At the Davis blvd NRH location. It is 2:42 pm Saturday July 24, 2021 and the door is locked. There is no sign or anything. Why are they still in business? Very irritating...... Employee and i guess her daughter just arrived and unlocked the door........smhDespite the doors being, the young lady was very pleasant and helpful. This is why youre still in business. I give her level of service 5 🌟.

Called in to see what offers and deals they had. I was having an emergency and really needed a phone since my original was shattered and couldn’t afford to fix it. They were selling me the $50-$60 plan, claiming that was the only plan they could sell offers with. I told them, respectfully, I worked at a Metro a couple years back and knew that was only a selling point and not true whatsoever. Employee proceeded to curse at me and rudely hang up before I could even continue to talk.

Folks, all sales are final​. Read the receipt. If you dont like that then dont shop there. One person gave a negative review because of his phone. You are rating the business, not the phone. Cases inexpensive? Not​! You can get the same case or better on eBay for $5.00 and have it delivered in a few days. Ive always had good experiences with this store and the staff.

No one was there when I went except the employees. So I was in and out in a minute. The girl even went and opened the door for me so I can get out because Im disabled and have a hard time opening doors with my crutches. I didnt even have to ask.

I bought a Iphone 7 plus on the 28th at 5:00pm it was 850$ I wasnt happy with the phone it is very hard to use an does not function as well as the galaxy phones so on the 29th at 4:00pm I went back an tried to see if I could just get the s8 an do a swap. I didnt even want the 50$ dollar difference in cost Back. I didnt even make any calls or txt with the ijunk phone an it was less then 24 hrs and the wouldnt help me at all the gentlemen behind the counter was very nice called his boss an his boss said sorry cant help you I have bought 4 phones from this business roughly around 2500$ dollars had horrible issues wither the galaxy note 4 I purchased from them. An the helped me out but now Im stuck with this junk phone an told sorry I will not do business with these people ever again be very careful if you go to this establishment. Also have a trash iphone for sale if anyone wants.

The employees at this location are NEVER helpful. They always send me to corporate. Horrible experience EVERY time I have walked in there. Laziness or incompetence..im not sure which. Id give them a zero if that was an option

This store is totally run by stupid,unprofessional people me and my wife went there to upgrade our phones with accessories and spent over $300,one of the carring cases was broke the next day Itook it back and I tried to swap it out...the.manager said they were out wouldnt have any till next week I said fine Ill come back then....he said your 7 day exchange period will be up by then and tried to sell me another...when i ask for his bosses name he told me he didnt know his name LOL...Ill called a man named Mr Stubbs the regional manager...thats was a waste of time I called 5 different occasions and left a message each time....still havent gotten a response...the whole store and its owners are a no class operation it was worth $20 to find out they are SORRY A_S people.....J Stewart
