Andres was very helpful with my car!! I didn’t wanna take it to a dealer if it wasn’t to serious, he helped me find the issue with ease!!

The manager is always super friendly and helpful. The staff there is always knowledgeable and is eligible if they dont have an answer theyll do whatever it takes to get the answer.

Guys were helpful, but the guy in grey shirt with a hat at 8:45pm overcharged me. He charged me twice for just one set of light bulbs 168LL for my trunk. 6.99 twice! Dude was anxious to go home, and I was too trusting. They closed at 9pm, and they are listed to close at 10pm. Shouldve known better. At least I kept the receipt, going back tomorrow morning to clear this up. Waste of my time!

Went in today to test my battery from my Taco. The staff was very friendly and informative. They tested my battery and it failed to charge. They were quick to help find me areplacement. Ill be making this Autozone my go to.

Great stores but this one has the worst parking lot in NC San Diego but parking at the adjacent grocery store is good. Service in this store is hit and miss. Depends on the current attitude of the employee thats helping you. Last experience for me was not that good.

Auto Zone is a convenient location nearby my home.I enjoy shopping for Automotive Parts for my car,Rich and Dom are very helpful in assisting me inlocating items I need to buy in their store.I bought an STP Air Filter and a PCV ( PositiveCrankcase Valve) and a Digital Clock recentlyfor my car. The Air filter price was $11.00, the PCVValve part was $8.00 and the Digital Clock was$22.00. Their prices are reasonable.Auto Zone also has a good selection of automotiveparts to choose from. The store manager Robert isvery friendly and will accept any return items withno problems just make sure you keep your receipt.

Did not have all the lights needed, only the turn signal is bad, I wish to replace all my tail lights with LEDs, clerk did not know the answers to a few other questions, and said so, that was good, I gave him a hard time about it, he seemed very likeable, no problem coming back, other clerks in the past have aslo been good.

I went to this little shopping center to get help for my phone and ended up getting something for my car, too.I went in here on a whim not really knowing what I needed to help my car get better and found a group of people who were all very friendly and helpful. They explained to me exactly what I needed to buy and needed to do. This saved me a lot of money that it would have cost to go to a mechanic. They went above and beyond and I couldnt be happier.I was a little concerned about visiting this center because the parking lot can be a little tight at night, but in the middle of the day, the space was ample.

This a really bad place Ive been going there from day 1 they open up like 5 years now and the customer service is just tarbell. And they never have parts for my S63 AMG I was there just last week and got some break cleaning products and some other stuff and I put that in the counter and just waited there for 10 minutes Im not exaggerating any thing no one seem to care I thought Id tell thes story for the befit of the corporation. Id fire every one of them guys they have there now and start over again. It is actually a great idea. I should apply there for a manager position. Id fix that problem in days.

The employees are rude, which is expected...its an auto parts store. But what I have a problem with is how lazy the employees are. Not to mention, both times that I went there they couldnt manage to use my rewards card, but it has worked at every other autozone Ive gone to since.

What a bunch of jerks! Brought a completely dead battery in with THEIR name on and the year 2013 manufacturing date (this is 2013) and they wont give any replacement value. Said I needed to purchase the battery from them - Really! same bloody year- obviously defective, no standing behind their parts.First troll I spoke to couldnt figure out why it wasnt reading on the charger reader - I had to tell her (yes I may be blond and female, but I do know some things, - get with the 21st century folks). She said the reason why they cant warranty it is because they couldnt track it to Autozone (never mind the name on the battery and the year)... I pointed out the bar code on the top of the battery. She said it was just for pricing. I said I dont believe you. She yelped out Boss, the nice lady has to speak to you! and walked away. Really! You have to be snarky with your customers!! Great business model. Boss was no better - could tell by his glazed look and his monosyllabic replies he wished I would leave his planet. Glad to.Luckily there are a lot in the area who do care and will help. Go somewhere else if you want any type of quality of parts or service.

Long wait to be helped and they dont stock my cars color for paint touch-up (not a unique color either) but ultimately they helped me out with an alternative for a reasonable price.

I like that they have car parts, its what they do. My dissatisfied experience here, every time I try to recycle oil, they can never receive it because there container is full. The AutoZone employee told me this, when the container gets full thats when they call it in for pickup. Sounds counterproductive, maybe it should have a scheduled pickup. Anywho, this is the final time Ill have this issue with AutoZone.

The guy here was friendly and assisted me in what I was searching for. I appreciated him because at another location this was not the case
