Nice location. Closes too early at 4 pm. All other shops are coming to normal operational hours, but they are still doomed in COVID panic.

There was a young lady that was very nice. I was confused about what choice to make. She helped me decide. I didnt get her name but I personally tip her!🥰

Very good service, my favorite Bigbys in the area, hours are shorter, but I guess thats covids fault, so I still definitely recommend the place.

Its a bigbys!Coffee is reliable, mixed cafe drinks can run a tad sweet if your expecting another competitors style of beverage, it never hurts to go half sweet.Otherwise, reliable quick coffee.

Good but new guy didnt blend drinks nearly enough, chunks of lemon peel and coffee drink with all syrup at bottom

I love, love, LOVE their Mocha Mochas. Frozen (like a Slurpee) in the summer & hot in the winter. Their muffins, fruit, scones, bagels and other sweet treats are all wonderful. Their sandwiches on bagels are very good. Service is fast, well-trained, and friendly. I adore Biggbys.

Temporarily closes at 4 daily. All the chairs are put away and tables against the wall so you can easily distance while in line.

Knowledgeable of the drinks and are usually pretty speedy. Ive never had an incorrect order and I go there a lot

I got hired at the biggby on MLK and they moved me to this store a day after my interview due to too many employees on MLK. They never put me on a schedule the manager would call me on the work phone while I was on shift and ask me to work certain days so I went home Wednesday night and she had texted me asking when I came in ? And I informed her I was never aware I had to work so the other manager from MLK told me if I didn’t come into work consider myself done with biggby. I was at home 3 hours away for a wedding and got fired from being unaware of working on a day they never told me

I dont even drink coffee on a regular basis. Just happened to need a boost so I popped in here on my way to church. Absolutely loved it! Great coffee great service,!

Ordered a latte, and they filled it to the brim with heated milk, no foam. Tasted like water. I dumped it immediately.The employees were nice, but might want to check your espresso drink recipes.

Great coffee and atmosphere. Not as high priced as the compation. (Starbucks) I usually get my coffee at Speedway.

Ive gone to this Biggby a number of times, normally in the late afternoon or early evening. Each time Ive gotten a regular coffee from their dispensers. It has never been hot, and once it was closer to room temperature than warm. Go to a different coffee shop for hot coffee in the evening.

Bigsby coffee - pretty much the same as the others Nice staff, though. Prefer the individual, characterful, quaint alternatives, yet, none are close, so this one fulfilled its purpose.

This is my go-to on the way into work on the weekends. The baristas are always super friendly and funny, and quick! This location isnt busy when I go in, but theres always a healthy crowd of graduate students working on homework. As always, B is a lot cheaper than Starbucks without the wait, too!

I love Biggbys in general but this one is by far the best in the greater Lansing area because of the manager and the killer customer service!

Biggby is a nice place to go if you need to study. No big surprise they are popular in a college town. Expensive coffee is better than no coffee.

The place is quiet and pleasant. I am not a fan of their coffee or upsell. They have good iced tea.

Love this place. The baristas are always so nice and if your drink is not to your liking, theyll make you a replacement no questions asked. Be sure to take advantage of their biggby big list at the biggby website as there are a plethora of drinks that arent on the main menu. Also be sure to take advantage of their biggby rewards program so you can cash in on those bogo coupons!

Stopped by for a Latte breve style (which requires 1/2 & 1/2) was told they didnt have any. What coffee shop has no 1/2 & 1/2? Its not like its a surprise that a coffee drinker would want that.Was a bit burned out on St*rbucks and there lackluster customer service so I thought Id give the local place a try. Back to St*bucks...sigh.

Always friendly and fast. I have to make sure to get less syrup than what comes in their drinks, but thats just because Biggbys has no concept of low calorie.

This is a great biggby. The staff is amazing, all of you who are complaining need to chill. It takes time to make a coffee, they dont snap their fingers and make it magically appear.

I am not one to write reviews, let alone negative reviews but I have had SEVERAL bad experiences with this Bigby. They arent pleasant, they have very slow service and appears to have a big turn around. I love getting Bigby nearly every morning. Unless youre doing self serve or have 20 minutes to wait for coffee this place is not for you! I will wake up 15 minutes early and go to the BIGBY in Holt, where with service is quick, my coffee is made right and the girls/guys have smiles with their service.
