I called a sales representative at a call center regarding a replacement ink cartridge for my printer. She located the correct ink cartridge and accommodated that I was paying with cash. She gave me a reservation number to pay in person with a cashier. I then picked up the cartridge from the warehouse. It was an easy process. Thank you Tina at NFM!

My friend who just moved to Omaha bought a bed from Mrs. Bs factory Clearance. The man there was very helpful..Today we just purchased a beautiful couch for around 500 with the delivery fee of 120 dollars. the people who will be bringing the furniture will carry it to the 3rd floor and put the bed together along with the mattress cover and then they take the wrappings our with them when they go. Much better than other stores!! buy EVERYTHING HERE. you wont regret it, plus you have 24 months interest free till you pay it off...Go For IT!!

Bought a tv online. Picked it up first thing the following morning. I called an hour ahead of time and when I got there a couple nice gentlemen loaded it up for me. Easy and painless. The price match guarantee and 24 month financing is also nice.

Took a long time to find a sales person to help us. We knew what we wanted when we got to NFM, but spent over half an hour before we finally grabbed a guy who looked intelligent, he got someone to help us. Had a letter that said we would get a loyalty discount, wasnt much. The sales person was nice, and knew what he was doing, so all ended well.

For instance, when I asked for a product that would not be available until next year, she suggested a comparable alternative that was available next month. We accepted her suggestion. Purchased this sofa from Nebraska furniture mart and have had nothing but problems from day one. The cushions felt like someone already purchased the couch. We sent it back for another one and nails were poking out and we have a baby. We finally go another one and we called about the cushions and they said it was normal ware and tear. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I get up off the couch a use the arm rear and it sunk it. I Called nebraraska furniture mart about the extended warranty we purchased and it only covers the material(doesn’t make sense). So they said it’s no they can do about manufacture error buts it’s only good for a year. We just bought this furniture last summer and this is how Nebraska furniture mart treat their customers.

I needed a new TV for my shop and information about mounting it. Peyton was awesome! I told her I was going to look around some more but would ask for her when I was ready. She was at lunch when that time came; but Paul told me he could write me up under her name! Super cool of him to do that & simply stated, “it’s no problem at all, we are a team!” Long time since I’ve seen someone act like a real team at a job! Super cool! Nick was very helpful over the phone and took the time to price out the total cost if shipping vinyl flooring to Illinois. And the total cost was still much cheaper than just getting it from a local Illinois store.

Needed a dryer and I went towards the clearance section to see what they may have had for a bargain! While there I was approached by a salesman whom was very polite and professional! He gave me a quik rundown on the clearance dryers they had and for why it had been returned! He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt on any questions! We were in kids furniture for a while, when we finally selected the bedroom set for our granddaughter, we waited at least 25 minutes before my husband went looking for a sales rep. He walked by several that were talking among themselves and no one ask if he needed help. Then Rachel turned the corner and ask if she could help. She was very personable and professional. You need more people like her working for you. When we come back, I’ll make sure she is working that day!

Brandon in the TV department was a great salesperson to deal with, I laid out what we were looking for in a TV as far as size, budget, and what we were doing with it. He laid out the best TV in that range, explained the differences, and let my wife and I make a decision. He was very friendly and didnt push us into a decision or over sell us more than we needed. We continued to browse the store and he had left by the time we returned. Another salesperson finished us out and answered a few other questions for us to help with our decision, she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. All around a great team to deal with

Great place. Had some issues with products being priced incorrectly. But other than that, wonderful place.

After being told that our fridge was in stock and could be delivered, we received a call on the day of delivery asking if we purchased a floor item. We did not, and received a call back saying that the only fridge in stock had cosmetic damage but we could use it as a loaner until stock returned. The fridge that was delivered was not only damaged, but very dirty and had been used before. It smelled like cigarette smoke and had stains on the inside from spills. Our only options were to wait longer for the fridge we ordered, or select a different fridge at a higher cost. Since it was NFM’s error, I expected them to offer to deliver a comparably-sized fridge at no additional charge. Very disappointed that they did not offer to do that given the error.

Excellent: We went on a Monday afternoon to NFM Omaha with three things we wanted and had researched each thing. Within minutes of arrival a sales person asked to assist us, and the first item was ordered to be delivered that week. The other two items were located downstairs so another person helped us with those items. Each was very attentive and able to answer or find answers to our questions. Within an hour we had everything ordered and set to be delivered.

Jay was a great salesman, he was very patient and listen to what I wanted. We definitely recommend using him.

Has a great selection and typically its in stock. I have had issues with getting orders delivered when ordering online, and honestly the constant pressure from sales people when shopping in store makes online way less stressful, with the delivery issues included. Im sorry but I dont trust sales from people who work on commissions. Their whole job is to increase the average ticket size to increase what they are paid, not getting you the best product for your money.

Just bought a washer/dryer set. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out different features of different brands and most importantly checked to see which were in stock as I need something soon. I definitely plan to return for appliances in the future.

My husband and I went to NFM to buy a new couch. We had looked online and found what we liked so we had an idea going in what we were looking for. We came in the store and sat on a couch and both really liked it. Ron stopped and asked us how we were doing and looked up the couch to see if it was stock, which is wasnt, and it wouldnt in until December. He found another in stock couch that was very similar in style and price and showed that one to us. We purchased the couch, had a scheduled delivery date, and were in and out of the store within 20 minutes. It was the easiest experience Ive had buying furniture. We will definitely do business with NFM in the future.

Half of the things I own in my home are from this store because they always have the best selection and price and they make the process of buying furniture or renovating a home so easy and fun. My carpet and tile is from here, my couches are from here, my phone is from here, etc. It’s extremely convenient to be able to go to one place for everything and always have a positive experience.

My boyfriend & I came into get a dishwasher for my new house and we were lucky enough to get Matt as our sales associate. He was professional and very informative in what are important features to look for in a dishwasher, things I was unaware of. He was also hilarious and made our shopping very enjoyable for both of us especially my boyfriend who doesn’t like to shop. We had a couple beers & lot of laughs and left with a new dishwasher and a new appreciation for upside down pineapple cake or was it pineapple upside down cake, lol either way. We’ll be back! Twice we were trying out furniture and asked to get off by two salesmen helping other customers. We were there letting our son pick out furniture for his apartment at our expense. He wanted to be mindful in his choices and take his time. Very upsetting for him as this was supposed to be a fun experience. Maybe we should have stayed in Lincoln and used Lee Douglas who furnished our whole home but he wanted to do the “big” furniture store and explore options. Never again. If you have money, use a designer who will work with you and not treat you rudely. First and last time shopping there.

Had to buy a washer and dryer and needed it asap. Our sales person spent 15 minutes digging to find us something in our price range that was in stock. He was so super helpful and knowledgeable!! We found what we needed, paid without having to go through the cashiers and we on our way.

They have furniture. They have pretty awesome sales people to help you find particular pieces. They also tend to have super long term, 0% interest deals regularly. But mostly, I am a fan because their customer service always takes care of me if I need to call them about an issue.

Purchased a mattress. Was called twice that the day for delivery was pushed back. Called for options and they said wait or spend more money on another bed. They did offer me free delivery... But I already had that. That was insulting. Courtney did very little to preserve me as a customer. Not pleased NFM.

My wife and I both were very impressed with the service we received. We were fortunate to find a salesman that was willing and able to help us. He was so patient, as we made our decisions. At one point we were concerned about all the furniture fitting into the room we intended. He then pulled up a program, put all the furniture in place and we were able to visualize how it would look. This was by far the best experience we have had at NFM.

Went to get mattress for oldest son. Went right when they opened to get in and out as quick as possible. 4 sales people all standing there only one said hi and welcome so that is the one we worked with. She was helpful and didnt pressure into getting anything we didnt need. Overall good experience also being able to check out right there instead of going to cashier was good so we didnt have to make another stop before picking up items at warehouse.

I came to NFM looking for swivel chairs for my living room. The first several sales people just pointed me in a direction, when there were some examples right in front of me. Another sales person actually walked me to the section that has accent chairs, and a third one helped me check for closeout swivel chairs in Kansas City. I was able to buy 2 navy blue swivel chairs from KC through the third sales rep. I paid less than half of what I would have on Amazon!

It was back-stocked and she asked what specifically I was looking for… And then helped me find somebody thing that I loved even more than the one I had originally picked out. I appreciated her helpfulness, her demeanor, her knowledge, and her great taste .

I have purchased many products from Nebraska furniture mart over the years. Typically you can get a sales person to help you immediately in this case I had to search out for a sales person because no one was around to help me. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.

Sales guy was great helping us find the furniture we wanted. However he failed to inform us that even tho we pay to have our old mattress taken away, the delivery crew will refuse to take it if it has a stain. So what started out as good service turned into a bad experience

Went to purchase a desk and bookcase. Was told by sales lady that both were in stock, and could be picked up today. Also was told the desk was full assembled. So we made the purchase and went over to pickup area. We were able to pull right up and thought this would be great. After watching multiple vehicles pull up after us and leave I got out to ask the status of our order. Was told they were bringing the desk down and should be loaded soon. After more time passed I asked again then a manager came out to say they couldn’t find the desk, but they were working on it. After 40 plus minutes of waiting the book case and was loaded into our pickup. A few minutes later the desk was finally found and brought out. I stopped the loading staff to ask if this was the right desk as the box was way to.small for it to be a fully assembled desk. We checked the number and determined it’s what we ordered. At this point I just wanted to leave so I said load it up and I’ll assemble it. Then when we got home to unload it I noticed it was loaded with the arrows that point up and say this side up were pointing straight down. I was very disappointed with our experience at NFM this time.

The sales person was very cordial and helpful. She came to help us as soon as she finished with another customer. We are very satisfied.

Kathy C. was a tremendous help in picking out our area rugs. She explained the layout of the rugs to us and asked if we were in search of anything in particular but didnt try to push anything on us, which was super appreciated. She gave us some clips to mark the rugs that we liked and kept an eye out for the ones we marked. As we marked a rug and kept going she would go back to her computer and see if they came in the sizes we were looking for. She also made sure to let us know if they were available at other NFM stores or if it was the last one in stock. She was absolutely on top of everything and we are super thankful for that. It really allowed us to make sure we werent falling in love with rugs that werent available or didnt meet our requirements. We honestly werent planning on finding what we were looking for but because of Kathy we fell in love with 3 rugs and walked out extremely happy. Kathy is hands down the best employee at all of NFM that weve had the pleasure of working with. Thank you so much, Kathy! We LOVE our rugs and couldnt be more satisfied with our experience.

Worked with Will Chapman in clearance department to find a washing machine. He went above and beyond and checked in the roped off area to find a front load white pedestal washer for me. He took the time to find out if machine had previous issues or a scratch. He was very helpful and personable. Bonus was I purchased on Monday and it will be delivered this same week on Saturday. And the price was right!!!!

Customer service is great & it was very quick & easy. Picking up my furniture from their loading docks took way too long. Have been waiting for almost 45 mins & Currently still waiting & late for dinner at a ramen bar. Not too happy.

Bruce was absolutely amazing. The pandemic has made it difficult to buy furniture, but Bruce was up to the challenge in figuring out sizes for my small apartment. Each time I found something I liked, he would help figure out if it would fit. If it wasnt in stock, he apologized and I could tell he felt horrible. I always love going to the Mart. They have a lot of unique items. However, in shopping for a child’s bedroom set today, the majority of them were cheaply made and overpriced for what they were. Other than that, you can find very good quality furniture for an adult bedroom, livingroom, diningroom or theatre room. Their appliance and electronics center always have great stuff. The guy who helped us today when we wanted a twin mattress for our granddaughter was very helpful and fun. I’ve been shopping at the Mart for 40 years. It is the place to go for furniture, electronics and appliances.

Wasnt hounded by staff. Picked out what we wanted and checked out in minutes.

The washer and dryer that I purchased are amazing but the salesman that said they would help me never returned my phone call so I ended up having to purchase it online
