This rating is for their pick-up service. I attempted to use it, because I have 18 mos old twins and it is easier and safer for them to do a pick—especially when we were already out running other errands. Received a text, after the promised half-hour that the order was delayed. Then another hour later I received another text canceling the order with a statement saying it “could not be completed”. After I dropped the twins at home with their mom, I went to that same store; in less than five minutes I located the four items I ordered. Wasted my time and it was clear that my order could have been fulfilled. Frustrating.

First day of mask mandate and I had an emergency, ran in and forgot my mask. Not only was the woman at the front RUDE and NASTY she even scolded me after I apologized and told her I wouldn’t happen again.She was wearing her mask well under her nose so she might as well have left hers off too.I can do without that kind of customer service - too many stores in this town to patronize a place with that horrid woman.

I had a voucher sent to my phone from CSL for a free flu shot, I was at the Walgreens at 90th and fort the lady back in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me about the voucher and said that I had to get it printed off and she just would hardly help me cant tell me they didnt have another way to go about it and she was just plain rude, I wont be going back there, no wonder their always empty.

Brandi at the pharmacy was fantastic!!!! She took the time get my prescription discounted and did not give up till she had the price reduced. GREAT SERVICE!!! She made 3 separate phone calls for us.
