The guys that work there are always very helpful and work with you. The female redhead however always has a horrible attitude, and takes personal calls when assisting customers. The first time I thought maybe she just had a bad day, but I have now stopped in several times and get the same attitude. May start going somewhere else or just go when she’s not working.

This is the best of best in Omaha Nebraska no matter what they always help and go the extra mile.When in a emergency need they always have a helping hand to give because they care about the community way to go guys

Very well taken care of store, the employees are super nice, and the prices are workable. If you are looking for cool items or hard-to-find, this place is worth checking out before going to the other places in the area. They have bilingual employees as well! Tools, guitars, car stereos... guns... pretty much a grand slam of a pawn shop. Very Family friendly!!!

I’d give this place less then one star if I could. They are really shady in the way the do business. They don’t give a fair value and give out confusing information as to how repayment works. They provided no options for repayment without having to go into store during pandemic I see lawsuit in their future.

The only place I will go in Omaha. It is clean and organized, the prices are fair (buying or selling) and most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve visited this location over 20 times and dealt with different people...same result. Good job!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience!I ran into a predicament and needed a special set of tires. Special thanks to Ty (one of their employees) who was honest with me, helped me look through the selection they had, and he even went above and beyond and took time out of his day to help me put them on! I was never pushed into a sale, was never pushed towards a higher priced product, or received false information. They didnt end up working in the end but he still made sure to take care of me! Prices are very fair and they are very honest with buying and selling. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop to someone new to the Pawn Shop experience! Very trustworthy and helpful staff!

Ty is awesome. Wish there were more honest and nice people like him in the world. He fixed my bracelet in less than 5 minutes and was so professional and nice. He deserves a raise!

Best pawn shop in Omaha I allways recommend EX-Z Monday and everytime I have they ended up with a new customer. They actually care about the customers and its not allways getting what your selling or pawning at the lowest dollar theres been a times they helped me out with the extra 5 or 10 dollars I needed if they can.

They low ball you to get what they can dont want to give you a fraction of what its worth then jack up the price to put money in their pockets. Bunch of crooks, tell you they appreciate people going to them instead of sols. The owner and his son are professional and fair but the people that work for him are loosing him buissness.

FORGET the rest and come to the best pawn shop in Omaha,NE EZ MONEY is a Diamond in the rough but way worth the drive and there costumer service gos a long way and thats what shows with them and keeps me coming back. Much better then sols and AAA pawn, and thats why i keep coming back.Love the new layout and remodel of the store check um out some time there honest and fair. NORTH SOUTH EAST AND WEST COME SEE WHY EZ MONEY IS SIMPLY THE BEST.

All I can say is this place breads idiots. Unfortunately those same idiots will go and work for other pawn shops in the future and say the same idiotic things. Took in an unworn ring still in original box with original tags that I paid to have appraised for my insurance company three years ago for nearly $2,000 and they quoted me $45. The retail value was even listed on the ring at $2,499.99. The retail is from 2014. This is interesting because the value of gold and diamonds has risen. I know for a fact that the rings have value because Ive had a certified jeweler tell me and my insurance company that they are valuable. I am currently writing a paper on Pawn Shops for my Legal Studies degree at Bellevue University and what Ive learned is that EZ Money needs to learn to appraise jewelry. The man claimed that the quality of those diamonds wasnt good enough. Interesting because it came with a certificate that said they were in the 75th percentile. He attempted to use the fact that they were tiny as the reasoning why they werent worth anything. Ill be sure to write that in my paper.
