Its a nice location its well organized and clean & the staff is friendly

Whenever my mom & I are in here, the women working act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking them any questions. They all complain about the other workers. Not something I want to hear while Im spending money in your store! We much prefer to go across the street to SalonCentric where you feel like a valuable customer!

Walked in... I didnt not get a greeting, 2 secs later... another customer walks in and she is greeted warmly. Never coming back.

I swear- it doesn’t matter which cosmoprof I go to- the women that work there are rude- don’t say hello to me when I walk in but they say hello to other people that walk in and they have attitudes at the checkout . I’m going to start going to different salon retailers because it’s every. Single. Time. I’ve been in customer service for half my life and it’s ridiculous that I’m nicer to the staff than the staff is to me.

All my needs were met and then some. Staff friendly and they answered all my questions. They knew the ends and out of all the products I had questions about. I came in knowing to much of nothing and left knowing something.

Have most the beauty items I need

This location is unprofessional. I have never been at a cosmo or any store that all staff co on lunch at the same time which means they close the store down for more than an hour. No courtesy to people who only have a little time in their schedule to run to the store during business hours.

Nice staff, not extremely clean store though.

This is the closest mall to my home. I do love Vonmaur, JCP, and the sale at Yonkers.
