Krispy Kreme... The place to eat hot yummy sugary air donuts!His particular location seems very new, clean, and organized. Once you walk in, your senses go for a joyride of sugar and coffee. The donuts are presented in a clean and neat manner to oogle your eyes and your nose goes crazy with that fresh smell of coffee.The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The young lady who helped me was very patient as my 10 year old nephew indecisively made decisions on the donuts he wanted. The donuts are as you would expect from any other Krispy Kreme location along with typical coffee flavors and options. Each bite is made out of melting sugar hitting your taste buds. For this location, you are going for two things - 1. The donuts/coffee 2. The customer service.The parking is pretty dedicated however not exclusive to Krispy Kreme. It does share parking spots with other businesses in the area. This location specifically does not have an active drive thru. It does not mean that it does not have a drive thru, it just is not open at the moment.Great service + yummy sugary pastries + coffee makes for a great place for a quick morning office treat.

I am not really a donut fan, so I had my kids rate this one. They really loved the fun variety and the soft, fluffy texture. They still think the classic glazed is the best. The other flavors are delicious, however a tad sweet since they put flavored sugar glaze on top of the regular glazed. These pictures were the grand opening. With a 1 hour wait just to get to the real drive thru line, it put an In and Out Burger line to shame. I recommend the mobile order option. It was really quick and easy, very friendly staff.

Mmm Krispy Kreme donuts. So good.If youre really nice and you see donuts being thrown out, you can try to ask for free donuts!Also, free donuts with vaccine card is EPIC. Service is good enough and staff is pretty friendly.

Im used to the burbank location, the line is around the block. Now I understand why this location is empty. We ordered ice coffee, was like 3 day old coffee with ice, no sweetener very bitter and no mocha flavor at all. The donuts were stale except for the jelly filled were the only good donuts. I learned my lesson with this location. Sorry, will not be returning.

Very disappointed in this location we sat in line for 30 mins to only receive 2 dozens of cold donuts. If you want hot and ready donuts drive to the Carmel Mountain location it’s worth the drive.

I wish I would’ve had an opportunity to try this location. I walked in with my daughter who is one and a half, ready to have a Sunday morning treat. She excitedly pointed to the different donuts in the window and we were ready to go. We sat there for three minutes as the workers, which there were 8 of by my count, scurried past us. My excuse me went ignored and one of the employees made eye contact with me but they were apparently busy because ignored me. I’m sure the donuts are great if you could ever make it through the door. There were three cars in the drive-through and one family inside the store so they were not busy for sure. Just bad training or bad service

Thank you to the 6 or so employees working tonight. 11/11 around 9pm. We had just come from urgent care and the kids wanted donuts. I had been a long time since we took the oldest and the guys were awesome and helpful. We missed seeing the fresh donuts but they were super helpful and let us know when to come back. :) I know they were about to close but they all had such positive attitudes even with the drive through line around the corner. So glad we chose to walk in and were able to see the great employees you have. THANK YOU! little things like tonight are what make your day. :)

Never been here but drove by and decided to try it....good selection of donuts and good service....would be nice if they added sandwiches or other foods but duh...they are known for 🍩🍩🍩..we tried the iced coffee it was really good and a few donuts.... will come back for more.

Service was great and they have spots marked so you can have social distance even if theres a long line. I was watching the drive Tru and saw some ppl get into a fight due to people cutting line coming from the shell gas station. They could use some direction with the lines

I ordered a dozen donuts including four cream filled donuts because cream field are our familys favorite and none of the cream filled donuts had any cream in them.Thats fine, things happen but when we went to call them to warn them not to dole out more disappointments to people expecting cream filled they were so great about it.The manager is the one who answers the phone which is something that I like. They take donuts seriously there I think that they get it, theyre not just serving someone a donut that might be somebodys treat for a hard-working kid or a little comfort for a hard day at the office.

Get a shot, get a free donut! How can one lose. Walked out with a dozen ate half in the parking lot the rest an hour later at home by myself!! Im just glad they are not close to me!

Donuts are good like everywhere, but I am Not sure how I got 1/2 a dozen of glazed donuts and was charged $18 but when I visited the 2nd time I was charge $16 for a dozen variety donuts.

We spotted this K.K and made a b-line to it. There isnt one near or even close to where I live. There donuts are delicious!!! Sweet, soft, and simply perfect!!!

Not the best donuts, no cake donuts or bar donuts. They do have a drive thru, so its convenient, and theyre open all day.But, if you want really good donuts go to Super Donut in Carlsbad Village.

Long line in the drive through, but well worth the wait. I found the way they handle to overflow for the drive through to be very efficient I enjoy coming here to get the classic dozen. All in all though the doughnuts were delicious and the family really enjoyed them.

I like to treat the family once in a while with donuts for the weekends when $1 dozen or bogo emails come through. Never a disappointment when picking up at window!

I walked in and what I believe to be the manager asked me to change to a cloth face mask from my clear plastic one I use due to some breathing issues. I don’t have a problem with that. I have a problem with the aggressive way in which he asked me as if I was doing something unlawful. I have been in California all week and no one else asked me to change. I am a teacher but in my life I have worked retail and I believe there is always a kind way to ask customers to do something. He then continued to look at myself and my husband the rest of the time we were in the store. My goodness. Oh and don’t let me forget he only had one glove on. His other hand had a hurt finger. Maybe he should not be making food.

We never have been to a Krispy Kreme donut shop, so it was a special treat. Fun to see the donuts coming off the line right in front of you. Staff was quick and courteous.

One of the cornerstones of this business is the “Hot and Ready” light. Don’t have the light on when you’re serving cold donuts....... disappointing that I sat in line 35 mins thinking they would be hot and fresh and they aren’t....

We pulled into the parking and the hot donut sign was in. We waited in line over 30 minutes while we built up how delicious the hot donuts were to our grandchildren. Finally we ordered 1/2 dozen donuts but none of them were hot. Rather than complain, I asked if they had HOT donuts. They confirmed they did. I specifically ordered ANOTHER 1/2 dozen donuts that were hot. The young man went to the back and boxed my “hot” donuts. I paid for all of it and we went to the car. I opened the box to give hot donuts to my grandchildren and there wasn’t even a single donut that was remotely warm. In fact they were so cool that the icing was completely set up. What a disappointment and waste of time and money!!!

I was a little disappointed with the donuts. They dont have enough frosting, its just a thin ring on the donut. I drove too far for disappointing donuts. I really wanted to like them, but they were also too sweet. I prefer my local donut shop. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wait time is long but able to get exactly what I need...suggest bringing individual take-home boxes of 3 donuts into the office instead of full communal dozens

Took my grandkids in to hopefully see fresh donuts being made..they werent due to the holiday they were closing soon. All the employees were so awesome and pleasant even at the end of their shift. I work in customer service and its guys like this that are an asset to habe around. I enjoyed my visit and will return based on my experience tonight. Shoit out to the crew working on 11/11 right before closing.

Good location with good old American donuts. I love love the glaze donuts. Workers are nice and polite, although theyre still learning the basics. Great to have a Krispy Kreme here.

The staff is super friendly. I didnt have to ask for napkins. They gave my kids hats. I love that we were welcomed with a smile and hows your day and parted with the same smile and have a good rest of the day

Ive tried the regular glazed doughnuts before, so I somewhat knew what to expect. The rest of the doughnuts we got were very good! They are very sugary in my opinion, but still very good. I wasnt expecting their coffee to be as good as it was. I got a simple ice caramel coffee and it was very good! Not bitter, a good, bold flavor and the right amount of sweetness (for me). I will definitely be back, but as a treat...

I was surprised how flavorless the filled doughnuts were. I got 3 different filled ones, and they had little filling. This was my first time at this Krispy Kreme and so surprised that they were this way.

Nice variety of doughnuts to choose from, I wasnt enthused about the coffee, mustve been some early AM brew. The associates were helpful and friendly.

Friendly employee, recommend to order online and pick up in-store much faster. Donuts are awesome try the iced Vanilla latte

All these 5 stars for a place that wasnt even opened yet.I would wait on this place to work out issues. I went today. Line was crazy long and took forever. They got my 1 drink wrong. And messed up my donut order. I ordered 6, got 5 and the 5 were still wrong. Donuts arent hot, its not freshly made, so not sure why they are so slow right now. Just wait. Maybe theyll get better after a month.And the size of the donuts is one of the smallest youll find. I think thats as a whole for KK, but for the money, go to a local shop that has full size donuts.

Disappointed with the drive through service. Was looking forward to trying some doughnuts from Krispy Kreme for the first time and it seems like they were out of alot of the doughnuts they have advertised. My questions were cut off and answered with pretty blunt and rude responses. Sad to say I will most likely not be coming back to this location based off this bad first impression...

Got an assortment of their donuts. In our maple donut (ring shaped) there was a piece of broken tile/glass inside of it. Or porcelain. Almost broke my tooth on it. Could have been a serious hazard. No it wasnt a piece of hard glaze, on one side, it was lacquered.

Its okay over rated and over priced

My diet is gluten-free so I only stopped here to pick up donuts for the office so I cant attest to the taste, however I state that they are pretty slow no matter morning or night ( Ive been on 2 separate occasions) and the staff sometimes try to be witty when ordering which is sometimes annoying.

It is closed and not open yet but thats okay, why give one star to something that hasnt even started. Wouldnt give my child one star for not speaking to me while still in the womb. I love you Krispy Kreme I will be there for you when the rain starts pour, and Ill be there for you, like Ive been there before.
