My 2011 328i X BMW was in for service at 50,000 miles. Chet Dreesen was my Service Advisor. There was quite a long list of problems to solve, and my car was in the garage for three days. I felt confident that Chet knew how to solve all the issues, and that he rechecked them all after the mechanic had finished, to make sure that everything was taken care of. We have one last item, the front struts and an alignment, but are waiting on a part.

Awful customer service. Rude employees. They didn’t even perform the service we had scheduled for and charged us anyways for the wrong service. Then we brought the car in again for the right service and they tried charging us again. Even though we had paid the time before but they just did the wrong service. Awful awful awful experiences on multiple occasions.
