I had the best experience today with Charles at the Verizon store than I have ever had in the 23 years Ive been a customer. Charles was effecienct, and was detailed oriented, which is important to me.I upgraded my phone as well as adding a business number thats added to my personal phone so I dont have to carry around two phones.Charles gets the job done all the while making it a very pleasant experience. You will not be disappointed with the amazing customer service Charles gives. Thank you again, Charles!

Isidro provided above and beyond exceptional customer service. He spent a lot of time helping me chose a new phone as well as set it up.

My GF and I went to this store because of the excellent Google reviews we had read about the store manager, Isidro (Jessie). He is every bit as good as people say! He helped GF find the perfect Samsung phone and prepaid plan, set it up for her and answered all her questions. All of her photos and contacts were transferred from her old phone, she was able to keep her old number and she is completely satisfied. Isidro is very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had visited other Verizon stores and the service and helpfulness cannot compare with this one.

The store manager, Jesse, was such a great help to me when I needed to “set up” a new phone, after a screen repair (by a third party) caused my phone to malfunction. Third party provided me a new phone, which I was supposed to set up. Not being very “tech friendly”, I immediately called Jesse to explain my predicament. He agreed to help me, so off I went to his store.Imagine my surprise when entering the store and seeing another customer with the same new phone box as mine. She had also had a service done by Third Party, which required her getting a new phone! After Jesse got her fixed up, he began working on my phone issue. Jesse said it would take a while, so I went home for lunch. Almost two hours later it was ready. I was so grateful! Jesse’s main desire was to give me GREAT Customer Service and he DID just that. I would definitely recommend sending my family and friends to his store for ANY cell phone issues or advice. Thank you!

Jesse at the Verizon on Davis is top notch at customer service, communication, and providing wonderful assistance or help for any of my needs. We are not as technical as we should be and require a lot of patience and intuitive thinking to meet our needs. He is always the best. He even helped our out of town company with a phone problem. I just can’t say too many good words to praise this amazing young man.

Cameron B is truly the most amazing sales person I have ever dealt with. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but so calm and helpful - it actually made the experience pleasant! Taylor was so helpful to me in upgrading my phone and adding a new tablet. In the middle of the transaction a customer came in and was very rude to her. I was appalled at how the customer treats her in front of me. She kept calm and tried to help the customer best she could as she was busy with me. She left me try out multiple phone until we found the right one. This is my new store! High recommended! I will be back.

Im not going to lie and say that it was the easiest, greatest experience in a wireless store that Ive ever had....., my other half and I lets just say that the relationship with Wireless M and us had a VERY rocky start! And Ill also tell you that those group guys in there didnt like having a customer walk away having a bad experience in their store so they went WAY, WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to find out the root of the problem and repair it better and make sure that we were happy and they fixed a big problem that was brewing and saved us A LOT of money on our business account!!! Actually Ive never heard of any other wireless store going that far above and beyond for anybody for that matter now that I think about it!!! Ill never EVER shop at another wireless store after they did everything that they did for us and our business! I would STRONGLY SUGGEST, RECOMMEND, ADVISE, or however you want to spin it to drop whatever wireless carrier you have and come to the WIRELESS M in N.R.H. and get on board with these guys, you wont be sorry!

We walked into your North Richland Hills, TX Verizon location, wherewe were immediately welcomed by Isidro. We pre-ordered my new Samsung Galaxy S9+ the 08-Mar-2018. He was so knowledgeable and helpful about the new billing plan plus the return of my Galaxy S7. Isidro patiently explained our new bill and gave us an ETA date of 15-Mar-2018. We received two calls that my phone was ready to be picked up. We picked up my new phone on the 17-Mar-2018. Isidro explained everything about my new phone without acting like it was my job to figure it out by myself. He walked me through transferring all of my saved contacts, email, pictures, etc. He applied my screen guard and then my protection case. He then went above and beyond to ask me if he could help me register my Gadget Guard. I am so happy with the service I received. Mr. Isidro is so professional and definitely an asset to you! I definitely want Isidro to help me with my future transactions. Thank you Isidro!

Allen was a great help. Answered all of my questions and had no problem contacting the right people to get the answers if he didnt know himself.

I walked in one morning looking for a charger for my phone, and the gentleman over the counter pulled up my account and saw that I was paying to much for my grandfathered unlimited plan. The rep helped me realize that my plan needed to be changed but I was too hard headed to get rid of my unlimited plan until he had told me that Verizon had brought back unlimited with all the 4G data I could use without any throttling. Stephen helped me save almost half of what I used to pay Im happy to have walked into the store with knowledgeable reps. Thank you.

Mark Atty, Store Manager, at this Verizon Store MAKES this store GREAT! I had the absolute worst day of experiences with trying to switch my wireless service from AT&T to Verizon, not due to any issues with Verizon. But, had it not been for Mark Attys dedication to his work and calm and focused attention to getting the job done--all wrapped up with his EXCELLENT customer service skills--I wouldve just given up and stuck with AT&T. He stuck with the task and kept working on it almost a full hour after the store closed. Im a Verizon customer today because Mark Atty cares. He cares about his job, he cares about his customers, and he cares about providing stellar customer services...three things that are sorely lacking today. Seriously. Verizon is lucky to have Mark Atty. If hes the standard for what I can expect from Verizon, Im a customer for life!

I came into this store to fix an issue with my phone, The gentleman in this store was very friendly and helpful, Even offered me coffee and water, Not only was my bill fixed, But i ended up getting a new phone, and saving $15.00 a month, He gave me a great discount on the case, and glass screen protector for the phone, I didnt even know this store was here, But seeing how the other store i go to is always jam packed, and does not have good service at all, I will for sure be comming here for now on, And you should too. For sure 5 out of 5 stars.

An employee helped me get my sgs8+ to hook up to my car it having bluetooth and he did itl like a professional wiz with NO gripes, I did say NO gripes and was totally helpful. Anyone near the area of Davis Blvd amd N.Tarrant Parkway, a little bit northward, do pay them a visit and buy something(if you like).
