I popped in here for a treat on my way back to Springfield after an appointment. I couldnt have been happier. I had the apple and honey bread pudding and it was incredible. Great texture, wonderful flavor, and so good. Cant wait to swing by again next month.

Talk about yummy... Ham and cheese croissant are to die for

They offer coffee and tea drinks, fresh baked bread, pastries, pre-made lunch sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, cakes, and cookies. The cupcakes were dense with a very sweet buttercream frosting. Both of my children didnt like them, and finished less than half. The bread pastries were great. They were very delicate, buttery and crispy. Overall I mostly liked what Tart Baking Co had to offer, but the prices left a bad taste in my mouth. Its a small business with big prices compared to other bakeries in the area.

Consistently high quality and good variety of delicious baked goods in the french style. Croissants are SUPER buttery. Nice emphasis on local ingredients.

We ordered their signature chocolate peanut butter cake for my daughters birthday. When we cut into it, it was yellow cake rather than the chocolate cake on their menu. The yellow cake tasted ok. Picking up the cake was a bit of a chore since they were moving pretty slow on a Sunday morning.

Pretty much just okay. Strong coffee/latte but the baked goods were all over-cooked. Lots of other options in the area.

Bought a vegan molasses cookie and it was delicious. no wait and the staff was very helpful.

If not a cool hipster type expect to be treated differently. Pretentious.

Delicious! First time here. I had a spinach feta croissant. Really enjoyed it. Coffe was fresh & hot. Everything looked really good. My wife had apple bread pudding. Very good. Only negative, no decaffeinated coffee. Will definitely go back.

Its fine but extremely slow every time we go. I dont need people to go above and beyond but Ive been a barista and there is no hustle at Tart. They only pull one shot and drink at a time so prepare to be late for work if anyone orders two lattes.

Almond Croissants are AMAZING.

This is one of the places I miss most when I think about the few years I lived in Noho. The coffee: exceptional. The pastries: divine. The location: perfect. I would wander over to Tart on crisp New England mornings, grab coffee and a croissant and watch the sun dart crazily on Paradise Pond. Or other times I would grab one of their butter and prosciutto sandwiches (the most decadent and outrageously delicious combinations ever conceived) and sit on a bench in the center of town and hang out while the people pass by. Seriously. This place does only a few things, but they do them so well.

My go to bakery for dinner parties etc. Also just everyday bread at reasonable prices and amazing speciality baguette/croissants. Really nice staff. Not a great place if youre looking to eat there, really just for picking up and going but there are 2 counters where you can sip your drink etc.

This place is amazing! Recently started making Macaroons on Mondays and they are out of this world! As part of the Northampton/Amherst/Greenfield Coffee café group, their beverage program is excellent (huge fan of the espresso!) but with the selection of diverse breads and show stopping desserts, Tart is a must visit in the area!

This is one of my favorite bakeries around. All of their croissants are unbelievable, and my kids are going to break the bank with their newfound love of macarons. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Love this Bakery. They start as early as 6pm and make everything fresh onsite. I wish the prices were more reasonable but I guess thats the price for quality. I personally love the cupcakes and croissants

If i had dreams that were as sweet and delightful as Tarts meringue cookies i would wake renewed and improved indeed. The cookies are a gluten free treat that is ah-mazing delicious cookie and i give them gaily to my friends who are gluten free. And they are best one dollar make you holler treat ever!

Had an almond croissant and triple chocolate cookie. They were both A+ tier pastries. Wish I went to Northampton more often to try this place!

Tasty pasteries. I noticed over the last year or so the pastries get smaller and smaller.I also wish they had a small area to maybe just wash your hands. It is set up to walk in and pick up and leave. Staff they are okay mostly people that should not work in customer service positions.

I called a week in advance to order my coworker a 9 inch German chocolate cake. Firstly, Tarts phone must have been left off the hook for hours, as every time I called over the span of a few hours, it went straight to a busy signal. I also left two comments on their Instagram letting them know this, while both comments ended up getting deleted. I finally got through and placed my order.I go to pick up the cake and Im handed a small box with a 6 inch cake inside, looking nothing like the one I had ordered. After two girls behind the counter were totally confused by this, I was reimbursed and allowed to take the cake that was screwed up anyways. I was also told that their owner or manager, Ash, would be calling me to discuss this matter. Never got that call.So, my coworker who I had ordered the cake for, wrote a Facebook message to Tart, explaining she was bummed out about this. We planned on feeding our office of 11 and celebrating her birthday. Her message was seen, yet she never received a response.And now, as I write this review, Ive dialed Tarts number multiple times looking for Ash, only for the phone to be left off the hook AGAIN.Im pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service we were shown. Goodbye Tart.EDIT: Ash ended up calling me and is super sweet and accommodating! Upping the stars - solely for him.

Outstanding! I phone ordered a Flourless Chocolate Torte for my daughters birthday - the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The Torte was decorated beautifully, and it tasted as wonderful as it looked. Definitely a 5 Star recommendation! Houston, Texas

This is my favorite bakery in the valley. They have perfectly brewed coffee and their baked goods are spot on. Sometimes they have little savory pies. You want those. Trust me.

Barrington Coffee Roaster beans make a quality brew and they are baking the best almond croissant that I have had since I was on the other side of the Atlantic.

Not worth it. Not 2 mention weve had a gift card 4 a while and 2 times weve been in the store and they say the gift card option is not working. We went this week and now they arent accepting them anymore! Never going back. Plus way too expensive for dry pastries, bread and bottled drinks.

I have been searching for a German Rye that tastes and feels like they searve it in Berlin for decades. No can do! Until my friend gave me a loaf of bread from this bakery. THEY NAILED IT!!!
