I was just in today to find a help for a problem that ended up not being in there area of specialty. Even with this, they helped me find out what I needed to do to get everything moving smoothly and made sure I knew how to do it. These guys are awesome!

Phenomenal service. The price was fair and the service was fast considering they seemed pretty busy! We bought a new battery, one we hunted for all over town and absolutely could not find except for here. That in and of itself was enough for us to be grateful. It gets better though, we had it installed and ready to go in not 20 minutes! The dealership told us it would be two days before we could get in for a battery change, and autozone said they just couldn’t do it for us. Interstate batteries saved us! It’s about to be -15 degrees for the next couple days..we would have been out of luck without them!

The sales rep told me of an upcoming sale that would save me $6 if I came back Friday. Thanked him for that information but needed the batteries today. Very honest! I appreciated that!

Very rude service and sold me the wrong batteries. I had to purchase certain button cell batteries. I figured they would have them in stock. The older gentleman working there was very surly and rude to me when I showed him the battery I needed. He found what he told me was the exact battery that I had showed him. I felt skeptical and asked to have my original battery back. Once I compared the two batteries, I expressed concern that they didnt look the same. After he charged me $25 for the batteries I compared them outside of the package in front of him. I showed him that I was worried that they would not fit into the compartment, he became very defensive and told me they were the exact match and that he had been doing this for 25 years. I asked him if I could bring them back if they didnt fit and he said yes. Got them home, and of course they did not fit. I brought them back and he raised his tone and even doubled-down on what he had said earlier. Theyre the exact match, its all we have, etc. I asked him to take it down a notch and he said he wasnt yelling. I didnt accuse him of yelling, but his attitude was worse upon my return. The other man working there was more pleasant to work with and looked like he was going to double check to see if they had that battery, but the other guy stopped him and said that it was an exact number match and that they had no other ones like it. BTW There was not matching numbers to my battery, on the package or batteries he sold me. Got my money back and went to Wal-mart, found the exact match from a name brand AND FOR CHEAPER! I also didnt have to deal with a surly employee. Just used my own eyes and found what I needed at fair price. If you need a battery, please consider going somewhere else, They sell over-priced knockoff batteries and one of the employees is very unpleasant to deal with. I dont know why his attitude was so mean towards me, I was being very friendly, until I had to go back and deal with him again. Maybe he just needed to go home and recharge?In response to the owner:I have nothing else to say. I laid out my entire experience in detail. I got a refund and will not be coming back. If you truly care about what happened, use it to make changes to your business to see that it doesn’t happen again. Like I said, based my experience with your employee and product, I will never return or recommend your business. I’m not sure why your employee was so mean to me from the beginning. I actually think I was being discriminated against.

Excellent service and a completely reasonable price! I got my battery swapped out, one of the connector cable/tubes replaced, and anti-corrosion fluid sprayed on it. All for $175!!! Was very pleased.

Best place to get car batteries. They put your batteries info in there system and will fix any problem you have the first year at no charge. Number of times my car has had electrical issues and they have deep charged my battery and helped me identify the problem. Great value in these cash strapped times

No cheaper than discount stores. Employee was helpful. Bought nothing.

Worst places to get your battery I bought a battery from them 3 months ago and it started leaking so I took it in so I could exchange since I had warranty and they told me that I had pay for a new one since the warranty didn’t cover the leaking

The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. My stepmother needed to have a battery charger hooked up to her car. The employee who helped us was very attentive. The only thing is that they need to add more waiting chairs in their retail area. Also probably need more service bays for work on vehicles.

Very poor service plus they overcharged my & on top of all that, gave me th wrong batteries. They were from behind the counter so 100% on them. Ill return wrong batteries but wont return again.I was contacted by someone asking me to reach out. I e mailed them & its been 6 days & nothing. I guess they wanted to show this kind of service is from top to bottom. I understand things get busy but to be put off pr even forgotten in this case shows they just dont careIm only 1 person in their very large market. Ive bought their car batteries since I was a kid & Im 58 now. I guess they are tired of me giving them my money

If you need a new battery put in your FOB. just ask for the battery. They got me a battery,installed it, THEN CHARGED ME $8.00 to install it WITHOUT informing me of the installed price. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wont return.

Terrible, will not replace car battery, used one year, with five year warranty. AAA tested with bad cell, tested in house, bad, yet store wants denies is bad, and will not replace or refund.

This place has about any kind of battery you will ever need. I bought an electronic gadget overseas with a rechargeable battery and it finally wore out. The battery was shaped like a piece of Wrigleys gum and I had never seen one like it before. But, this place actually had one.
