Ordered a Carmel/Apple spice & 2 bagels. 1 cinnamon, & 1 plain...Toasted w/ cream cheese. Was given a Latte & MY DRINK ORDER WASNT AVAILABLE. SO, I GOT A STRAWBERRY ACAI LEMONADE W/ 2 PUMPS OF CLASSIC SUGAR. WAS CHARGED $17+ & DIDNT GET DIFFERENCE FOR LATTE(NASTY). I DONT DRINK COFFEE!!!

Most employees are welcoming, but I did feel out of place there a little bit. But it was not bad

Ive come here for the past two-ish years and theyve always been good an consistent. Good place to hang out, lots of seating, and friendly staff.

I can only speak for my experience today and I was disappointed. The service was slow and took a while to complete several customers orders including mine. This store had 3-4 staff on board but it seems that only 1 was working and making the drinks. The staff were friendly and apologetic for the delay but i would probably try to find a different Starbucks close by.

Bathrooms are closed. This is discriminatory towards people with UT or other health issues. I understand that they need to be cleaned more frequently due to the health guidelines, but if you cant follow the guidelines you shouldnt be open for business. Theres also people working at tables with laptops out despite the closed signs on the table.

Fast service, no indoor seating

A man dropped his wallet without knowing. Without hesitating, another costumer picked it up and returned it to the owner right away. I was very pleased.The employees are awesome too! 😄

Considering it was Thanksgiving, I really liked the calm, cozy atmosphere coupled with the slow pace made it a really welcoming place.Great smiles from the workers behind the counter. Waiting time was short.Over all, a great place to go to on a cold rainy day. Only downside is that I cant give this place a 10/10. :)

Ok for me. This location takes longer than other places typically. I noticed two mobile orders were wrong and one person waited for their reorder and the other person couldnt wait so just left. Hard working but not getting the Starbucks flow right.

Even though it’s usually busy here, the staff is always friendly & always gets my order right. If for some reason it’s not, they fix it fast and without complaint. It’s clean and has a lot of tables to sit and chat with friends & lucky for me it’s close to home!

Well they gave me my drink with the lid barely on, it spilled all over my shoes and their pick up window. On top of that they had no idea about my order which i made via their app... dont go here, complete waste of time and 10 bucks

I am disabled. This Starbucks has one table set aside for disabled. However there is a lady which takes this table every day. Morning & afternoon. She is NOT disabled. Brings her own seat cushion and litre bottle of cola. Sets up the whole table with her computer, smartphone, spreads out the local newspaper she takes from the sale rack without paying, has her cube puzzle. Goes outside to get lunch.I have talked to the manager and they agree shes not disabled. But unwilling to move her to another smaller table.Otherwise I like this location and staff are wonderful.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I love the staff, everyone is super awesome. Mickyy remembers my wifes name and drink and she just lights up the whole place, I can tell shes a great leader and motivates people. I get really great vibes when I am here. Keep giving the best customer service guys!

I order the same drink every time, cold brew with LIGHT cream. Most Starbucks that I’ve been to put way to much cream and my drink gets watered down. Taylor definitely knows how to pour a drink! Thank you! Finally.

Not sure what new info I can add here. I drink coffee everyday but have only had Starbucks 5 times at most. I wanted to try the nitro cold brew. Adam, the barista, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and just a great employee. The nitro cold brew was out of this world. Very smooth and delicious.

The usual. Good, not great. I do, however, dig their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew!

Hate SB, over priced, poor service so S l o w... and coffee always bitter!!! McDonalds coffee Sooo much better, and cheaper, their frappe are excellent and much cheaper try it!

Twice in the last month they have ran out of cool lime refresher. Frustrating when you can still order it on the mobile app and they dont turn it off when they realize its out. This is also one of the slower locations they dont even have a drive-thru. Because of that lots of people standing around inside and lots of mobile orders Stack Up on the end of the counter. It sucks because theyre the only ones in the area but its the location I try to avoid the most.

Need more tables that are not on tall stools for disabled. Young punks take over the short tables and disabled tables then when us old farts arrive, we have to slip a hip trying to climb onto a tall chair. Respect your elders young punks!

Though the hours of operation is posted that they close at 9, this store consistently closes long before that. Ive been here 3 times around 8:30 and they were already closed for business. Most recent occurrence of this was April 13th 2018.

Normally Id give them a five star, but I had to remind them twice about my order that they forgot. I realize they were busy, but I was in a hurry that particular morning and it caused me to be late. Another reason for the five stars for this location is it does not have a drive-thru. That is a convenience that is nice to have.

I was on a hunt for my drink. Both Emerald store and this store were out of the Vanilla syrup. I had a bunch of errands to do and ended up at yet another Starbucks. This one was also on Oceanside Blvd. by the 5 fwy and they had it. Not only did they have it, but they made me a Trenta for a drink that doesnt come larger than a venti and it was way better. My day was much improved let me tell you!

They help me get through my shifts on rough days. Everything is always made perfectly And quickly!

Best Starbucks ever. Jordan, Kelsey and Bee were wonderful baristas that actually made me realize why I love Starbucks. They were kind, funny and helpful.

This Starbucks has always provided great service, I would recommend trying the Strawberry Acai, it is DELICIOUS!!

This specific location tends to make the drinks correctly when they are not busy. But when it becomes rush hour they always tend to make the drinks wrong. Other than that the employees are very good and polite. I would recommend this certain location to anyone. Also this place does not have a drive-thru.

The manager was so rude I wasnt allowed to use my husbands credit card unless he was present . not just that but I ordered to drinks one with no whip cream and received both of them with with it and when I called for her atention she engorged me so I told her for my Money back and she didnt want to do it so she took the whip cream off of one and handed me the drink with the cup all dirty...never will I go the I rather go to the other Starbucks bye the freeway they are much more polite and caring

I left positive review 6 years ago, but now I’m change it. To 1 start review. Because they refused to give me a birthday drink. I wanted to buy two cups of coffees to treat my relatives. But starbucks employee refused to give 1 free birthday drink. I showed him my account and that today is my birthday, I even downloaded an application for my phone because I have Starbucks account for 6 years. Not satisfied with this situation, I hope they will stop treating customers like that.

Came in right before closing to get a Starbucks and go to the bathroom, but AFTER I walked in she yelled out “We’re closed!” (why not lock the door then), then I asked her if I could at least use the bathroom and the lady was so very rude wrinkling her face up and she didn’t want me to use it (I was already 4’ away from the bathroom door) and the front door was still open! I convinced her to let me use the bathroom, but she looked at me and rudely said “You only have a couple of minutes. If you take longer, I’ll come knocking on the door!” Really?!? Luckily I only took a few minutes, but trying to rush like that, I’d be better off if she said no and let me go across the street. I felt so rushed and unwelcome! If the front door is left open they shouldn’t make a big deal about you using the bathroom! If it was locked I would have gone elsewhere and not been treated rudely.

The nicest Starbucks in oside, I have never had to wait longer than a minute for my coffee... I mean you come in at 6am work rush with a fancy lady coffee order what did you think? My only problem is when I say no room.... why are you leaving half my cup empty? You think the kind of person who comes to fancy lady coffee for a large black coffee with extra rage is scared of a booboo from a splash of 130 degree coffee on his hand?

Service was fast, employees were polite, store was immaculately clean. Inside the atmosphere was relaxed and easy to do schoolwork in. Outside, though a bit busy due to close proximity to two main roads, it was refreshing with good atmoaphere

Most of the time they do great. But every once in a while the service is bad. In addition today I ordered a Venti tea and got a Grande. Unfortunately I dont have time to wait for another one, the reason I order online is so I dont have to wait.

Subpar... I go to *Bux often out of Convenience, and in this case b/c someone gave me a giftcard... honestly though, the service is subpar/Average... I didnt get a greeting when I came into the line, and I had to look at the woman directly before she got ready to take the order.. CAlif. Needs more Dunkin Donuts - the Coffee and the food is better!!

This was the worst Starbucks experience ever and after this situation is handled I will NOT be back. It was busy, and I always understand that. I ordered a grande pumpkin spice chai latte and it tasted horribly each time (it’s always made perfectly other times). I was trying to keep my cool and be understanding (as it was 15 minutes of trying to fix one drink). The woman who made my drink, was very rude and raised her voice at me insisting she made it perfectly (I will get her name as soon as I can). It just tasted like it only had espresso shot and cinnamon. Being a prior barista, I knew it was not made right. I finally just settled for my last one and they rang me a gift card. There was a nicer guy (not sure what his name was). He ran out to hand me an active gift card, thankfully! The one they originally handed me was not activated. I am now 5 min late for work, and I am never late. I get to work and realized I was charged 3 times for my order almost 20$ for a 4.95$ drink. It’s the day before payday and being a college student I am very broke after that mess. I am aggravated! I tried to call this location and their phone is not in service! Get your phone fixed. Very unprofessional. This turned my great morning into a horrible morning/afternoon. The only way I will get my money back is traveling all the way back to the location which is 60 miles total (there and back). I am usually very understanding but wow! This was ridiculously unprofessional. I called another location and Casey the store manager at Mission Ave. in Oceanside helped me out and said he will contact the manager and try to fix things for me thankfully. But my husband is going to be upset seeing only a few dollars in our bank account. This is not okay Starbucks, get it together.Sincerely,Unhappy regular customer

Whole Staff/Team is Always Friendly

This particular Starbucks is situated on the northwest corner of Oceanside Boulevard and College Boulevard. It is one of the largest Starbucks in the north county of San Diego area by square footage, it appears. The only one in the region that (from what I know) is bigger is the location in Temecula directly off 79 North.Other than the size, there is nothing particularly exceptional about this store. And thats not a put down, because Starbucks seems to have nailed consistency of service and product throughout their network of cafes.But some interesting features are the long table in the middle of the floor plan which is perfect for individuals and leaves the other tables open for groups. This table also has plenty of outlets underneath for charging a phone or laptop.There are also several low leather chairs throughout the lobby. And of course the standard Starbucks round high tables and regular square tables throughout.There is outdoor seating in an L shape around the side and front of the building. If seated in front on the outside, its fairly comfortable but there is some significant noise from the roadway below. But the good thing is that this side is shaded most of the day.Another thing that I personally like about this spot is that the music is kept at a fairly low level which allows for more concentration, that may be a minus for some though. I occasionally do online tutoring there and the quieter the better.Ive been coming here for several years and have always been received by friendly, helpful baristas.Overall, a definite recommend.
