I had the opportunity to work with Monica & not only did she read me like a BOOK (in the very best way)- but she made me feel so comfortable.I got to see an awesome variety of dresses! Some surprises that I never would have expected to love, and so many that were even better than what I envisioned! Monica was incredibly patient, informative, and offered the perfect balance of insight & support when I had indecisive moments. I felt so supported, but never-ever pressured. The entire experience I felt so valued & tended to- like my consultant truly listened to what I liked, didnt like, and what I wanted in a dress. Each dress was like a puzzle piece, and she pieced all my favorite parts together perfectly to help me find the one.From the best purchase ever, to picking up the dress, alteration recommendations, wedding week hype & love, and following up with care- Ready or Knot is an incredible boutique with a team of amazing consultants, an epic dress selection, and the BEST customer service. All in all, I am SO thankful and happy I had the privilege of working with Ready or Knot for all my wedding dress needs!

My mom and I happened to notice the shop when we were out and they were able to get us in last second to look for my bridesmaid dress. They picked a few popular styles and I only had to try on two to find the right one! They had a wedding dress on the mannequin by us and I couldn’t stop staring at it. Even though I wasn’t planning to look for my own wedding dress yet, they let me try it on. It was perfect! First and last wedding dress I’ll ever try on. They even saved it in their system so that I can call back to order when I’m ready. Taylor was so nice and helpful!

I do not have enough good things to say about Ready or Knot. Jocelyn was so helpful - not only finding my dream dress but also with little details. They are well connected and have great suggestions for anything from hair/makeup to invitations. She was also able to give me good advice about potential awkward family situations and how to find a work around so it wouldnt become an issue. What I am most thankful for is obviously my beautiful dream dress but also the advice she gave me about having a first look with my dad. It was such an amazing experience and the pictures are priceless.

I got my dream dress from here today! The ladies here are absolutely top notch in customer service!! They were able to squeeze me in today due to a huge mishap with my dress at David’s bridal. When I called today they immediately said they would get me in as soon as possible and they asked me what size I am, what style dress I like, and had me send some sample pictures.. They had multiple dresses picked out for me when I got there and I immediately fell in love with the very first one I tried on!! I still tried on all of the other gorgeous dresses they had picked out but the first one was definitely my dream dress!! Have you ever wanted to be the muse who inspires a great piece of art-- bridal or otherwise? Or maybe you have wanted to be someones vision in white? I have, and if you have, too, then Ready or Knot is where youll make that bride desire come to life. After I got engaged October 2019, I made 3 dress shopping appointments in search for my dream dress. I asked my MOH to fly in for only one of the 3 appointments-- the last one. My MOH panicked and worried Id find the dress at one of the first 2 boutiques, but I assured her that my heart knew that my dress was at Ready or Knot-- women, our intuition never leads us astray. When I met my now husband Dan and discovered that I wanted to marry him, I knew Id want to do so in a Pronovias gown. I saved up for the dress for years so that I could get whatever I wanted no matter the price... & so I found my Pronovias dress at Ready or Knot all thanks to Jocelyn. I came with an idea in mind and she, perceptive as she is with years of experience, knew exactly what to present to me. Jocelyn brought out gown after gown that accentuated all of the best features of my body. I was skeptical that Id have the this is it moment when I found my dress, but when I tried on the Pronovias Aegir gown-- a dress with a mermaid cut, sweetheart neck line, and combination of Chantilly and French Alencon dress-- I was awe struck. I didnt full on cry, but I felt beautiful, like an angel. From that moment onward, every time I put on that dress, I found no fault in me. Jocelyn made that happen for me and I am forever grateful for her-- her advices, her kindness, her support, and for making me feel like the prettiest bride. She is so personable and knowledgeable-- I want more of my friends to get married in Omaha so that I can take them to Ready or Knot to find their perfect dress! I want them to experience the exuberant joy that comes with having a fun and successful wedding dress shopping experience. I truly cannot recommend Ready or Knot enough! I was so indecisive about what I wanted for a dress, and they were patient, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about every dress and option I had. They were mindful of my budget, and were so helpful in helping me understand how to care for my dress, where to get alterations, etc. They were great hype women while still giving helpful feedback when asked about different dresses. Ready or Knot was one of several bridal boutiques I visited before making an appointment to try on dresses. I ended up going alone to this appointment, hesitantly but was surprised at how much better it actually was without all of the opinions!! Jocelyn is so personable and picked out a dress I wouldnt have chosen myself. She met my tight timeline for a destination wedding and had an upbeat attitude about getting the perfect dress in time. The dress was AMAZING!! Her alterations gal is amazing too. I continue to get compliments on the dress and recommend Ready or Knot any chance I can!

Jocelyn was AMAZING to work with! I had went to another bridal store before and tried on at least 10 dresses but didn’t feel like any of them were “perfect.” When I explained what I wanted to Jocelyn she pulled 3 dresses and I honestly had a hard time choosing between two of them, they were both perfect and fit exactly what I was looking for. This place made me feel like such a bride! It was such a nice experience from beginning to end. I was the only customer in the store at the time of my appointment and she had a nice selection of dresses pulled for me that were all lovely. They made me feel very confident and special in my dress and provided a great alterations place at the end for those final fittings. The store is beautiful too with their large windows. I had a phenomenal experience at Ready or Knot! Jocelyn and her team were a tremendous help throughout the entire process. I showed Jocelyn pictures of what type of dress I had in mind and she pulled literally the most perfect dress, not to mention, the salon is gorgeous and you feel like a princess trying on dresses. A few weeks before my appointment Jocelyn had emailed me asking for inspiration pictures so that she had an idea of what my vision was. When I showed up to my appointment she had dresses already picked out for me to try on. We ended up taking ideas from a few dresses I tried on to create my dream wedding dress. I was the only customer in the store at the time so I felt like all the focus was on me and making sure that I found the perfect dress. They genuinely care for each bride that walks in their door and this shows in every step of the process. From finding my dress, to all of my accessories, and now doing the same for my best friend, every time I walk in their door they instantly recognize me. They truly make you feel like the most important person in the room. The shop is clean, laid out well, and they have a great selection of different styles and price points to meet every brides needs. I had a wonderful experience at Ready or Knot. I had no idea what I wanted going in, so Jocelyn asked my mom and my sisters to describe my style in three words. I ended up buying the first dress she had me try on after that. She also helped me find a seamstress in my area for my alterations (I live in North Carolina) and worked with her to ship my dress directly to the shop so I didnt have to worry about signing for it.

I was so happy with the service and the beautiful dress and accessories that I got from Ready or Knot Wedding Chic! I live 3 hours away in Kansas City but the dress options and the amazing service from Monica and Jocelyn made the drive completely worth it. Monica made sure that all of my appointments were to my convenience and she even suggested the dress that I ultimately ended up buying and loving! She had a great eye for what dress would be flattering for me and listened to everything I was dreaming of for my big day. I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful ladies that helped me achieve exactly what I pictured for my wedding day!

What amazing service!! Jocelyn truly runs an amazing business. From start to finish I felt like a princess and was treated so amazingly. I had been to a couple other bridal salons and never felt more relaxed and at ease as I did here. The first dress Jocelyn pulled for me was the one- they know what they are doing when helping brides select their dress. I am beyond thrilled with how my dress and veil turned out and would recommend any bride looking for a stress-free fairytale experience to come here!

I worked with Jocelyn. She was amazing. Helped me pick out the perfect gown! She understood immediately what I hoped to look like. The whole experience was amazing! And she communicated with me via email to remind me to get alterations done and suggested a wonderful woman to do them!

Do not go to this place, they will ask to see pictures of dresses youve tried on at other stores and pull dresses that are so similar. If you just go in telling them what you like they will still insist to see other stores dresses on you and not actually go off of what you are telling them. They did not offer to let us look around at dresses. I tried to steer the appointment into a fresh slate by telling her what I liked and showed her pictures from their website but still was pushy on seeing other stores dresses on me just so she could pull similar dresses. After I would change I would walk out to show my mother and sister and the gal helping me would walk away, go do other things, or go help other customers and not really interact much with me. Poor service, and really regret my time spent here.

Jocelyn was amazing to work with and helped me find exactly what I was trying to achieve. I am very tall, and honestly, sort of picky. I had a hard time finding a dress that would fit me that I loved. She helped me create the dream dress with separates and helped me order in items that were not in store. She is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and her store!

I had an amazing experience. Jocelyn is the sweetest. I loved the dress selections they had as well. Ultimately, I did not buy my dress here but I highly recommend this place for all brides. Its the cutest boutique and they have a wide variety of selections.

On dress shopping day for the bride, the bridesmaids decided to add a couple appointments to the trip so we called Ready or Not. we asked for an appointment, set a time, then were asked what the budget was. $900 was ideal. We were told that they would TRY to be courteous. EXCUSE ME? We were not READY for the rude snotty attitude and we decided then and there NOT to buy anything from there. We still arrived at the appointed time and the same woman asked us the same questions 3 times as if she didnt care to actually listen. The Bride nearly in tears from the attitude received, I asked if she was ready to go, and we left. Avoid this place. If she found a dress for $2,000+ that she loved, her fiance would have made sure she got it. He bought her a vehicle for Christmas, and spoils everyone he loves. Shame on you, Ready or Not. I think youre not ready to stay in business.

I bought my wedding dress from Ready or Knot recently and could not have asked for a better experience! With the help of this amazing staff I left with my dream dress! Not only was I amazed at how helpful everyone was, they took time to ask about my wedding and the details to help pull dresses that would fit my vision. A few weeks after leaving with my dress I received a personal hand written postcard in the mail from the staff about my visit, the postcard also thanked me for choosing them to help me find my dream dress. I felt like Ready or Knot really went above and beyond to make me experience one I will remember for a lifetime, and I would recommend them to any bride looking for her dream dress!

This place is amazing! Its a super cute little shop. I showed up without an appointment, just to look around, and happened to find the perfect skirt for my casual backyard wedding. The ladies working there were super busy, but took the time to help me try some things on and show me some different items, even though I didnt have an appointment! Thank you for such an awesome experience, especially since I was not super excited about finding something to wear for my wedding!

Went to ready or knot for my first bridal shopping. I had my mother and best friend both come from out of town. We came in and talked to our consultant who asked me what dress I was thinking of and then asked to see my Pinterest board. I told her Im sorry I dont have a board because Im really not quite sure of the dress I want. She seemed so upset with me and couldnt believe that I didnt have a Pinterest board. She pulled out three dresses and when I indicated that I did not like the style, she told me that I had to try on the other two anyway. I tried to act nice because I was so nervous for my appointment and wasnt sure what to expect. I also set my budget at the beginning. Throughout the appointment my mother and I began to pick out dresses that I should try on. Our consultant, stopped us dead in our tracks and told us That is SOOO over your budget. We tried to indicate that our budget didnt really matter, but she ignored us and continued to pull dresses that I had said I was not interested in. The rest of the appointment our consultant rushed conversations with me and my mother, told me I couldnt afford every dress I pulled and rolled her eyes at me frequently. To be quite honest, having this be my first bridal experience, I was crushed.********* Post Edit: I was personally contacted by the store apologizing for my negative experience at their store. I do think it says a lot when a business can go out of their way to make amends. I really appreciated their professionalism and curtsey. Thank you!

Bridal Fashion at its Finest!!!! On a whim I walked into Ready or Knot to check out one last store, thinking I had already found my gown. It didnt take long to see that there was something different about the gowns at Ready or Knot. High quality fabrics, unique designs, modern yet elegant styles for the bride looking to wow her future husband and guests.Jocelyn, the owner of the stores, takes personal attention to another level. She was intricately involved in nearly the entire process of wedding planning. She went far beyond her role as a wedding shop owner, helping one of my bridesmaids in St Louis find a tailor for her bridesmaids dress after losing all of her baby weight. She was eager to help make my wedding dreams a reality with genuine enthusiasm. She offered a clutch recommendation for a hair stylist in a time of desperate need (Kirby with Kontempo) delivered the most amazing hair design to complement my gown.Now lets get to the gown itself. I purchased the Neela gown by Kelly Faetanini which is made out of mikado fabric (a very difficult fabric to alter) but stunning in its simplistic modern and unique style. One of the most memorable moments walking down the aisle came from a gasp in the crowd followed by OMG that gown!!!! I still dont know who uttered those words, but I will forever cherish that moment.If youre looking for a place that offers New York style bridal fashion, with jaw dropping gowns in Omaha, then this is the place for you. Not only does it offer a high end experience (with gowns under $5,000), but you get an owner and support staff that are eager and willing to customize your experience with a smile. I highly recommend Ready or Knot Wedding Chic in Rockbrook Plaza and is worth a drive if youre not from the area.
