The pharmacy here is great; however. If you dont get to this store early, what you need will probably be sold out. This is especially true of medical supplies. The pharmacist however are so great and thorough that I cant reasonably give this location anything less then 4 stars
Ive called 3 times waited 30 minutes for no answer does anyone who knows how to do their job work here? I was told to call this cvs because they would have my medication in stock and after finally getting answered 45 minutes later was immediately told, within 5 seconds which I assume means the person never actually went to check, that it was “out of stock.” I’ve never received such poor customer service especially from “healthcare professionals” this is absolutely ridiculous and demeaning. I’ve received better service from an understaffed mcdonalds at 2 in the morning, i hope all these people get retrained and learn how to do their jobs.
No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy!!! Every single time I call I’m on hold for 15+ minutes or they just never answer! It’s very frustrating!
Nice layout in typical CVS style, helpful service, took care of my needs right away!
This Cvs refused to order a medication I needed after surgery, I was told by the pharmacist “ This isn’t a medication that we order “Really? 34 th street Cvs ordered the same medication for me that the 16th street location refused to order! The 16 th st location is horrible rude uncaring & they do not at all care about anyone’s health. Who hires these awful cold uncaring people? They are suppose to be medical caring professionals, this Cvs location is a joke, how sad, I feel sorry for those that suffer due to a Pharmacist/staff that absolutely does not care about our health.
Quick service, convenient location and courteous staff
I had an emergency on Saturday of Memorial weekend. It was very busy at the time. The pharmacist MR Shevlin (sp?) and the pharmacy tech Tony were very patient with everyone while The phone was ringing, the counter was so busy however they both handled their jobs with professionalism and patience. Showing each person much courtesy and concern for their needs. Thank you for being there for me and everyone else. They deserve a 6* rating.
Dropped in to pick up some headbands and a sack of Cotten balls. Was greeted warmly by Geoffreys smiling face at the front end. That guy rules he should receive a very serious pay raise. Cheers Geoff
I walked in to get a script filled and was met by the rudest pharmacist I have ever come across. This gentleman told me to, sit down and Ill let you know when it is ready, instead of would you like to take a seat and I will let you know when it is ready? I said no, I prefer to stand. Apparently he decided he didnt like my reply because I didnt like his demand. He then found a way not to fill my script, said he needed to hear from the doctor. I will never walk back into this CVS and unfortunately it is in my hometown. I also filed a corporate complaint but of course I didnt hear back. Really considering changing pharmacies but CVS has my entire family already in their system.
This is gr8. We love it. Everyone it good. People with bad comments get a life you guys need one. All you could say this bad that bad. Why dont you work here and show if you could do better. But you cant, because you dont have a life!
OC local here. Never had a problem with this store. Everyone is so friendly.
The store has revamped its interior and the cashiers are very pleasant. I used to wait in line other years, but CVS has streamlined its operation and the front counter is much more efficient.
Im a local, 17 years now. I like the Extra Card deals, it is easier to figure out than Rite Aid, however I am about done with CVS and transferring my prescriptions to Rite Aid West Ave. The customer service is awful. This is not just the fault of the store employees, it is mostly worsening customer service policies..however the staff in the pharmacy are often snarky and unhelpful when something goes wrong. The worst was when I came from a doctor in Uber because I was unable to drive..the pharmacist said the Rx I needed wasnt in stock. I asked if she could call 34th street to see if they had it, and she said she couldnt. She said I had to just go from store to store until I found it in stock, despite knowing I had to pay for every minute the Uber waited or drove me around!Other issues include ordering online and being promised a certain time, then I get there 3 hours AFTER that and not only isnt it done, they act like there is no obligation to let me know it wasnt going to be done when promised. This also happened with photo once...online it promised same day prints but when I got there later the same day (walked 1 mile) they told me it was an estimate not a promise, they said they have no obligation to get it done when the site promised. I got my prints the next day, but I walked 2 miles round trip for nothing. Also I have a $10 co-pay card from Phizer for one Rx that is very $$, but even though the coupon is permanently attached to my account, I cant refill online or the card wont be applied, then they balk at my trying to apply it after the fact (sure, Ill just pay $300, so I dont have to inconvenience you) I will say I havent had nearly the issues with the retail part, in fact the managers are quite helpful, however the pharmacy is issue after issue.
Everybody is very friendly but man this place gets packed during the summer
I visited this cvs tonight at 9:45 pm, and they had already closed for the night.
Cant say you are open until 11pm if you close at 9pm.
Worst pharmacy the female pharmacist is ignorantHate CVS
