I loved my visit to this location! Wonderful, professional, personable, and attentive staff. Amazing doctor! The most pleasant experience I have had getting fitted and purchasing glasses by far. Very conscious of Covid safety precautions. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend My Eye Dr. They double booked my appointment and I had to reschedule, ordered the wrong lenses (tinted vs Transition), failed to fit the glasses properly, and got the prescription wrong. I had to make an appointment with the manager to return the glasses, and had to wait over five minutes to be told that she had left the building and would I mind waiting. Can you imagine making an appointment with and then standing up an unhappy customer? They said theyd refund the cost of the glasses, but not the cost of the exam where the optometrist got the prescription wrong. I wont go back.

I am a Senior residing as The Oaks on Humphrey in OakPark. Thanks to the Lions Club I was given a voucher that provided for FREE exam, lens and frames. Having heard of MyEyeDr from a neighbor, I chose to go there. This was in July. The optometrist was professional, informative and friendly. It was only when I went to order glasses that things went downward. After choosing glasses from brands suggested by checkout, a $ balance was due. Mind you my voucher said FREE. I asked for copy of voucher so I could get glasses from another vendor only to find out ALL services must come from same provider!! I asked why did my neighbor receive FREE glasses using same type of voucher and was told that because of error by myeyedr balance was wrote off. I did not have $ to pay at that time. I did call 8/19/19 and paid balance. Today is 9/5 and no glasses yet! I called yesterday to inquire and was told frames had to be reordered (no one bothered to inform me!) and glass would PROBABLY be in by end of the week. I would not refer anyone to this establishment ever! I believe that after having given a poor post patient review I have been treated so poorly!!

The majority of the staff are pleasant enough, but my experience is ruined by the surly demeanor and ineptitude of the overweight older Black woman working there (I dont know her name). Often, I look through the window before going in; if shes working, I dont go in. She has the kind of poor attitude which can contagiously ruin your day. She took thirty minutes to find my wifes insurance in their system. When she couldnt, she first blamed computers, then accused my wife of maybe not spelling her own name correctly.

Very limited availability. Optometrist there only a few days a week, not on Saturdays, not before 10 AM and not after 5 PM. Impossible for people who work. Disappointing
