My local grocery store-one of the main reasons I go to this store is Tonya. She always is friendly and provides great service as well. Gave me great recommendations at the Deli Counter on multiple occasions.

Good place to shop. If you have a Ralphs card and use the gas rewards earned towards Shell gas, theres a Shell station in the same shopping center. The Staff is nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is sometimes they run put of items when they have sales.

Manager rude, lot atitude . No respect Coustumer, I dont go back . ( 4 or 5 times is to much)

Has forgotten entire bags of groceries several weeks in a row when I have arrived to use their pickup service. No reaction from management at all. Once or twice is reasonable, I get it, mistakes happen. But missing entire bags has become a standard occurrence now.

I dont shop there too often because its pretty far from home. But they carry spice islands spices which I was looking to replenish my inventory. very well laid out store with a great selection of items including some that have been on my list for a while that Ive not found elsewhere. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

I frequently do my grocery shopping at the Ralph’s Grocery Store at this location. The cashiers are very fast and friendly every time I shop there.Ralph’s has a good selection of food, drinks, and great sale prices on their grocery items in their store. I recently bought the Aidells All Natural Chicken Meat Balls Italian Style with Mozzarella Cheese. These Meatballs were very delicious inSpaghetti that I recentlyplates for my Mother and I for our lunch to complete our meal. These Chicken Meatballs wasvery flavorful with the Italian Spices and the Mozzarella Cheese infused through out the meatballs and it was really delicious!I also bought one package of the Aidells All NaturalCaramelized Onion Chicken Burgers to eat with Scrambled Eggs or when I make an Omelet for myBreakfast time.Ralph’s Market has really excellent customer service the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. If I can’t locate a food product on their shelves when I ask a sales associate on the flooras I spoke to John he walked with me to show mewhere this canned Pink Salmon was located andJohn was very knowledgeable on this product.A big plus is (I don’t have to wait in line to get mySales Receipts checked) every time I do my grocery shopping at Ralph’s Grocery Store.

Store was clean, fish was fresh, everyone was masked and distanced, cashiers were friendly and quick. All sale items were in stock. No out of date dairy was stocked. Parking lot was decent.

The store was nice and neat and the atmosphere is lovely but i went to the deli to pick up some food and the worker there just made it feel uncomfortable, kinda flirty i guess?? I think her name was tanya but im not too sure

On May 30th 2021, I observed the Manager at the light of Oldgrove and Mission watching a guy take off from the store with a hand basket full of groceries, I asked the Manager if that guy just stole them, he said yes, of course I followed the guy and watched him stick them in the bushes, I got picked them up and told the guy dont let me see u in the store again and then took the groceries back to the store. To the customer who stole them, if u need food just ask, it is not worth a felony.....

Awesome store! The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Store has always been clean and usually well stocked. Earlier this week we ordered our groceries online and they brought them to the car. The process was extremely easy and will be doing this again.

The pharmacy & pharmacist, especially Andy, always go above and beyond for my husband and I. When my Husband had surgery, on a Saturday, i didn’t realize that all the pharmacies close at 6pm. I walked in to fill the prescription and the security doors were already up but I could see Andy was still at the counter. I waved to him and he came right over. I told him the situation and he gladly invited me to sit in the waiting area and had it filled with in 5 mins! I was so relieved and happy I felt like crying! I later, talking to my husband, said that Andy and all the other staff make you feel like it’s a small town “mom & pop” pharmacy because they treat you so well and know you by name! I’ll never go anywhere else to fill prescriptions!

Weve chosen to have produce delivered straight from a local farm through their CSA program to support local small business and to avoid going to a grocery store so much (COVID precautions); however we still have dairy and some packaged/prepared goods that we like to have on hand, especially with a little one. I had a really good experience with their online ordering and curbside pick up. They were kind, courteous, loaded up my groceries in my trunk, closed it for me (after asking), and even waived the price difference for an item substitution. They dont charge a fee if you buy over 35 dollars. They also will let you write comments on what you want so you can specify. For example, I asked for a bundle of green and ripe bananas and they made sure to get that for me.

Great store super clean and friendly people! Great deals and prices compared to other local stores. Only problem is the homeless people panhandling on the corner every time I go to the store. And the parkIng lot structure is a bit odd. Overall great Neighborhood Ralph’s! A+

I end up at Ralphs several times per week for the last 9 + years and have always loved the staff, store and product. But sadly on Friday, 12-20-19 i actually left in tears due to the incredibly rude manager named David (which was a new face), sadly i will never shop at that location again due how he treated my child and I.

Once again only one register was manned by a cashier. This has been the case on many recent visits. Had to choose between A. Standing in line, B. checking and bagging my own groceries at self serve or C. going to another grocery store.Going forward Im choosing C.

Excellent grocery store, i was helped by a friendly clerk named lauren. She was very knowledgeable about the products on hand and where they were. Very clean and well managed. Good restrooms, good parking. Although the back of the lot is not very well lit and makes me uncomfortable sometimes. Is a great store.

I usually like this store, but I had a very disappointing experience today.... by a manager no less! After getting thru self checkout, I noticed that I was overcharged by $3 on a pet bed that was at a good price of $14.99.  I didnt catch the employees name who was overseeing self checkout, but saw he was front manager or something like that. He seemed bothered / annoyed that I pointed this out. No apology for 20% overcharging the stated price!Instead, he incorrectly scolds me by saying, Well, first, you didnt even use your rewards card. Then, under his breath said, Oh, there it is.He asked where I got the item. Pet aisle, I can show you, I politely replied. So off we went. But after seeing the price disparity, he didnt accept any responsibility. Just took the tag off the shelf and went back to the register. No acknowledgement to me.After all this, now Ive wasted my time, energy and money. He hands me 3 one-dollar bills. I hesitate, waiting for some acknowledgement or maybe even a thank you or even better, some good customer service by offering an apology. But nothing.So I say, Is this common to be overcharged?He replies, This happens all the time.REALLY? WOW!But, alas, still NO APOLOGY!As a last effort to encourage good customer service, I APOLOGIZED TO HIM (!) saying, Sorry this caused you hassle. Did this tactic work? NOOOOOOO. He just said, Im glad you caught it before you left the store. I realize they are all overworked at this time of covid. And I appreciate all their efforts immensely. Were all challenged at this time, and yet, I desired some recognition for the hassle, my lost time and energy and that the store overcharged me.Very disappointing. I have known stores that if they overcharge you and you catch it, you get that item for free.Geesh, I didnt even get acknowledgement. Very sad.

I can easily find the stuff i need.

Solid grocery store. Usually pretty clean and lines arent too long. Their deli food is gross, but otherwise reliable store.

The store was deserted at 9pm on a Wednesday. Run in for a couple bottles of soda. The isles are well marked and the organization of items are good. Prices are higher than other Grocery stores. But convenients does have its price. Safe parking lot, well lit and did see the Oceanside PD cruising. Self checkout had a full time cashier stand by ready to help.

The store,itself,is finethe pharmacy is,truly,the best pharmacy in townthe cashiers and stockers are kind,polite,helpful,and friendlythe management is full of some of the most horrible people i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with...this place would honestly be a 5 star if not for the jerks who run the front end...bad decisions,unfriendly,confrontiveboth i and my father have been in literal shouting matches with them,and we go there less and less each time we encounter themwill always go back for the pharmacy though,those people are solid gold!!

Had a great experience shopping today! A compassionate young man helped me out with an electric cart. So sad I missed his name. Danika assisted me upon checking out. What a sweet helpful young lady. Was in the self serve lane and I guess she could see me struggling. She gently lifted my items out and rang them up. Everything seemed easy to find as well. All of yhe staff was really cheery and greeted me, asking whether I found what I needed! Thanks everyone for brightening up my day!

Run of the mill Ralphs. The one stand out this I have noticed is the fine gentleman that runs the butcher area in the back. Hes a retired Marine and he genuinely care about customer service more than I think anyone Ive ran into. Theres also self checkout which makes getting in and out a lot faster.

Nice, clean & well organized. Good deals The staff was excellent, helpful & courteous. Although pricing is higher than Winco. Its still reasonable & they have different weekly deals on popular items. I like & prefer Ralphs over Vons. I absolutely love their flower bouquets, at every season. I get them often & buy them as gifts too. :)

Plenty of cashiers and they are always friendly. A bonus at this one, they make fresh sushi that is as good as restaurant quality. Large selection. I would give 5 stars, but there are too many sales with small print (must buy 5) that you have to lean in to see. Individually the items are much higher priced compared to other local stores.

They really need to provide more cart corrals in the parking lot. There are not enough and they are somewhat inconveniently placed.

There are few grocery stores in the area with friendlier associates than this Ralphs. With the competition among chains it can make a big difference. Prices for sale items can save some money but nothing saves the shopping experience like a friend to help you.

My boy Michael Cruz has excellent customer service skills. Always friendly. Alex Medillin is always very generous behind the register. I always walk out with $100 worth of groceries and only end up paying $50! He claims that he does this with all his customers. I will continue to shop at this location as long as I continue to get the discount from Alex. Maybe next time he will give me 75% off :)

I stopped coming here because the cashiers were more focused on their own personal conversations than their job and the customer standing in front of them asking for a bag. Which I asked for clearly 3 times. And apparently none of them got the memo

My boy Michael Cruz is an artist with the hook ups. I am writing this review today because he gave me 75% of on all halloween candy instead of %50. He also gave me a $200 prepaid card for $20. He even marks down all the groceries for me so i basically pay nothing. I appreciate Michael and all the hard labor he does for not only ralphs but for his wonderful community as well. He should be promoted to store manager as we speak. Thank you Michael, we appreciate your hard work and dedication.
