I love this place - they have the best breakfast food and the best coffee in - however, ever since I started coming here (or the King St or Route 9 locations) they have had an issue with speed. I routinely have to wait 30+ minutes to get a sandwich. Ive ordered on the app half an hour ahead of time and had to wait another half an hour oncefor my sandwich I arrived.This morning might have been the worst yet... I had to wait 35 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. P which might be simplest .,Managemnt needs to seriously think about their processes and actually try to spdo something things up. Its been like this ever since my first visit over 5 years ago and its quite frustrating when you have a DD right down the street...

Nice variety of coffees in a small college town. Trust me in this, there is a Starbucks down the street but pass it up and walk to this place. Their coffee is so much better!

Food and service are great but I am concerned for the employees because I came in on one of our recent 90 degree plus days and the store itself felt pretty hot. staff seemed sweaty and heat sick as well.

Had a breakfast sandwich from there that was so good! I cant remember the name of the sandwich, but definitely ask for tomato spread with it! Elevates it to another level!

My mom and I LOVE this place! Very friendly service and a delicious selection of different coffees. I like their Colombian Supremo. My mom tought the Chai Latte was too sweet but thats not uncommon for that drink. I always get the regular latte or black coffee and love it. Also, the pastry portion sizes are HUGE. Very highly recommended!

This place is one of Northamptons many hidden gems! Everything is bakery fresh and the service overshadows the quality of the food. Not saying that anything about this establishment is lack luster lol.Ive been coming to this lovely little piece of heaven for just a couple of months now and have made it a part of my morning routine.The coffee is always made to my liking without specifications (usually order it black) they have plenty of yummy flavors to choose from, and dont get me started on the breakfast sandwiches, if you are feeling a bit naughty might I suggest a slice of pumpkin bread to go along with your coffee as well.Theres usually not too much traffic during the mornings so waiting for your order is a breeze. The longest you will probably have to wait for a order is between 5-8 minutes but you also have the option of calling in for your order for pickup.Great place to go on the go. 5 Stars!

Just had a Resolution breakfast sandwich. Excellent. Great choice of lightly toasted, warm, soft, dense 7 grain bread. Abbie and staff were friendly as always. I will be ordering that again, along with my usual Organic Mexican or Peruvian coffee. Not a critique but a personal preference.. next time I will ask for the eggs soft so the yolk will be runny.

Better coffee than dunkin

I cant tell you how wonderful this little coffee shop is. The staff are all incredibly kind and hospitable and the service is second to none. They secretly have the best breakfast sandwiches in Northampton and have consistently nailed their coffee roasts from day one. The Holiday Roast is one of my favorites ever and I have to stock up to make it through the year. Keep being awesome and please do yourself a favor and support this place.

This is a really nice coffee store in up town Northampton.They have excellent coffee, delicious sandwiches, and yummy pastries.The staff are very professional and the establishment is very clean.

Great breakfast sandwiches and always pleasant service. There is not a lot of seating but most people take out. The smoothies are delicious, too, and the coffee is self-serve with the cup provided when you pay so you can make your own blend from the 6 or so varieties offered. The store describes benefits the coffee may provide such as Happiness or Clear Vision, etc, which is a fun twist. Clean.

They open really early and the guys are really nice. My girlfriend and I like to stop by here to grab breakfast sandwiches and amazing cold brew beverages.Not long ago, we had a sandwich with missing egg. My girlfriend called and ask for some compensation and they did it for us! Thats speaks a lot about how they run their business.

This place used to be a Dunkin donuts for years. Im so glad that Shelburne is now in this space. Its quiet, clean, and convenient. Not to mention the best hot coffee in town!

I stop in about once a month to get my roasted chestnut coffee. They grind it fresh and its delicious! I also grab a cup of whatever flavor they have going for the day. Generally its pretty good, but this past weekend it tasted like it had been there a long time. Like coffee that had been sitting out all day. It wasnt the high quality of what I usually get there. I was a bit disappointed. They are a bit pricey, but normally I dont mind as the coffee is usually really good. Im going with the 5 stars anyway because anyone can have an off day, and I will go back, but I would love for the flavored coffees to be checked throughout the day for freshness.

Quite a bit of coffee choices... when in town I get the Costa Rican medium bean, by the pound and grind at home very good...parking a bit tight, 2 blocks from Smith College, 6-8 tables if your going to sit for awhile... Price about what you would expect for the trendy coffee houses...

Not much of a coffee drinker, but the smell is always delicious and my boyfriend is addicted! The pastries are delicious and fairly priced. They have a mailing service to subscribe to if youre too far and their merch is beautiful and sturdy!

Really great coffee, quick service/food. Some of the tables are really packed together making it better as a grab and go type of place. Lots of different drip coffee options as well as your typical cafe food- breakfast sandwiches etc

Best coffee in town hands down! I was really shocked to see a restaurant come into Northampton and brew better coffee than some of my favorite coffee places. I had been going to Woodstar, the Roost, and Share Coffee, but I find myself coming here to try the different types of coffee more often now. My personal favorite is the Maple Nut coffee, its amazing how much flavor it has!AND, the food is unbelievable as well! I have had almost every breakfast sandwich and recommend them all. They are a bit more expensive than other places in town, but if youre looking for an incredible coffee with a delicious breakfast, I cant recommend this place enough!

Its my favorite place for drip coffee, espresso drinks and cold brew. They have a wide variety of drip coffee to choose from, with almond and soy milk available. Most locations have a nice atmosphere with plenty of seating (the one on King St Noho is really small with only one table outside, but products are still great)

Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. I love trying their seasonal drinks, and would definitely recommend their sandwiches and smoothies.

Great selection of delicious beans from espresso to hazelnut. Breakfast sandwiches are top notch with plenty of options. Crew is always pleasant and welcoming.

Was looking for some place to get a quick treat and all the ice cream shops were still closed so stopped in to see what they had for pasteries. They had a good selection, friendly service, and great ice tea! Love the earthy low key feeling of the place. Deff will be checking out other locations close to my home and will come back here when we visit Northampton!
