Bev Burgess in Cadillac service is stellar. She consistently provides customer satisfaction.

Mike in the service department is certainly nice and professional. I also got a really nice loaner while my car was being repaired. However, the repairs that were supposed to be done on Monday were finished on Thursday. First they said the original diagnosis was wrong and then they didnt have the right parts. Now it appears that the leak I originally took the car in for is still leaking. Starting to doubt whether or not they know what they are doing. A 3 star rating is being generous.

My wife and I received a notice that the drivers side airbag had a recall on our Escalade. We brought it in to Huber to be addressed. After we received our vehicle back, the Service Air Bag notice and light has been permanently on. We called back, and we were told in an impolite tone that it was not due to anything Huber did, and that we would be charged $175 to even look at the issue, and no promises after that. Moving forward, we will not be doing business with a dealer who views safety recalls as a way to drive service fees. Huber made our vehicle less safe than when we brought it in.
