Shopping at Arc Bridal Omaha was one of my personal favorite wedding experiences! Megan is such a kind and honest business owner. Megan believes in the store she has curated and made me feel no pressure to buy from her. She had the confidence to let me make my own choices, and her vision for her store helped my vision for my wedding come alive. I felt free to explore options, with Megan helping answer all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and customizing options. Not to mention, she also has great relationships with the designers themselves, which helped give me peace of mind that I was working with the best bridal team.Speaking of designers, each of the dresses in Arc Bridal is made-to-order and customizable. I felt so special knowing that I was selecting a gown that would be made just for me, and not just shipped in from a factory. My experience at Arc Bridal was not welcoming or positive.I was looking for a wedding dress, and they only had one rack of dresses. This was disappointing because they have so many cute dresses on their instagram. The other rack was sold as is. I was only able to find 5 dresses I liked out of the rack. The staff member was not welcoming which made for an awkward and negative experience for me and my mom.Edit: the owner reached out and wanted to hear about the situation. I appreciated this extra effort to make sure I had a better experience.

I was feeling so overwhelmed by the idea of dress shopping and absolutely disheartened after trying on dresses that were really falling short of my expectations and vision....until I found Arc Bridal. Megan made the entire process enjoyable and stress free, even after I changed the design (added fabric, raised hem lines, and lined parts of the dress). If you are looking for dresses that are stylish, yet feminine- look no further! I could not recommend it more and I cant wait to wear my dress in August!!

Not only does Arc carry the most exquisite dresses of any wedding boutique I visited, but it also offers gorgeous, heirloom-quality accessories that can’t be found anywhere else in Omaha. The French-lace veil that I got from Arc is a true treasure—it was handsewn in the United States and feels like it was spun out of air.The service at Arc is also out-of-this world. The owner, Megan, worked with me over the course of several weeks to ensure that every part of my wedding day – from my dress, to the veil, to hairpins – was exactly how I wanted it. She is an angel! So kind, thoughtful, incredibly patient, and an absolute expert in her profession (she knew more about weddings than most of the wedding planners I spoke with).I feel so blessed to have found Arc Bridal and Megan. Megan provided me with the absolute best experience wedding dress shopping and made me feel like the most important person in the room. One on one appointments allows you to have the shop to you and your guests, and no distractions around. Oh. My. Gosh. What an incredible bridal shop!!! From the moment we walked through the doors, my mom and I were SO excited to be there. Everything from the layout of the store (a viewing couch placed in front of a dressing room with a big circular curtain for each dress to be revealed), to the quality and uniqueness of dresses, to the amazing support offered by Megan, we were in LOVE! If it came down to it, I could wear any of the dresses in that shop and be the happiest bride. The quality is unparalleled and all of the dresses are handmade to order by the designers which feels so special and intimate. I have narrowed my decision down to three dresses and cant wait to return and pick the final one. I cant recommend this place enough!!!!!!! Yall made my heart so happy!

Arc was the first bridal boutique I went to and Megan set the standard high. I was alone for the first portion of my appointment and Megan made me feel important, and listened to my concerns and ‘must haves’ in a dream dress. Throughout all of the dresses I tried on, she offered feedback I don’t think any of my greatest friends could have just out of fear of hurting my feelings. Overall, Megan ended up making not just one, but three substantial customizations to my dress and I have zero doubts my dress will be nothing short of perfect. I have already recommended a few of my friends to make Arc high on their list!

Arc Bridal was an amazing experience for me! At other stores, there were multiple brides that my consultant was working with at once, or I had to share space with another bride, or things seemed rushed so that they could fit in the next appointment. But Megan dedicated all of her attention to me and made me feel like the only bride in the world. Beyond that, the store is an incredible atmosphere and beautifully decorated and the dresses are so unique and gorgeous. There is definitely something for every brides style!

After visiting 4 different bridal salons, our experience at Arc Bridal with Megan was by far the best! Megan is absolutely one of the sweetest people I now know. When I came in for my first ever bridal appointment, she pulled dresses for me, and the first one she had me try on was the one I ended up buying yesterday! This was such a fantastic experience! The level of knowledge Megan had and the wide variety of options/customability of the dresses was so impressive. The selection was also unique, and the environment created by Megan in spite of covid was extremely comfortable. She made me feel so comfortable & put absolutely no pressure on me. Megan let me enjoy the experience and also let me take my time deciding about the dresses. (I felt other bridal salons put unnecessary pressure on me as the bride in various ways, which took away from my experience & stressed me out about a decision.)My previous appointments at other bridal salons were stressful, but Arc Bridal was SO RELAXING. My experience here was great! The boutique is beautiful. Megan and her assistant made me feel very welcome - they listened to my thoughts and contacted the designer to help me ask a few questions about a particular dress. I had been to other boutiques that were not nearly as welcoming as this one. It was an easy, fun experience.

I had the best experience at Arc Bridal. I went to most of the other bridal shops around the Omaha/Lincoln area, but nothing compared to Arc. It was a breath of fresh air. Although there was less of a selection (quantity), I actually tried on the most dresses at Arc compared to anywhere else. Its because the pieces Megan chooses are all one of a kind. It was also a more personalized, comfortable experience all around. This is the place for the fashion-forward, down-to-earth, classy bride. Highly recommend.
