Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are honest and dont try to just upcharge without reason. I always come back because they dont seem like sales people. They are average people who just want to make sure your car works as it should.

Oil changes and more. Not a huge high tech garage for replacing engines or transmissions. They have a variety of maintenance work they perform. They list their services offered.I go back because they treat me right and are up front about what they can, and cannot do. What they do, they do it well. Friendly and knowledgeable.

The gentlemen at Grease Monkey are AMAZING! The experience from beginning to end was seamless. I was able to stay in my vehicle and be comfortable. They are able to get done in a timely manner due to the fact they have multiple people working on your vehicle at the same time. They all have their own job to do and they do it well. I had them check my air filter and after it was taken out they showed it to me. I had them replace it because it needed to be replaced. They are all so friendly and polite. I love the fact they didnt try to sell me things I didnt need or want done. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend them to anyone!

Always busy...which means the word is out that they do good work. Even though they are busy and sometimes have a line, they are quick and professional with their service. I like that you can come in to have fluids checked and topped off without charge between oil changes.

I honestly love this place. They give you the highest quality oil at the fairest price and dont try to push unneeded sales on you. Ive been bringing my 2004 Honda to them for years. I now have 336,384 miles and going strong. Yesterday they recommended the high mileage oil change and added a $15 Lucas engine treatment. Idk what that is, but oh God does it make your car run smooth. Im currently driving to VA and from my 5 hours on full tank, Im now getting 6.25 hours. This is my second time filling up and I decided I have to give these people due credit. And check out the picture, look at all the things they honestly check on your car... And idk if its bc of the quarantine but now they give u a little gift package, no additional cost! Its just awesome! If You dont have a mechanic, and I didnt. I highly of reccomend this shop on 90th st. My car broke down about 18mos ago. As I called many shops and just to have it looked at was 100$+, I towed to Grease Monkey and they charged nothing to diagnose the problems and fixed it much cheaper than anyone else. I have been back since then and speak to Doug,hes very customer friendly and honest. These are the people you want to trust with your car! Now I have a mechanic.

Always go here for routine oil changes. The staff is wonderful and professional, kind. They know what they are doing here. I only will take my vehicle here for oil changes even though its a farther drive for me I dont dare go anywhere else. Best experience has always been here. Never have had an issue.

Grease Monkey is fantastic! My husband and I travel 90 miles to get our oil changed here, because the service is absolutely fantastic, and the employees are so knowledgeable and never recommend services that wont actually help your vehicle or be necessary at the time. We will continue to travel here to get both of our cars serviced.

We love this place. We have been bringing our cars for years. They are always super friendly and honest. They go above and beyond. Had a check engine light on my car, they ran some diagnostics and found that what the computer was saying didnt match what was happening with the car. They reset the computer at no charge. Now our kids bring their cars here and we will continue to refer Grease Monkey.

I went in for a simple oil change. The service was fast the people was nice. But my car started leaking oil right when I left I went back and asked do you see any leaks? I was told no. I went to work came out and all my oil was on the ground so I took it back only for them to tell me it was a head gasket blown. k took it yo Javiers across the street and nope nothing was wrong with the gasket. they simply DID NOT PUT MY OIL FILTER back where it was it was so loose that I was able to remove the part with no tools THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED they purposely make something wrong with your Insta lubes car and make it to be your fault. Whats not to love? These guys go above and beyond. I am serious! As a single gown I dont have a guy I can ask car questions too... So I have a bunch of guys I can ask questions too! And they take care of a lot of my friends and my clients.

I went in thinking I had a quick fix to find out it was a little more than a quick fix but they were able to get the job done and a timely manner and they did not charge an arm and a leg like most companies would. My Truck has a Brake line leak. Called and they told me to come down and have it diagnosed. Was told on the phone I can come anytime for the diagnosis but would have to setup an appointment for repairs. I leave work early because this is an urgent issue. I showed up to the store and waited a few minutes after getting checked in. Truck is still outside. Guy comes back and tells me I have to come back with an appointment. So, I leave, call the store back. They told me they saw the leak while my truck was outside (even though no one actually directly looked at it) and I setup an appointment for the next day thinking it will get repaired. I show up the next day. Drive into the store. Lady gets my information but then I am told I have to leave the store and go to the car wash next door...Anyway I do that and a guy (nice guy, no issues with him at all) actually looks at the truck with a light and says they cant make the repair because the brake line is by a gas tank. I am told to go to a place like Tires Plus where they actually have the right equipment to do the job. Anyway, the people here are nice. What is wrong is how they handled my issue. Completely unprofessional and wasted my time. I lost a few hours of wages the day I left work thinking they could help me solve my urgent brake system issue. Again, nothing wrong with the people that work here but, you can bet I will never ever be using Grease Monkey for any service whatsoever.

The manager Lucas couldnt figure out how to use his own computer. Was very rude and not helpful. Im not sure how you become a manager and not know how to even use your own operating system. I shouldnt be able to talk your employees through the steps needed to help a customer. Furthermore when he couldnt figure out how to do his job he hangs up on you. If this is the level of quality you get on the phone I cant imagine the quality of service they provide on the vehicles. Stay away from this second rate hack shop.

Our car broke down on the interstate and we had to get it towed into a town that could have it taken care of the first place we visited was booked solid and recommend this place and I am glad that they did!!! We had a big problem and our car was done within a hour and they topped off all our fluids and our car now drives totally different and is so quite! I cant recommend them enough it is worth any wait and everyone we talked to was friendly and did a wonderful job! I am so happy we wound up here it could have been so much worse! I was concerned about getting in to get an oil change at my dealership where I usually go because they have to get in my car and drive it to the bay. My dad suggested I use Grease Monkey as they have a good reputation. They lived up to my expectations! I was able to pull up and get right in and no one had to get in my car. I went about 11:15 on a Thursday morning and I did not have to wait. The staff was all very very friendly and knowledgeable and professional! some were even wearing masks to protect themselves and their customers. You can tell they care about what they do because I did get a little bit of a lecture about how long it had been since Ive gotten my last oil change :-) It was a caring one and not rude by any means :-) I was not even there 15 minutes. I will say this though-the price was quite a bit more than what I pay at my dealership (almost double). I wasnt expecting that but it was worth it for the convenience and the good service! Thank you everyone!

I visited Grease Monkey on 5/28/20 for a regular oil change and to have a tire that kept losing air looked at. I am very impressed with the service I received and with this business’s response to the Covid19 pandemic. The precautions and service changes this location has put in place make it clear that, as a business, they value the health and safety of their employees, customers and the general public above everything else. The manager Keith worked on my car and was so incredibly nice and professional. He let me know exactly what was going to happen during the oil change and repaired my tire after removing a nail. I actually really enjoyed being able to stay in my vehicle and watch the whole process. I have been going to this location for the last few years and have always received great service. I’ve never felt like I’m being sold service I don’t need or being talked down to because I’m a woman. I will be a lifelong customer and will recommend Grease Monkey to everyone!

Its Saturday and the store closes in 10 minutes, but I still call. Keith Papst Sr. comes out to my location, jumps my truck, follows me back to Grease Monkey, and changes my battery-all the while being friendly, professional, and positive. Keith Papst Sr., worked past closing time on a Saturday to help me! There is no monetary value for human relationships, which is why I will always bring my truck to Grease Monkey! You should too!!

The guys who work on your vehicle are thoughtful and helpful, and even though I am female, they have never talked to me as though I was too dumb to understand. I also get the sense that they realize youre anxious about your transportation, and they go above & beyond for you. I feel my vehicle is safe when I leave there. I highly recommend this location!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They don’t try to nickel and dime you but do honest work and provide quick service (all oil changes are guaranteed in under 20 minutes or they will give you a discount). Give free top offs on fluids including oil in between oil changes which is really nice. Today I had to wait longer because they accidentally let a car in before mine that got there after me so they gave me 33% off my oil change which was very considerate of them. Just an example of how kind and thoughtful they are there.

The guys were nice. They were quick but the guy in the hole needs to be taught his job before left alone. He took off a few skid plates that didnt need removed and when I got home, they were all loose. The kid had no idea what he was doing, just started pulling stuff off without asking. And didnt tighten everything back up.
