My mother in laws sister had told me about this bridal shop. I had never heard of them before. My budget was lower in nature and the assistant did a great job of providing me with gowns that were in my price range. She also paired veils with the gowns to give me a better idea of what it would look like. Although I did not purchase a gown from Suburban Bridal, I would definitely recommend this place if you want an elegant gown and not break the bank. Well worth the drive from Lincoln to go check out!! Jackie was who helped me out and appreciated her assistance and feedback when I or family members had questions about dress/other related questions.

This was honestly the best dress shopping experience Ive ever had. The ladies that helped me were super sweet and they werent all about the sale, they were about making sure I was happy with my choice. They not only made sure I was comfortable but made sure I felt beautiful. They gave life advice and marriage advice along with dress advice.. they were so sweet and they made me feel like I was family. We ordered my dress and she called me to update me on the order and she hand wrote me a thank you note and mailed it to me which meant so much more than what corporations send out. It was personalized to me and my future husband and I will never recommend anyone more than I recommend these ladies. They were top notch! Everyone that came with me felt the same and couldnt stop raving about the experience!

I had just an amazing experience here. I will say I was quite nervous to try on dresses but the ladies here took great care to find just absolutely stunning dresses. Kim and Mary Lou were just the best in finding dresses that fit what I wanted and dress after dress looked and felt just amazing. The quality of the dresses was far superior to some other places which made all the difference in look and feel. So happy to have my dress coming from this wonderful place. From a logistics standpoint they have probably 20-30 gowns in mannequins and you can go around and tell them what you like and dislike. They then have pretty much a warehouse in back that they then also pull from. I super appreciated that because I am not the person that wants to look through the all the dresses. I enjoyed they did that for me! And they found the perfect one. Thanks again to these wonderful ladies.

Even when I didnt like a dress (which I felt bad saying bc she designed it), shed laugh and say well then what are we waiting for, lets try on the next one! Went wedding dress shopping with my best friend. They were amazing, I really liked how they did not use clamps if the dress was too big they used pins, so you could really see the whole dress! My friend was very happy with her pick. The owner actually helped us that day and was very friendly as well!

So disappointed in the appointment. The dresses were all very small (size 3-5) so very hard to get a good feeling of what the dress would be like. The lady brought us the exact opposite of what we were looking for. Gave 1 star because the owner who is who helped us was really nice even though she wasnt showing us dresses we wanted. Also had another appointment going on and there was no separation or privacy between the appointments

This place is truly a gem! Extremely beautiful dresses at a reasonable price. I did not feel rushed or like I was just a sale. I was not expected to know what I wanted when I showed up (or submit pictures). I did not have to fill out a long survey/questionnaire. I just set a date and time and showed up! They are extremely accommodating and really make the dress buying experience fun and personal. I will be recommending them to every bride I know!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the people at this bridal shop. My mom came to visit me one weekend from Wyoming and, as we were looking at other shops, I felt like I was simply a customer; I was just another number or appointment to them.We randomly looked up bridal shops in Omaha on Google Maps and thankfully stumbled upon Suburban Bridal. From the moment I walked in and began trying on dresses Jacque made me feel so, so special. When I first walked in, she had me take a look at the different dresses on display and asked me what I liked and didnt like about each dress. She went to the back and found a bunch of dresses in my style and she ended up helping me find my dream gown.A week later when I went with my sisters to show them my top three gowns, their jaws dropped when they saw THAT dress; I felt like a princess. My dress experience felt like one I could only dream of. All of the women who worked there, including the owner Mary Lou, were helping me pick out my veil and taking into account exactly what I loved about each one.I truly felt so, so special from the moment I walked into this store to the very moment that I said, Yes to THE dress! I will post another review with the shipping and alterations process but I have absolutely NO DOUBT in my mind that the review will be positive as well.I could not recommend this place enough; get your dress from here! I shopped with Jacque for my wedding dress. She was absolutely AMAZING! She knew what would look great on me and helped find my dream dress! It was the first shop I went to and I said yes to the dress! They were so positive, excited to help me, and patient with me being my usual indecisive and picky self. I was hesitant to go here due to the negative reviews but I decided to find out for myself. Upon entering we were met by both owners and designers. I showed them what I liked and they pulled a ton of messes for me to try on and I found The One on number 5! I got very personal attention the whole time and my experience was nothing but spectacular!

We recently purchased my daughters dream dress here! The service and the way we were treated was over the top!!!!! VERY friendly and took the time we needed. We were not rushed and it was incredible. After walking out on my first appt due to absolutely horrible customer service, my mom and I decided to try Suburban before we went to another appt. I am so glad we did. They welcomed us with open arms without an appt. This is what every bride wants to experience when looking for their dress. They were so sweet from start to finish. I walked in there with very little idea of what I wanted and they immediately just started pulling some things based on some of the questions they asked me about myself. I had the most incredible experience at Suburban Bridal. From the moment my family and I walked in the door, we felt welcomed and valued. To begin my experience, Mary Lou asked me a few questions about my style. From there, she expertly choose a few dresses that she knew would flatter my body and match my personality. I immediately fell in love with the first dress Mary Lou put me in. I had tried in many dresses at other stores, but this dress was unlike anything else. Mary Lou explained that she designed the it, and that’s when I knew that was my dress. It was unlike anything one would see in any other bridal store! Mary Lou also found a matching hair piece and veil that’s were absolutely perfect! Mary Lou was so great throughout the whole experience, and I feel so honored that I will wear one of her dresses on my wedding day.

I seen a lot of bad reviews about Suburban Bridal but we needed to go to see what they had available for my sister. The website was not working to make an appointment so my mom sent an email to try to schedule an appointment and no response. So my mom called the morning of and they told her that we could not come that day, they had two appointments and only two dressing rooms. On their recording they say they take walk-ins on certain days but that wasnt true! The girl wasnt very helpful so we were going to just not go but my mom wanted to make sure that they did not have a dress for my sister so she called and scheduled an appointment on Sunday at 12. The lady on the phone was nice. Got to the shop and sat there in parking lot and wasnt sure if they were going to open cus it was dark inside the store and showed no life! the lights finally turn on right at noon and they open the door a little after. Not to mention they moved and were very hard to find!!! We had a 2 hour appointment and were done in 15 minutes!! what a waste of time! There system is really bad! They have a few dresses on mannequins when you come in but all the dresses are in the back and you cannot see them. You have to explain and show pictures to the girl to give her an idea of what you like and then she pulls dresses from the back. Everything she was pulling was way off and I knew my sister was not going to like them. She tried on 3 dresses and the lady said she didnt have anything else. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, is what my mom said to her. We were just shocked. We left there and went to Davids Bridal with no appointment!

I had a very specific image of what I wanted my wedding dress to look like. However, I couldnt find a dress anywhere that fit my dream dress idea. Suburban bridal helped me select a gorgeous gown, and Renee crafted it into exactly what I wanted. I received so many compliments on my unique and elegant gown and was ecstatic with the end result. I gave this place a one star only because you can’t give it a zero. I’m a bridesmaid and I went with my bride who was so excited about finding a dress. 5 minutes into the session her smile is gone after the girls not even listening to her wants and needs. She tried on 5 dresses in 20 minutes and we left because they were nothing close to what she wanted. The girl kept making comments about how they don’t have a bigger size for her or it was out of her price range. We were very displeased and will not recommend any bride to be to go there. They made mine leave the place crying because she felt so bad.

When we walked in the lady was super rude. Kept making comments like we dont have a larger size and this is out of your price range overall was just a terrible experience. The bride was not impressed at all and the people working didnt seem to care. The lady didnt listen to what the bride wanted to try on. The bride felt so awful about her self because of the comments that were made.

I happened to be at the Suburban Bridal a few weeks back in February, visiting from out of town. I was there looking for a prom dress for my youngest daughter. I found the staff most helpful and knowledgeable. The staff member working with us went out of her way to find a dress that my daughter wanted and also found additional dresses for my daughter to try on. There was a huge selection and even though the store was busy, all staff were helpful. I enjoyed the personal attention.

So far so good. Im still in the process of having my dress made, but its been ordered and Ive received a message that my veil has been finished! So thats good. Im expectant that Ill receive the dress that I ordered and wanted, with no issues, and get it fitted to my size just fine. The staff have been helpful and nice. Mary Lou was knowledgeable and picked dresses that suited my height and measurements so that the dresses I tried on looked good. She even let me try on a few poufy ball gowns, for comparison, so I could see why the dresses I ended up loving suited me best.I know a lot of complaints have been about staff and the finished product and right now I can only truly speak to one, but Im hopeful that everything will be fine in the end. Will update once I receive my dress! I just wanted to encourage people to give Suburban Bridal a shot, they do have a large inventory! Just make an appointment if you go on a Saturday or Sunday, and its around prom/wedding/homecoming season. :-)

Incredible! Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews. This place has beautiful dresses. I went in to find a pageant and prom dress, and they had a great selection. I tried on maybe 15 dresses and was helped the entire time. The customer service is absolutely amazing here, everyone is very very helpful and sweet.

Coming to Suburban Bridal was one of the best decisions I made when it came to our wedding! The staff was friendly and made trying on dresses with my girls so fun. When I had picked out The Dress the alterations staff was able to expertly alter the dress to my body so it fit me like a glove! They were easy to work with and made sure that I got exactly what I had asked for. Everyone said the dress was stunning, and my husband loved it which made it all the better!

We walked in yesterday and was greeted by Courtney I believe. She was very friendly, smiles and made eye contact. From the moment we walked in the door she made it all bout the bride and her ladies. She was very helpful in finding dresses and different styles also in finding the colors that the bride wanted for the other dresses. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for wedding or any occasion dresses.

My experience at this store was amaizing! I tried four stores before this one and I can say that the atmosphere, quality, and price of dresses cannot be beat! The store keep their dresses in excellent condition so that you can buy a sale dress that does not have rips and tears. It made wedding dress shopping into the experience I was searching for.

I went in looking for a specific wedding dress and at first they said they didnt have the dress but showed me similar styles. As I tried on six different dresses they ended up finding the dress I originally came in for! I was so excited and said yes to the dress! The customer service has been wonderful through the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at Suburban Bridal was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and courteous.I went to suburban bridal for my wedding dress. One of my bridesmaids made the appt for me to just go in to look at and try on dresses so I could get a feel for what I would like. I had probably tried on about 7-8 dresses then my mom had the assistant helping pull a dress that was on display and the next thing I knew I was buying this absolutely beautiful beaded ballgown! It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend going there to anyone!

I have personally bought two gowns from Suburban Bridal and I could not have been more pleased with my experiences. Mary Lou and her staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Paige helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Being a larger bride, finding the right gown was certainly a challenge. She helped me identify gowns that would be flattering and truly listened to my wants/needs/ideas in regards to my gown. I have recommended Suburban to several family members and friends over the years and will continue to do so. I was just like any other bride to be...excited to try on wedding dresses to find the ONE and all 5 of my bridesmaids gowns. Upon enetering the bridal store my eyes were set on THE ONE. I was told “that is a very expensive dress and we prefer only serious buyers try that dress on.” Broke my heart to hear the two young sales ladies say that to me. Needless to say i had to walk away from purchasing it at Suburban Bridal. I still ended up with the same dress and was so pleased when it was delivered to me!! Other bridal galleries will go out of their way to ensure you have the best shopping experience.

Found my wedding dress here! Everyone was very nice, owner is so sweet and kind! Reasonable prices and my alterations were done perfectly and on time! You do have to go in a few times for alterations to make sure theyre perfect. I do recommend you have an appointment as they are very busy :)

Ask for Gina! I have not bought my dress here yet (found one I love, but want to check one more place), but I had such a great experience with Gina that I wanted to leave a review for everyone to ask for her! Suburban Bridal has a pretty decent collect with a wide array of prices. I told Gina my price range was $500 and she instantly lead me to the exact places of the dresses under, at, and near my price range. She even knew all the different ways I could order those dresses in (color, material, size, corset/button/zipper back, etc) I really do believe I will be going back to get my dress at Suburban Bridal. And I will definitely ask for Gina!

Dress selection was fine. Pain free. You will however get screwed over in alternation price 100 at least. Be prepared. In addition, two of our three dresses seams came undone after a few hours. Only take cash for alterations so be warned. Alteration prices changed from a verbal quote of $60 then become $100. Company doesn’t care of concerns. They already got their money.

Third place my daughter has tried on wedding dresses. The young woman helping us did a great job! They were having a sale which kept us in our budget for a beautiful dress.

We came to Suburban Bridal on very short notice. Lisa and her staff were Exceptional.Just a heads up here. If your looking to act foolish, or anything, but a considerate and well mannered adult, then dont visit here.Lisa and her staff are just that. Well mannered, considerate, and will attend to your every need given that opportunity. My wife needed a formal dress for a black tie event and Lisa was able to help her pick out the perfect one. And I mean Perfect. She allowed her to try on many dresses, always attentive, but not overly so, while still keeping tabs on her other customers.Our younger daughter and her friend were with us and Lisa allowed them to try on prom dresses even though they are in middle school. She was that accommodating.Then, she took care of alterations and adjustments. We NEVER felt pressured, or unwanted in her store. In fact, We felt extremely well cared for. I will be bringing my newly engaged daughter here to try on and hopefully find her perfect wedding dress.My hats off to you Lisa and your staff for making this a most memorable experience. I had a great experience with suburban bridal. My assistant was helpful and my dress was beautiful!At our wedding I got so many complaints on such a beautiful dress.The only reason I gave 3 instead of 5 stars is the tailor they suggested. The one they work with and swear by. PROBLEMS PROBLEMS. She didnt cut my frays, my bust was to big even after two fittings, and my bustle wouldnt stay at all. My dress got stepped on all night. That was so disappointing!

We came here shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We had a great experience and we found the dress. Makayla helped us and she was great, great customer service, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Suburban bridals.

Christine spent over an hour and a half with me and didnt make me feel rushed. The other consultant and her were very cognizant of my budget and didnt even bring out any that were in the higher end of my budget of $1,000-$1,500. These gowns were all gorgeous with handmade lace at very reasonable prices. I left my consultation without a dress, but had one I was on the fence about. I went to two more salons that day and gave them a call close to closing time asking if I could try it on once more. They had it pulled and ready to go when I arrived. All I needed was to try it on again and I knew it was mine. I would highly recommend Suburban Bridal to anyone in the search for a wedding dress. My future sister-in-law found her wedding dress here too.

I had a very positive experience at Suburban Bridal. I made an appointment to go and look at wedding dresses. They were my second stop and I didnt find any dresses at my first stop. I tried on probably 10 dresses and was absolutely in love with about 6 of them! I had Maryam assisting and she was very helpful. I said yes to the dress that day! Since then they called me right when my dress came in and I was able to go in and try my dress on. Very good experiences this far!

If I could give a lower rating I would. They ruined my dress and my bridal experience. They insisted that they had done nothing wrong with my dress and that I had gained an extra 3 inches in three weeks. I took it to another seamstress who proved that it had been taken in by over three inches and cut. When I called to talk to the owner she said that I just gained water weight and that it was all my fault.

We found the most amazing homecoming dress for my daughter. Alterations were expertly done and completed on schedule. A little pricey overall, but well worth it.

I read all of the bad reviews on here but they were the only store in town that carried a designer that I was looking for so I tried them anyways. I had a VERY positive experience, the girls helping me were all very helpful and sweet. I found my dress here and I got a GREAT deal on it. I highly recommend Suburban Bridals, it took 3 different trips to Suburban for me to make my decision and I had a positive experience every time.

I made an appointment at Suburban for an afternoon during the week. When I arrived, I was asked to wait. I waited for 15 minutes just for someone to come help me at all. When someone finally was able to help me, they pointed out the dresses available for me. The dresses available were limited and odd. We had no staff member to help us, so we started pulling dresses ourselves. We found three. I had to wait, yet again, for a room to try the dresses on. When I did get into a room, there was no assistance from any staff as to getting in the dresses, pinning them so I could see how they would fit, or any input at all. I left immediately and purchased my dream dress at a dress salon that was fabulous. I took the time to make an appointment and as I said, I went during the week, in the middle of the day so it wasnt even a busy time and spent more time waiting than shopping.I have also purchased a bridesmaids dress from suburban for a friends wedding. When we went, it was a great time. We found a dress, got sized, and ordered it. When we got our dresses ALL of them were too small. I understand if it was just one or two girls who had problems with their dresses, but all 5 were too small. We all spent the night being very uncomfortable and ended up bruising from the boning in the dress.All in all, Suburban has been a disappointment for me as both the bridesmaid and the bride.

Would post no stars if I could.The way the owner spoke to my fiance was incredibly unprofessional. I’ve been told that’s how she was but I did not want to base my opinion off of other people’s experiences. Unfortunately she’s lived up to their negative comments and we will not be recommending suburban bridals services to anyone else and will be sharing with the BBB how you’re conducting your business.Stay FAR away from this place if you want somewhere with good customer service.

My consultant was Courtney, and she was fantastic! She let me take a look at dresses and pull ones myself and she pulled a couple too. I said yes to the dress while she helped me! Suburban Bridal was the fourth bridal salon I shopped at and I found my dress there! Claire was great to work with. She listened to what I wanted and she wasnt pushy but pulled some options for me that I might not have picked myself that I liked more than I thought I would. She was respectful of my budget and my dress was actually under budget, which is awesome :) She gave helpful suggestions to help me decide, but I didnt feel rushed or persuaded into anything. She also let me and my 2 family members shop and pull dresses with her. I havent done any alterations yet so I cant comment on that, but the shopping/purchasing experience was easy and smooth. I feel great about my dress purchase!

The sales lady was a snatch and they pressure you into buying a dress with a $50 coupon that is only good for TODAY! It was the first place I went to try on dresses so there was no way I was buying a dress that day! Plus they dont let you take pictures so I hardly remember what the dress looked like that I tried on.

I had the best experience by far today with Jackie! I felt like I was the only person in the store. Everyone was so fun and friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable! Jackie was so patient with me while I just walked in and tried on a ton of dresses! And I said yes to the dress!

I needed to buy four evening gowns for myself and 3 daughters on a recent trip to Suburban Bridals. Having shopped there before, the manager remembered me and my daughters and was able to suggest the perfect dress for the one daughter who couldnt shop with me. The dress fit beautifully (just needed hemming) and my daughter loved the style and color. The gown I chose had limited availability and had to be cut down 3 sizes. With just one appointment, I also had a perfect fit! Thanks Suburban Bridals, for making all four of us look great for our cruise!

Customer service lacks here. A group of us went to find a dress for my daughter. As soon as we arrived, we were instructed to remove our shoes because we have girls walking around in dresses here while the sales consultant remained in her boots. And the weather was dry that day... They wouldnt allow the bride into the room to look at the dresses herself, but the consultant couldnt seem to wrap her head around what my daughter was looking for even though shed been shown several pictures. All four of the first ones she brought in looked basically the same. When it came time to try on, we were ushered to a tiny room where all of us had to sit behind a curtain that was practically on our laps while my other daughter struggled to get the bride into the dresses on the other side of the curtain. (Rather comical to say the least, but theres something wrong with this picture--you want to protect the dresses by having everyone walk around in their socks or barefoot and yet youre willing to let the bride struggle to get the dresses on???) Needless to say, we didnt stay long. Dont waste your time, its a bit of a joke.

I did my wedding dress shopping at Suburban Bridal, and I had an excellent experience! Claire was the one who helped me, and she gave my family and me great service! She was very patient and helpful.

I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my bridesmaids here for their dresses. Service in the beginning was great! Nice staff and seemed to be a friendly environment. One of my bridesmaid dresses came in wrong. (different fabric, different color - did not even come in the same color as the other bridesmaids) After finally getting the dress situation figured out (NO APOLOGIES) we were told another dress that was wrong. Third try finally was correct. After dealing with rude staff members, my bridesmaid and I had enough, so I talked to the owner who denied the problem and told me that no one is at fault! Are you kidding me! Yes, your shop is at fault! My bridesmaid still paid in full for everything.I understand that mistakes happen, I make them all the time. It is your job as the owner and your staff to own up to your mistakes and make them right. Not making the customer feel at fault and just saying sorry for the mix up.Be wise brides and bridesmaids..Enter with caution!!!!!

We came in very short notice for a wedding gown and the customer service was absolutely out-of-this world. Even though we were some of the last customers in the store, my wife was able to try on ~10 gowns and she found one that she loved at a great price. Great people, great store, and stunning designs - the perfect place for that once-in-a-lifetime occassion!

I have had wonderful experiences here. The selection is great, the store is well kept and they are staffed properly...I think any bad review left is obvious when someone is a bridezilla or gal who will not be happy no matter what. For girls who have realistic expectations and want to shop some gorgeous dresses, jewelry & accessories, Make the stop.

This was one of the last places I was going to go after being to many other bridal stores. I went to Davids Bridal and they treated me and my mother in law like dirt after they found out the price I was wanting to spend on a dress. This place not only treated me and my maid of honor with dignity but they were very patient with us trying on several dresses. They also worked with us on a the price of the dress. Their prices are reasonable and their dresses are amazingly beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel like a bride and not feel like your going shopping for a car. The person who helped me was Jacque and she was extremely helpful and patient.

I have bought 3 dresses from Suburban Bridal for all occasions. I have been very pleased with the service, selection and prices. Found my wedding dress here after I few other stores were terribly disappointing.Leys just say, I got in, without an appointment, and found a dress within 30 mins that was THE ONE. Our attendant was the older gal and man she knows her stuff. I had all my girlfriends, my mom, and my great aunt there, all picking whatever dress they wanted me in. BUT she came over with my dress, off the rack, and it ended up being the cheapest priced dress!Skip to 3 years later and my bestie needed emergency bridesmaid dresses in a specific color and wouldnt you know they would be able to get them all in time (within 2 months) and altered for the big day.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Suburban Bridal and am so excited about it! I was reluctant to visit Suburban Bridal because of the bad reviews on here, but ended up going because I was not finding anything I really loved at any of the other stores. I did not have high expectations walking in, but ended up loving so much about the experience! I had an amazing consultant who was so helpful. She was not pushy and did a great job of figuring out what I liked and suggesting other items (such as belts, veils, etc.) for me. I ended up having my top three dresses from Suburban and completely ruled out any other stores. I went back the next day, and only called 20 minutes before and they were able to get me in right away and let me work with the consutltant I previously had. On the second visit I was able to pick the dress. I am SO excited for it! Some reviews on here complain that you cant take pictures, but honestly I like it. That way, my dress can be a surprise at the wedding -- nobody can see a picture before. (Although, if you do buy the dress they let you take all the pictures you want.) Give it a shot! I went in expecting to hate the experience and the store, but left with the dress of my dreams and loving the experience.

When we first walked into Suburban Bridal we had a good feeling. The dresses were beautiful and well within budget. About half an hour in, there was a drastic change. First off, the consultant for our bride did NOT show much interest in belping out. Right off the bat she just stuck her in a room with the dresses and left. We waited a little bit just in case she went to get more dresses, supplies, etc. After 10 minutes, we gave up and our brides mom started helping her get dresses. When our consultant returned (with no supplies, dresses, etc) she acted offended that we didnt wait, even though we were 30 minutes into our appointment at this time. Our next big issue came when our consultant thought that our bride looked stunning in a dress that she clearly was not a fan of. Once our bride expressed that she wasnt a fan, our consultant lost what little interest she had and quickly got an attitude. (Another thing - most consultants save dresses that the bride is interested in so she can try them on again if need be. Our consultant put them back on the rack nearly as fast as the bride took them off.) Finally, the BIGGEST issue we had with this place was the fact that next to none of the dresses fit our bride and shes a size 6! Nearly everything was too small and most of it wouldnt even start to zip up! Overall, this is NOT a place I would recommend.

I wish I could say that it was a pleasure to do business here, but I cant. Though I found a gown I loved, the service here was pretty awful. They didnt answer any of my questions about my dress, they sent me home with the wrong size because they didnt check the tags, they misplaced my veil, and whats worse, they didnt seem to think any of this was a problem - it was laughed off!! Had I known what I know now about Suburban Bridal, I would have shopped elsewhere.

Absolutely awful company. I would never ever in a million years reccomend anyone to go here. I had so much trouble just getting my bridesmaid and mother in laws dress, which were nearly late! I got lied to multiple times by multiple people working there and when I spoke to the owner she acted as if I was overreacting about the whole thing! When speaking with her I felt as if she was trying to belittle me. When we FINALLY recieved my mother in laws dress we discovered they ordered her a size 20!!! She had to take it in 4in. on EACH side! On top of that there were OIL STAINS on her dress!! Very disappointed in my experience there. Will definitely NOT be going back! 😡

This store has different dresses which is really nice cause of course they all kinda start looking the same after awhile.My only complaints were that they didnt really have any under garments bra or slip to try on with the dresses.Staff is great and very accomidating thus why I bought my dress there. I still have to get through alterations with them but I got high hopes.

This place is AMAZING! Suburban Bridal is an absolute must visit location for any bride looking for their wedding dress! Dont even second guess it do yourself a favor and just go you! I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about these wonderful women! Seriously, these women saved my wedding!! I found this morning, three months before my wedding, that a dress I had previously bought at a different bridal store was not going to work and I needed to find a new dress. After a morning full of tears I reluctantly began my search for a new dress and I am so glad I just happened to walk in to Suburban Bridal! I was a mess and they were seriously a God send! Not only did Makayla help me find the PERFECT dress, but she did it with the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life! She was so patient, understanding, and kind to me throughout the entire process. She actually listened to my wants and concerns as well as my mom’s while I was trying on dresses. She helped me try every single dress on with a smile, she gave me great advice, and she made me feel like everything was going to be okay! I also worked with the owner Mary Lou and she is such a wonderful woman and awesome to work with! After Makayla helped me to find my dress, Mary Lou found the most beautiful veil for me to match my dress as well as talked me through the alterations I needed and reassured me they would be done in time! I cannot ever thank these two enough for turning my horrible nightmare of a morning in to the best night I have had in a long time! Thank you guys so much! :)

They were very kind and were watching out for the bride and her family! Would reccomend them to future friends with weddings.

Went Prom dress shopping. They pointed out the section, and offered no further assistance. They were not helpful. Just sat at the desk and did not offer any assistance. I tried to rehang and re-bag the dresses myself. When I asked about how it works, she did not offer to help, until I pursued it further.

Treated my daughter poorly....did not allow her to shop the store...brought what they thought would work for her and argued color choice for her gown....i believe there is a reason this place keeps relocating.

After shopping around and feeling discouraged - I found my dress in the first ten minutes after arriving. The dress would require some alterations and Makayla assured me they could make my dress perfect. She even pinned it back to show me exactly how it would look after it was altered. She really listened to what I wanted and made the day so much better! Thank you Suburban Bridal and Makayla! :-)

Had good customer service. My daughter will continue to come back to this store for her prom, and homecoming dresses. I will recomend this store to all of my friends.

Dont even step foot in the store! You will find a dress you love, no doubt about it! It but it will not come on time!! And per the owner its not late until the day after your wedding service is terrible! Biggest mistake and stressor of my wedding!! Should of listened to reviews!

Dress selection was pretty good, and the gal who helped me was fun...until we were getting ready to leave and she became pushy about ordering my dress that day. I said no, I wasnt ready to say yes. She asked why not? Because we had another appointment yet today and I didnt LOVE what I had narrowed down. She then asked to set up a follow appointment for within the next three days (I live 2 hours away). When I said I wanted to wait, she then tells me she could give me $125 off if I order within the next 3 days. Im guessing its more store practice than my particular helper, but it still didnt leave me with a good feeling about going back.
