I went in looking for a printer (they hardly had any on hand and offered to order me one) and I walked out with a Nintendo Switch and a video game. The service was really friendly although due to Covid it looks like they really hide and come to help you when you request it. The TV section did look a little bare but hopefully they get more in when I return to purchase one. I liked the central location. Very easy to get in and out of. I will definitely be back to this location.

Absolutely phenomenal service we came in looking for Im looking for a particular product the gentleman as we walked in He was kind enough to check stock and cost of some of the prices before we went back to go look at them .what my grandson selected was more than what he had with him. The nice clerk said let me see what I can do for you he went and found a manager and we ended up getting over $30 off of The cost. Needless to say my grandson is head-over-heels over his purchase

Recently, I purchased a treadmill through Best Buy. The treadmill delivery was seamless however, the assembly turned out to be a pain in the neck. On first attempt, the team of 2 could not assemble it as they said we need 4 people to take it down to basement and tgerefore, was rescheduled. On second scheduled day, no body showed up and per online geek squad team, even though it was confirmed on their end, the team who was suppose to assemble never got any communication from Best Buy. I spent hours worth of time going back and forth as to where they are and how it needs to be reschedule one more time. After going through the agony of scheduling it again with calls dropping and repeating the whole story time and again to every new online representative, once again no body showed up on the scheduled date despite confirmation messages/auto calls. At this point, I could not waste my time any more dealing with them and cancelled the order at store and will now wait for it to be picked up and refunded. Worst ever experience at Best Buy.

Helpful and respectful workers here. I know they are paid more based on getting sales but the people we interacted were willing to show us to the correct salespeople for our needs. Some stores that person will do all they can to take a sale. Also the support was great, our helper went as far as to go search the back room for a device, and also incoming sheets of possible devices.

Worst customer service ever. Best Buy doesnt care for or want the business of disabled people. No electric shopping carts. Manual push by another person wheelchairs. How can a disabled person be expected to shop. Attitude from security at front door to rude employees. Ill take my money 💰 and plenty of it else. This place sucks.

It was so easy using their app I picked up what I wanted and I scheduled to go pick it up and boom it was out there and then I had no idea it wasnt even advertised I got me an echo with Lexus Bluetooth speaker and they said you can come pick it up anyways fabulous excellent customer service and the prices you know I could I really couldnt afford what I was buying but I couldnt pass it up and Im so excited to have it I cannot wait to set it up I have not set my TV up yet Im trying to rearrange my bedroom and its more furniture so well see how that goes if not I dont care Im afraid to put it in my living room pretty much but I have to rest a lot and Im really hurting Im really disabled and they were great they were wonderful and they came immediately out she didnt let us know when youre here boom Day out it was amazing I cant wait to go shopping there again kudos and two Best buy

Best Buy has never been my favorite place to shop for electronics because theyre so expensive sometimes though I would like to be able to go into the store and walk out but the product that I went and took it however this Best Buy if I wasnt shopping for anything there would be a hundred employees asking me if I needed help but the day that Im in a hurry and go in there and need someone to help me not one employee is today found I have to go chase one down and then when I get to the register Im checking out the cashier is too busy talking to another employee about a check cashing machine it says listening to me I had to repeat myself four times and Im not very happy with the service

My rating is going to echo my other Best Buy store reviews. You cant call the store to get help how ridiculous is that? They blame (covid) and people calling about the PS5 and Xbox Series X. They dont pay their employees in geek squad enough to tell if all parts of a return are there anything with inspected stickers. Other then that this location is a little behind the larger stores for obvious reasons buts it gotten better with custom pc parts in stock small things like thermal paste were impossible to find on best buy shelves until recently.

Took our laptops hear the customer service was the best of the best they moved fasted and fixed alot in time needed.When my wifes laptop acted funny and she uses braille the moves like a ninja and got her laptop up and running fast this blew our minds.The cared about a disabled person so well they pushed her laptop to the top of the line and it was finished in less then 24 hours what a awsome Job way to go.She communicates with the world threw her laptop and braille machine to talk she is blind deaf so this was out standing

In all honesty, extremely disappointing to come to this location to get post paid cellular service. No common sense in quoting etc. Train your people or have someone that knows what they are doing help the person assisting customers going into a 30 month contract. Two people were assisting me and both acted like they didn’t know exactly what to do.

Do not buy anything from here. When you call they say they are no longer taking calls at this location. Even paid extra for geek squad services and they to are extremely hard to contact. Been on hold for 30 minutes twice now because the call magically gets disconnected… save yourself the hassle. Purchase from a company that provides service after the sale.

Got in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff member asked if we needed help, told them what we were looking for but didnt know whether wed buy today. They showed us where to look, and then left us alone and didnt pester us. 5 stars for that. We decided to get one, found staff member. They verified it was in stock, charged us right at the desk and told us to pull up to the front door and they would bring it out. Painless experience. Price was actually cheaper than some other places as well. Will remember to come here in the future.

Friendly, helpful staff, and generally speedy service. I go here for most of my electronics, including supplies Ive needed for work, and have gotten a couple tablets and a laptop from here. They are around the same prices as other area electronic stores. Tip: if you know a local competitor with the same product but you want to get the Best Buy Geek Squad protection, ask if theyll price match!

I took my little 72 yr old neighbor to purchase a laptop and the gentleman that assisted us was so courteous, informative and honest it was refreshing. He was very calm and patient with all of her questions and went way out of his way to make sure she fully understood all of her options. I believe the best part was he didnt try to upsell her at all and just offered products from within her parameters. I setup her laptop and transferred her files and information to her new one. Now she is off and running like a little cyber queen! Thank you for a great experience

Our washer broke and we needed a new one. We asked for whatever top loader was in stock. There were two and we chose an LG. 10 minutes later we were done and that included my wife applying for credit. Washer was delivered a few days later including hookup and old washer disposal. New washer is quiet and works very well. Very happy with this purchase and this Best Buy location!!

Only gave them the 4 stars bc salesman that rang up my purchase was very professional.From the time I walked in to the time I left and I shopped the small appliance and the major appliance depts no one said hello, can I help you or anything. I had to ask electronics if they could ring up my purchase. I did not need a bag and was in shock when leaving, the 3 men standing at the front doors didnt stop me for a receipt!

After waiting on hold for over 35 minutes two different times, I went into the store still on hold! I asked to speak to a manager, “Jenna” stated that she was one and what did I need. First I showed her my phone, and how long I’d been on hold. Not apologetic or anything just said that their store doesn’t get the calls and they are routed somewhere else!? I then explained my situation I had with a coupon from Ring and what I needed. Without hesitation she would not except the coupon. So at this point I just asked for a higher up supervisor and she wrote down the customer relations number, that is not even in the United States! And then “Jenna” had the audacity to say “do you want me to put this back for you?” (I brought the item to her that I had questions about.) Excuse me!? Really?! She is a manager, and was being very hostile and rude with that statement! Very unprofessional!

I purchased a camera that I found was not for me. So I returned it to this Best Buy and purchased a tablet instead. Being somewhat technologically disinclined, a sales associate named Gage showed me how to install and download information onto an SDcard and made sure I understood how to this. Gage was patient, attentive, and very friendly. Its employees like Gage who really make a business welcoming in the eyes of the public. Im definitely a satisfied customer!

Honestly I only go to bestbuy if they have a crazy good deal which is rare. Their employees dont ever seem to know any information other than what the tag says or what the website says. They also refused to price match something that was on PowerAs amazon page when they had it about 30% more expensive. This is a huge example as to why retail is slowly dying, I ordered it and Im getting it tomorrow and saved 30% on it. Bestbuy has honestly turned in to a showroom for me to physically see what I am about to order.

Had to go in today to get a new phone. Other than when the manager switched my salesman in the middle of our sale, my experience was great. The employees that helped me (Adam and Andrew) were both awesome and really nice. I had complications with Verizon and they were patient, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Adam was my first salesmen, then when he was forced to move to another department, Andrew took over. They were both amazing and very helpful! There was also another really cool employee not on the clock at the time that had an appointment, but he was nice enough to let me be helped first. The employees are obviously what makes this Best Buy awesome. Thanks guys!

Do not trust Best Buy if you are purchasing something you care for. I ordered a PS5 on November 22. They gave me a “payment error” and said I had 24 hours to update it. They canceled my order immediately and wouldn’t work w me at the store. My cousin goes in because they canceled his yesterday and they preserved his order. They do not respect their own word and favorite and work w one customer over others
