Everything seemed to be cheap quality and over priced. I looked at several pieces of furniture and nothing was of any quality. If you want to spend $50-$70 on a discounted throw pillow when you can get ones that look nicer pretty much anywhere for $25 or less, then I guess this would be a place for you. There were several employees standing around talking, not one person greeted us when we walked in and not one person came to see us in the 10 minutes we were there. We even had two different employees walk past and say nothing. I watched several people look at a few things and walk out after seeing the expensive prices for cheapo stuff.

This place is great. There is something for everyone. People are really friendly and are eager to help.

The store is very well organized. Mostly stop by here on the weekends. I enjoy being able to look freely. Some things are a bit high priced but mostly all are decent. Love the unique finds you can get here.Location is also great. It helps to be able to look at things online and if interested see them in store. Shipping also helps as we live out of town. Never have had a bad experience here. Definitely on my top favorite places list.

Great selection and inventory but Poor customer service. No assistance on the floor, everybody was clearly ready to clock out. After I purchased my item they then told me that all they had to put my item in were tiny grocery bags.

Have some products but NFM would be a better place to shop

Just made a delivery here of some returns, but I always see really nice things coming from this store and the employees are always friendly with us.

This place is a joke! The things they sell are not brand new items like you would get at NFM. They are returns other people no longer wanted. They act like they have new items but they are just putting on a front for the customers. They also have workers leave reviews so it looks like their rating is better than it should be! And dont get me started on working there! They pick favorites and dont truly care about their employees! Id give zero stars for this place if I could! 🤢🤮

Lots of great stuff here. Lots of good deals but, some things were overpriced, in my opinion. However, I found an amazing large area rug for $104! It looks great in my living room and I know that I definitely got a deal there. I will definitely shop here again.

I am doing a total home renovation and am finally getting to the furniture & decor stage (amen!) and am so pleased with my service from Rush Market. The prices are incredible and offering free delivery is fantastic. The delivery guys have my address memorized and are so nice when they come and put my (larger) items in the general vicinity they go instead of my porch. I am also so appreciative that I can call the store when I have questions and speak with a helpful associate who often will go “look in the box.” Furthermore, the return policy is extremely generous and relieves all of my anxiety when ordering six bar stools that I am not positive I am going to love! ;)I choose Rush Market over Wayfair and Overstock at every opportunity to shop local. Kuddos on a great company and thank you to everyone for your terrific service.

The rush market has everything you might be looking for ! I have been so grateful to them and so has my bank account! They have almost everything you can think of from light fixtures, to bed frames, night stand and chairs all at very reasonable prices ! I always go to the rush market if I need a piece of furniture first before anywhere else including mrs b’s. It is the most stylish and modern place that fits my needs when furnishing my Airbnb’s! Also it helps that the girls are so helpful in finding you what you need at the right price point!

By all accounts my daughters buying experience went well and it seems she scored a great buy on a TV stand. My problem is with the curb side pickup system. I used the email link to notify them that I was there, gave the info on my car, and waited by the car per their rules about social distancing. I waited about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. At that time another car arrived, its occupant went inside and within a couple minutes came out with their items being carted to their car. While this was happening another car arrives and the same thing happened, that occupant went inside and was shortly followed by his purchase....did I feel like a chump - evidently they dont have a system in place to take care of first come first serve, just the squeaky wheel rules.

Bought a dining room table and had it delivered to my house. Opened the box and realized there were no legs or hardware to assemble. I sent them 3 emails and called twice and havent received any sort of acknowledgement.Would give zero stars if I could.

Dont have a lot of selection went in to buy a desk. Only had two on the floor. Prices are they same as other places didnt notice a difference.

I normally don’t go full-blown Karen... but I feel like this case is completely justified.I recently purchased a dining room table set for around $850 at The Rush Market - Omaha. We purchased a new home and were eager to furnish it with all the great deals at The Rush Market.Fast forward a little over a month... a summer day with a cold cup of water on the table. 30 minutes go by and I lift the glass up and the condensation from the glass left some water on the table. The very small amount of water caused the table to swell and bubble in that short amount of time.I called Friday (8/14) and spoke with a very sweet employee who said we could return it with no issues and that no table should do that.Today, my boyfriend loads the table up to return and we were informed they will not take it because it’s damaged (like we took an ax to it instead of it being damaged by a tiny amount of WATER), even though it’s within the return time window. I spoke with Brandy (who said she was the owner of the store), and she had zero compassion and pretty much told me tough luck. Brandy must own a dining room table used for decoration purposes only. 🤷‍♀️The Rush Market will not back up their own products. Their return information is NOT printed on your receipt, on their website, or any social media for a reason. All of their negative reviews mention horrible customer service and horrible quality products. This company is just after a quick buck at the expense of their customers. You literally can not even eat or drink on a DINING room table. ANY other furniture store (or even just Walmart) would happily exchange out a low quality product that did not even do its job.DON’T SHOP HERE unless you want horrible, low quality furniture, and even lower quality customer service.

Great place for great finds for decorating or remodeling your space!Was disappointed that downstairs section was closed when I brought my husband with me... wish they kept inventory to stock whole store at all times... but still, great bargains and Ill be back!

Always a fun shopping experience with unique items at fair prices. There are a few things that I feel are priced too high, but youll find that everywhere. Staff is always friendly and eager to help.
