt have a storage card slot AT ALL. I asked to cancel transaction and he did. A 15min later he called me and said they have to charge $55 restocking fee or something like that because the phone box was opened. What? You wasted my time and you want me to pay for that?
Let’s just start this review off saying Will is basically my angel in this dark world of changing and buying new cell phones. We upgraded 3 phones total. He was able to get us a discount on the actual plan and change it over so we were eligible for the unlimited plans and the new phone discounts. He worked with us for hours and had a smile the whole time we even had to call att customer service due to a glitch in the system no fault of wills. Basically I’m driving past an ATT store to go back and see Will at this location and have him set up our cell phones and do our screen protectors this store was clean and everyone was greeted immediately when walking inside and the other employee were super helpful and accommodating when ringing up all the accessories. I recommend this location 10 fold. It made a long process so much easier thank you so much Will. Give him a raise. ;)
Brandon provided me excellent customer service this morning with adding my new ipad pro to the mobile data sharing plan on my account. He also installed a protective shield on the device for me. This man is friendly and personable along with displaying very professional experienced quality service. If I were his manager, I would most certainly offer him a pay increase. I can only hope that other customers get the attention that Brandon provided to me. Thank you sir!

They’re nice, but clueless. When you have an issue or question, they’re default answer is to go to a corporate store. Made the mistake of signing up with ATT here and our bill hasn’t been right since. It’s been a constant headache. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a corporate store.

I don’t want even 1 Star but wantes to leave a review. I was trying so hard to get a new phone after shattering my screen screen and pulled up to this store at 6:39. I mean 21 minutes before closing and the doors are already locked! The guy unlocked and said we are trying to close. Seriously 20 minutes early. A business shouldn’t have posted hours if you arent going to sell phones! Tomorrow is a holiday and I wanted a new phone. Ridiculous!!!
What Will did for me was simple. Still he knew what to do and saved the day.
Worst customer experience ever. Returned to this store because one of their employees was very helpful with getting set up with International calling (didnt work, not his fault), and told us to return when we were ready to try to deal with a few other problems. Have a 4K genie mini box which will not work with our Sony 4K TV, have contacted phone customer service MANY times, been told it was a known issue and also had a tech out who was clueless. Anyway, we use a non-4K box from one of the other rooms, just to have regular TV in our main room.Anyway, when we tried to deal with this issue, like he directed us to do, we were told by the apparent manager, that they will not deal with this issue, just have to call customer service, explained I had done that multiple times, spoke to supervisors, tech visit, everything and she noted that there was nothing she could do, or at least nothing she chose to do.Also explained that we often get NO SERVICE inside our house on AT&T wireless, we are new to their service, despite being told it would be NO PROBLEM, we are in the highest coverage area. Well, this still does not get us service inside the house, much of the time. They suggested a micro-cell, which of course would be an upcharge, to get service they promised we would have to begin with.Get the picture? AT&T is very good at signing you up for things, they just are not very good at helping you get the things they signed you up for.

William Hilt should be a Branch manager ASAP. I have spent 13 plus hours on the phone with AT&T and he resolved all of my issues. If it was not for William I would have canceled my account after 18 years!!!
Yall dont even deserve the 1 star I have to put to leave a comment!!! I went in to have yall inspect my phone for water and physical damage so that yall could put a note on acct that its good to be covered under warranty which yall said it was done and that it would be covered only to call customer service later for them to tell me that what yall put basically meant I had dropped my phone so that it wouldnt be covered under warranty and yall couldnt just tell me that when I was in your store!!!I also got service for an iPad I had which took an hr because yall couldnt figure out why data wasnt working and told me that it should just be a delay in network and to come back tomorrow if it wasnt working, I left and went home and reset network settings and when iPad came on data was working! So thanks for nothing!!
