My experience (getting tires) at Steves Chevrolet last Thursday was EXCELLENT! The staff was very polite and professional. Frank Huggins was super helpful and even filled out my entire Tire Rebate Form for me (how nice is that). The cashier helped me figure out how many “My Rewards” points I had which resulted in an additional $105 savings. Id say that Steves Chevrolet is a top notch dealership and I would recommend doing business with them to anyone I know. Outstanding.

Back in May 2021, we drove from Tracy in search of a truck for my husbands roofing business. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles on the same day: a 2021 Chevy Silverado 2400 HD utility truck with 8 bed, ladder rack, side boxes and a HUGE crew cab, and a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer RS sporty SUV.There was absolutely zero sales pressure put upon us to purchase even one of them! Everybody was so friendly and accommodating.The pricing was extremely nice, especially after comparing with other dealerships (who didnt even have such a utility truck in stock).Today (6,870 miles later) was the Trailblazers first oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection = all for free! (The Silverado will also get one of these free services when the mileage gets up there...)Last week when we called to request an appointment, the first available spot wasnt until the end of the month. However, my husband didnt want to wait that long due to the amount of use the SUV has been getting (I LOVE this vehicle!!!). We suggested that we could just use somebody in Tracy for the first service and catch Steves Chevrolet on the next one. Instead, the gal on the phone checked with her supervisor, and they were ultimately able to squeeze us onto the schedule in 5 days!I anticipated that I would be waiting quite awhile in the customers lounge for the work to be done, so brought my computer in order to catch up on some bookkeeping. However, I barely got through reading my emails before the service tech stepped in and announced that the vehicle was ready!! SO QUICK!! SO FRIENDLY!! And with a See you in 5,000 miles!, they sent me on my way.I have NEVER had such positive experiences with ANY car dealership in my life! I believe they have earned a new loyal customer who will happily make the 45 minute drive to see them when needed for whatever is needed.

Very fast service, and I had warranty transfer that was done smoothly and quickly. The waiting room is clean and nice. The whole process from drop off to updates, and payment was done with the upmost and courteous customer service.

I was greeted by Brian. That was nice, I didn’t have not go find someone.When I explained the reason I was 2 hours early, he smiled and knew what the problem was with the car.I was much relieved.

My pickup needed servicing and I was impressed with the efficient, professional service that used to be the norm but now is a definite standout. What a pleasant experience. I was getting an error notification when I would turn my car off, so I made an online appointment. It was set up with questions for me to answer making it fast and easy. They were expecting me with I came in and had all of my info ready. I briefly explained my issue and they knew exactly what was wrong and said they had a fix for it. Later that day my car was done and I have not had any further issues. I love how fast and convenient their service department is, you can tell they take pride in their work.

Customer service was great, everyone is kind and helpful. The waiting area is very nice with coffee and water provided. Bathroom was clean. All around great visit.

Pleasant experience. Called lot and spoke to Efren to see if 2019 Ford Edge we saw on website was still available. Told him we were coming to look at it from about an hour away. Upon arrival, Efron had the vehicle parked up front waiting. Very nice mannered young man. We took vehicle for test drive and was very impressed with it. Ended up not purchasing due to wanting a higher trim level. Would definitely do business with them in the future if they had the vehicle I was looking for.

Where to start. My wife and I have been looking for a 2021 Chevy Trail Boss and we had specifics options that we wanted. We contacted Steves Chevrolet and Sanborn Chevrolet in Lodi and put some money down at both dealerships to reserve the truck once it came in. Both trucks came in a day apart and we decided to go with buying the truck from Steves Chevrolet because of the customer service. We walked away from Sanborn due to the poor customer service and how uncomfortable it was inside the dealership. We bought our truck from Efren at Steves Chevrolet and I couldnt be happier. He treated us very professionally and was very helpful in answering my questions. He showed us discounts and made the process very smooth. I almost felt like I should have spent more time at the dealership. I will continue to tell all my friends about my experience and I will buy from them in the future. If possible try and go through Efren he will not disappoint!! Overall 10 out of 10!

Had aftermarket GM exhaust installed during recent service visit. There was a mix up with ordering parts but Jason in service handled it well. Very happy with the service I have received with two service visits. Same with Rocky in sales when truck was purchased. I live 70+ miles from Steves but plan to continue to make the drive to avoid dealing with another local dealer.
