For Eyes always has the finest optometrists. I have found them to be highly skilled in their craft, and detail oriented, giving the most precise refractions possible. Dr. Cohen is among these professionals. I came back to For Eyes after a less than acceptable experience at Costco. I will stay at For Eyes for the outstanding customer service and products available. Highly recommended.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. This store has the worst customer service especially at the front desk and lady named Jennifer, I think. They were very rude over the phone and in person. One of my family members asked for their eye prescript for her lens and they told her she had to come in because they do not give information over the phone. Once we received the paper it was wrote all over in red marker saying EXPIRED (like the other place wouldn’t called to verify the information or she could have written it on the bottom of the paper) and we could hardly see the numbers we needed to see, it was uncaused for and rude. I do not recommend anyone to go here until they find new employees.

I dont normally write reviews, but the people at this store were SO rude and unwelcoming. They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me in. They also make you prove you have a current prescription just to get past the rope (I wanted to make sure I liked their glasses before I committed to an appointment with their eye doctor). Dont go to this location. Go to the Broadview store, where they clearly care about good customer service. FIVE stars to Broadview. Dr. A. is amazing, and so are all the ladies in the store area. I would give Oak Park ZERO stars if it were an option. Only go to Oak Park if you like horrible experiences.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the store manager, Jennifer. This was my third call in the last 24 business days to get an update on my daughters glasses. The store was clueless but I can see that is a result of poor management. Jennifer returned my call only to yell at me (instead of apologizing because she doesnt have time to go through her emails to inform herself and her staff that the lab broke my daughters frames!) After I pay money for a service to be done, I expect an informed update on when the product will be ready. This was my third time calling and she proceeded to behave poorly stating we are one of the many patients and they are busy. What professional adult says that? If you want to get yelled at by Jennifer after they are late with what you paid for, book your appointment today! Just awful customer service.

The front desk receptionist was very slow and no one else was there upon my arrival. She also forgot to return my DL and insurance card. The doctor was nice but gave me the worst contacts and switched my prescription pretty drastically. I’m very unhappy with the service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Cohan was professional yet professional, Jennifer helped pick the perfect frame for my face and Maria moved my appointment along seamlessly... Collectively a solid team and overall a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely return for my next set!

I sat on my glasses last night and the metal arms were badly twisted. I decided to go to For Eyes (where I got them) to see if they could be fixed. The manager, Jennifer, is amazing! Within minutes, she had straightened the metal and tightened everything up - at no charge! This is the second pair of glasses I have bought at this location. Because of Jennifers professionalism and friendly manner, I cant imagine I will be going anywhere else.

Great service, awesome staff and amazing doctor. You can really tell about a place within the first 30 seconds of walking into a buisness, and this one.... the energy is amazing and the vibe was good and they know their job and thats why ill be back!!! 5 stars!!!

Dr. Cohen gave me a thorough examination and explained the nuances of my complex prescription really well, and Jennifer was absolutely fantastic helping me select new glasses. Top-notch all around.

The manager is very helpful and has good taste. She helped me find a couple of glasses that looked great on me and was very thorough when it came to my insurance. Has good deals too. I also liked the selection.

I went to this place to get an appointment for my son eyes exam and the receptionist was so rude giving me a limited schedule times, I requested to arrive 5 or 10 minutes late because my kids had school and she showed low care about my request and recommended me to visit different For eyes store.Bad customer service,super rude. Never come back. I drove 6 miles to a different For eyes store located at Norridge,Illinois,and the service was great my son was available to take eyes exam the same day.Not recommended this For eyes Store located at Oak park.Bad customer service ever!

Ive had great service the couple times Id went for two pairs of glasses and contacts but i didnt wanted to pay when time.... So someone else taken the money out my ✋ Counted it for me who were with me and i still have them glasses (great) need to return getting one pair fitted for some time ago... Thanks❄😎☕

Very great experience i read the reviews and payed no mind because i know how people get in this day and age everyone likes to complain. Lets start off by saying they did get a mix up with my appointment but called me before the day came and fixed the issue which i did get upset but then said to myself im just checking my eyes relax lol. The service is fast and easy the front desk was very helpful and went through the process nice and easy and the doc herself was great gave it to me straight and One thing after the other i got affordable glasses, the right prescription and got my glasses within the week. Thank you so much.

Ive been going there for years. Always got great glasses and the staff is friendly.

Forget this location for any orders. There is a woman named Mitch who ignores costumers and makes you wait for an hour to place an order over the phone. When i called back, she gave me an attitude about calling back and told me she is too busy to check my insurance and prefers to work with walk in costumers. One hour to check insurance! save your time and energy, go somewhere else.
