I’ve been going to bare minerals in west roads for years now. And I wanted to take the time and appreciate one of your employees Monica. She is the friendliest and most personable person there. Since Covid hit I have not been in since January. Today I stopped in and of course she still remembered me. Even through the mask. I always value Monica’s opinions on new products. And of course I buy everything she recommends 🤣. So my line of makeup is insane. But she deserves a shot out for being awesome !!

Sari was awesome! She listened, cared and educated me about the products. Her demonstrations were informative and easy to learn. She didnt overwhelm with too many details and only explained what we wanted to know. Some salespeople say way too much... Most salespeople say way TOO LITTLE. I hope I get Sari next time I visit!

I myself did shop at Bare Essentials for anything because I do not wear makeup. We were at the Mall and I went to see if my daughter and her best friend were finished and my child asked me how she looked ? They got a free make over with makeup. And I can say the Professional makeup artist knows her craft, she did a very very professional Excellent Awesome job of picking and applying the right shade or shades of makeup for their faces. They did not look like they hardly had on any makeup. One girl have brown skin and the other girl have light skin. The Professional Makeup Artist were friendly. I recommend Bare Essentials. Thumbs Up. My daughter loved it and in the future is going to buy her makeup at Bare Essentials. I know they did a very very good job because my husband and my kid father did not have to check her and did not say to much makeup. Shes 25 years old. Thank You.

I was really nervous coming in and getting new foundation, but Jordan and Sierra were awesome and friendly and took the time to figure out exactly what I needed. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and made this whole experience better than I thought it was going to be. I wore the foundation that she suggested and I can honestly say it was a great purchase and Ill be in again!

Im impressed by the level of service I received at this BareMinerals boutique. I visited the boutique twice to return my online orders and didnt buy anything in the store, but I was treated with respect and courtesy. The store manager (I didnt get her name, but she has a super cool haircut) was absolutely helpful and friendly. I was promised that I would get a call from them as soon as they contacted the headquarter to verify my order and issue a refund, and I always got a refund the following business day. I would highly recommend this BM location.

I love this place. I have allergies to lanolin, so I know I dont have to check the labels very carefully with this makeup.

Ive never had someone slam my face with a brush so hard. I felt like she was trying to exfoliate and test colors at the same time. Also when I left the store I checked my makeup outside...I was completely orange just on my face. Horrible service
